It was a beautiful garden style resort. we enjoyed the walking distance to Sai Kaew Beach. Staff were nice. We were not allowed to swim after 8pm. A big big big problem is there are too many mosquitos in the room for which we couldn't fall asleep in the night even with the air con on and after chemical spray! We specially got bitten a lot in the outdoor connecting shower room. Also the hotel has been quite old. Considering all these it's definitely over priced. |

Very hospitable staff, good location, nice beach, 2 pools (chlorine & salt water pool), good for going as a couple, with friends, or with kids. A one size fits all place! We stayed in the cottage and I felt the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There should be a broom in each room as there's always sand in the room and I can't keep calling housekeeping to clean up several times a day. |

Closeness to beach and bars & restaraunts. The cottages could do with some updating, not keen on the outside shower due to mosquitos and could see being a problem in rainy season. |

Nice Place and Scenic More interested in making petty money, like 70 Bhat for ride to ferry. They should have been more courteous on issues of security and we did not like an incident which affected us. We were very disappointed. |

That it has access to two beaches, the quiet private beach and the busy white sand beach.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's restaurant was overrun because the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast buffet was standing in the sun, thus butter lost its consistency. |

We did not like that upon arrival we were given the last room in the very back of the resort. It was not the Deluxe cottage that we had booked, but one of the very last room. We had to go back to the front office to request another room. It was disappointing. |

the weather the staffwere unwelcoming; they messed up our booking; ended up in separate rooms when we had booked adjoining rooms to be next to our children; they tried to put us in twin share not king size beds. booked non-smoking but ended up in smoking rooms; tried to charge us for glass breakge in both rooms but no glasses were broken. |

God service, trevlig personal . Underbart läge nära stranden. Här kunde man verkligen koppla av Mycket hård säng. Frukosten var inte till full belåtenhet tyvärr. |

Делюкс коттедж - удовлетворительно, Премьер номер - хорошо. Слишком однообразная еда на завтраки и совсем мало выбора. Вкусная еда вечером на берегу моря, там где танцую мужчины с огнями. |

Mycket fint och rent på resorten. Trevlig personal. Bra med att dem hade egen båt till fastlandet som var gratis . Synd att det inte fanns safty box på rummen. Och att det var dåligt upplyst I gångarna till bungalow. Lite tråkigt att dem byggde o hamrades typ dygnet runt. Och att hotellet inte hade solstolar nere på stranden till deras gäster. |

La plage de sable fin, Le restaurant de l'hotel n'est pas super en choix et les prix restent assez chers pour la thailande y vivant depuis 3 ans je sais de quoi je parle. L'hotel en haute saison est tres cher pour la qualité des chambres.Den plus l'hotel est en travaux d'agrandissement je pense et c'est un peu bruyant. |

Vi var meget glade for opholdet. Personalet er meget søde men kun meget få taler bare lidt engelsk. Det nye pool område og fitnessrummet var meget dejligt og det brugt vi meget. Restauranten tilbød meget fin morgenmad. Den trænger dog til et løft, men ligger vidunderligt lige ned til stranden. Ny super lækker kaffestue , men personalet total uudannet. Giv alle personer der betjener i restauranten et elementært kursus i hvad mælk, kniv, ske ,gaffel o.s.v. hedder. De aner intet og rigtig mange af de unge der er i restauranten har intet begreb om hvorfor de er der og er vanvittig usikre. Det er synd for dem men mest synd for gæsterne der bliver irriteret over at de ikke har den minste faglige tilgang eller interesse. |

Nous avons choisi ce resort dû à sa localisation sur la plus belle plage de l'ile, à sa propreté et aux commentaires laissés par de précédents voyageurs. Nous avons été enchantées par notre choix, retournerons dans ce resort et le conseillons à toutes les personnes visitant Koh Samet. Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas tout à fait au standard du resort. Néanmoins rien ne peut être plus agréable que de prendre un thé sur la plage de Sai Kaew Beach. |
