Price, proper parking for my motorcycle

Dated rooms and bathroom.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Average hotel. Useless staff. Poor service. Wifi was suck. Hard to find a restaurant around there, the nearest one is about 10 mins walk. The hotel looks new at the reception area but its really old and scary inside. Bed was so hard -*-

There was no wifi. It didn't work my whole 2 nights there. They were no help and didn't care.

The stuff was very friendly and ready to solve your problems - if you have any. The location is wonderful - right in the centre. The breakfast was also very good. And no problems with hot water.

The room was a bit austere, but for that price it was OK.

We used this place for transit. The bed was hard and the aircon failed during the night. If you are looking for a place to crash this hotel can work for you.

Het is goed voor de basics, bed/douche is aanwezig en daar is alles meegezegd.

Niet echt schoon,erg vochtig,personeel sprak weinig tot geen engels.

- Nenhum dos empregados falava inglês, o que tornou a tarefa de chamar um simples taxi impossivel. Tivemos de sair do hotel com as malas a pé do hotel para procurar um taxi. - O próprio gerente do hotel não falava uma palavra de inglês. - Ter de se tomar banho quase em cima da sanita e a casa de banho era minuscula

Det eneste jeg likte var personalet, de var veldig hyggelig og greie.

An english speaking operator needed badly

We logeerden hier 1 nachtje op doorreis naar de eilanden. Locatie redelijk dichtbij het station en niet te duur. Verder nauwelijks iets te beleven in Trang.

Personeel sprak hier het slechtst engels wat we op onze reis zijn tegen gekomen. Kamer zag er oud uit en badkamer was vooral versleten. Er stond een bed en dat was voor ons het belangrijkste.

Staff doesn't speak english. Breakfast was very basic

The staff is very friendly and helpful with those that cannot speak Thai well. They take the extra time and care to make you feel you are important.

I liked the hotel because it was clean, quiet and the surrounding was peaceful.

The areas for improvements are: 1. The entrance to the parking lot at the back of the hotel was confusing to the first timer like me, what more I do not speak Thai Language. 2. There was a blockage for me to drive out from the parking lot that very morning when I wanted to do early check-out. 3. The staff were excellent except the lady at the counter was rather serious, unwelcoming and stern-faced when we checked in that evening. I daresay my stay at u r hotel would have been really value for money if the third item of my comment could have been improved.
