Sämre rum/lägenhet än förra gången. Luktade ofräscht av luftkonditioneringen. Städades bara varannan dag. Poolen på taket verkade inte göras ren. Upplever att hotellet inte sköts lika bra som förra året.

Skönt att bo hela familjen i en lägenhet. Bra sängar. Sällskapsutrymme. Bra läge. Fräscht förutom den dåliga lukten från air condition..

Det luktade kraftigt av mögel när AC kördes i ett av sovrummen i lägenhet 801.

location hard to find

Me and four others of my friends stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment. we find it very cozy and comfortable. we did use the pool and it seems clean. The staff are very friendly and its a walking distance from Chong Nonsi BTS. This make it easy for us to shop around.

So far so good we are satisfied with everything.

This hotel was perfect for our family of five. We had spacious accommodations, the facilities were excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was well situated.

Nothing. Finding food was a bit challenging the first days there, but once we found our way around we were fine.

Located in an inner street, this service apartment is beautifully decorated and gives people a very warm feeling. It is near to Chong Nonsi bts stations too. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many stalls selling different kinds of delicious Thai food outside the hotel, which are definitely worth a try if you don't mind that they might not be sanitary enough. The room and the roof-top pool is also great.

It seems there aren't many restaurants and shopping places near the hotel.

Stayed in a 1-Bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable. Roof top swimming pool is great. Proximity to bts station. Good WiFi connection. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The cons are the stray dogs wandering in the neighbourhood and the building works of what is said to become BKK´s tallest building, which is more of a nuisance when at the pool side than when inside as apartement are double-glassed with good insulation. The kitchenette could do with more crokery, cuttlery and a toaster.

The location was great just off Silom Road which has plenty of shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately there was a large building site right next to the apartment. Work started at 7.30am and went on until very late in the evening.

Good rooms, silent environment around however there is some constructions running currently next to the Hotel

I was coming from another serviced apartment in the same area, and i have to say that with a little more money spent, the difference was impressive. The spot is very good, close to everything in Silom/Sathorn Area, quite isolated at the same time (not in the middle of the traffic area) and the Staff (especially the Guards) is friendly, understanding and kind, granting the needed privacy. The flat are super clean and very nicely furnished, with style and warm touches are well. Personally i just LOVED the rooftop pool, and the wooden and green structure surrounding it. I would definitely go back there and i would recommend it for easy going travelers looking for a good place with not too much fuzz. Very interesting small restaurants in the area and actually 2 7/11 at walking distance.

There is nothing i did not like. I have been there only two nights and i wish i could have stayed longer to enjoy the Yoga Classes and more the perfect location. Next time i will.

Booked a one bedroom apartment. It was clean and spacious, with a tiny balcony, on the first floor. The kitchenette was useful, but as always with apartment hotels it was equipped with only the absolute basics. Free bottled drinking water and instant coffee provided daily. The apartment was one of the quietest places I've ever stayed in Bangkok; I think because it faced the rear of the building. Two minute walk to skytrain down an alleyway next to the block. Staff were polite and helpful and the apartment was cleaned every day. Free wifi was fast and effective. Nice rooftop pool and deck with attached fitness/yoga space. Well stocked 7-11 very close to the apartments. Overall, good value, especially for families, or if you like a bit more space than your average hotel room.

I liked that we had a living room and a full kitchen.

The bed was a little to hard for me, but that is just personal preference. Also, the fitness room didn't have any mats and the yoga studio didn't have any you could borrow. It would've been nice to have available.

Very friendly and helpful staff, warm and cozy, location was very good, apartment very comfotable and well equipped.

Apartment floors were not well cleaned, no hair-dryer in bathrooms, shower regulators were not working (water was either very cold or very hot).

The 3 bedroom unit that I stayed was good and clean, though I was caught surprised at first by the small customer service/receiption area. The location was good and nearby to shopping centres and night markets, though it is situated in a small lane or road off the main street.

The receiption area is pretty small. It was a bit troublesome if you check-in late at night which there was only one security guard to assist in checking-in, unlike hotels which there is always 24 hours customer service staff at the receiption. Nevertheless, it is not really a big issue of this.

Walking distance to bts station and the 'homely' deco. Great for a long stay.

The heater function of the shower does not work well. The heating does not hold. The flow of water is not consistent, even petering off at times.

I like the helpful staff the management have when the manager put an effort to come back to the apartment at 11pm just to check why I couldn't make an international call via the apartment's phone. The international line was down however for close to 2 days. I forgot to activate my mobile roaming before landed in Bangkok therefore the guard & the apartment's manager even borrowed to me his handphone so that I could make the international call. I was really grateful for their assistance. They provide an induction stove and not the traditional gas stove. So the cooking pots and pans are different from the old traditional gas stove. They do not provide a washing machine & dryer install in your room if you're staying less than 1 month. The sharing washing machine & dryer located at 9th floor. Per washing session it costs THB 30.. and the dryer THB 20.. The 7-eleven store just 2 minutes walk from the apartment & the train about 3-min walk..

It's a serviced apartment that has the cleaning service once in every 2 days, so if you're cooking, please throw the rubbish near the dustbin located at the stairs so that your room doesn't smell bad. Other than that, please expect some difficulties (waiting for 10-15 minutes) in finding taxi/tuk tuk to/from shopping malls as most of the taxi driver is not familiar with the apartment's location.
