Sai Kaew Beach Resort  

A beautiful hotel set on the National Park reserve of Koh Samet. We booked one of the Premier rooms overlooking the swimming pool which were very nice rooms (I have previously read reviews that the garden and beach cottages were tired and needed to be refurbished). There was a good choice of breakfast and the restaurant overlooks the sea. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and it was easy to get from Ban Phee pier on the mainland to Koh Samet. This hotel is set on possibly the best beach for night life in the island and we felt very safe walking around even after dark when there isn't many lights (I'd suggest talking a small torch for your handbag). This wasn't a cheap hotel by any means but we were happy with the facilities offered and the staff. A good place families and couples.

Everything was wonderful - location, stylish design of the buildings, friendly staff, spacious room, quiet, modern facilities and furniture. On our opinion the best hotel on this part of the island. We liked everything, the holidays were great there. Thanks to the managment.

I am referring to the newly built rooms around the pools (not bungalows).very nice, luxurious, new hotel facility, located at the quiet end of one of the longest beaches in Ko Samet (positive: walking along the beach brings you to the noisy-party beach in case you want to have some party besides relaxing)

Charging of 7% vat although clearly mentioned that this was included in the not cheap rate.

very nice service.....very very nice bakery at Mango coffee shop...very beautiful beach.......superior deluxe rooms are very beautiful and cosy.

we didnt like the deluxe room so we upgraded to superior deluxe.

Nice rooms in premier nd the pool was great and the pool staff was very accomodating.

The food was only just okay and the breadfast was not that great either.For me overall the hotel was nice but need to upgrade their food.

Hotel staffs are very friendly, nice and polite. Hotel is in the best location. The food is getting better each time we visit this hotel. I hope they keep up the good work only monor thing happened during our stay.

Rooms are getting old and air conditioning was making noise the whole night. I hope they pay attention to these little thing. Oh...One major thing that bothered me was the strong smell of the drainage which it's not so pleasant to smell.

The Beachfront rooms are all very new and look very stylish. The cottages are older and look more used. 3 pools available. The breakfast is great and with a view on the sea. Very good location and free shuttle to the mainland.

Hotel staff promised us to extend the stay in the booked room but then wanted us to leave...after arguing they wanted to charge us more...after another argue we could stay. Room not cleaned very well. The beach is shared and many annoying people who want to sell fruits, beverages, souvenirs every second.

Das Resort ist direkt am Strand, nur wenige Schritte von den tollen Premier-Zimmern. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Super weißer Sandstrand und klares Meerwasser!!

De ligging is goed, leuke locatie

Het eiland is niet goed onderhouden ( vuil) en dat weerspiegelt zich ook af in het hotel, van het moment dat de hotelgronden verlaten worden zit men tussen opgehoopt vuil.

Das Hotel ist sehr schoen gelegen und hat einen sauberen Strand.In unmittelbarer Naehe sind mehrere gute Restaurants.

Die Fahrer sollten angehalten werden nicht so schnell zu fahren.Prellungen sind sonst unvermeidbar.

La posizione dei cottages e' incantevole, il ristorante eccellente come la gentilezza dello staff

酒店在岛上非常好的位置，海滩很漂亮。员工都非常友好，服务很主动。早餐也还不错，挺丰富的。我们度过了一- 个愉快的假期。

基本没有什么不满意的，就是只有一个餐厅，食物的选择不是太多。还好酒店周围到处都是吃的。
