Sai Kaew Beach Resort  

A good hotel with excellent location by the Sai Kaew Beach which is the main beach on the Island. We stayed in one of the Premier rooms and were very pleased with the room. It was new, spacious and clean. The premier rooms have their own pool area and easy access to the beach. I did not see the other rooms from inside but judging from their appearance outside I would strongly suggest choosing the premier room. It seems that the hotel has been built in several stages and the buildings where the premier rooms are located are new and up to date whereas the other buildings looked older and were not in that good shape. Breakfast buffet was good but not spectacular. The fitness center has very few equipments but it is clean and air-conditioned.

The hotel is a TUI hotel and a lot of the guests are Swedish families with small children. We didn’t mind but I guess some couples traveling without children may find this annoying.

Everything was wonderful - location, stylish design of the buildings, friendly staff, spacious room, quiet, modern facilities and furniture. On our opinion the best hotel on this part of the island. We liked everything, the holidays were great there. Thanks to the managment.

I am referring to the newly built rooms around the pools (not bungalows).very nice, luxurious, new hotel facility, located at the quiet end of one of the longest beaches in Ko Samet (positive: walking along the beach brings you to the noisy-party beach in case you want to have some party besides relaxing)

Charging of 7% vat although clearly mentioned that this was included in the not cheap rate.

very nice service.....very very nice bakery at Mango coffee shop...very beautiful beach.......superior deluxe rooms are very beautiful and cosy.

we didnt like the deluxe room so we upgraded to superior deluxe.

Nice rooms in premier nd the pool was great and the pool staff was very accomodating.

The food was only just okay and the breadfast was not that great either.For me overall the hotel was nice but need to upgrade their food.

great pool and breakfast buffet very acceptable.Staff lovely and very helpful.You can walk to the beach eating places within 5 minutes.If you like Thai food you are in for a cheap treat, ditto fish and shellfish.We ha a lovely holiday. I went with my daughter but think it is more a place for couples.

The Mosquitos were a real nuisance for my daughter as she reacts to bites.I can only guess the hotel perhaps chooses not to spray for ecological reasons

房間的設計和木器傢俱甚有泰國情調，空間感好。

服務人員英文能力一般，可喜的是竟有國語服務員。泳池應靠近沙灘，而且可能是有貓咪的關係，園林池邊有貓屎- 味，感覺不好。

Snygg och intressant design. Välstädade rum. Mycket god mat och bra servering på hotellets restaurang till hyfsat pris. Cafet var bra.

Das Resort ist direkt am Strand, nur wenige Schritte von den tollen Premier-Zimmern. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Super weißer Sandstrand und klares Meerwasser!!

De cottages van het hotel zijn gelegen in een prachtige aangelegde tuin die goed wordt onderhouden. Het nieuwe deel van het hotel ( W.O. Lobby en restaurant, appartementen) is trendy en heeft een luxe uitstraling. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt aan een prachtig stuk strand

Het hotel is erg duur. De goedkoopste kamer is ca. € 110 (cottage met basisinrichting). Dat is voor een drie sterren hotel niet goedkoop. Kortom de prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed. De tuin wordt perfect onderhouden, de cottages zelf niet. Verder spreekt het personeel niet goed Engels en wordt de tafel tijdens het ontbijt voortdurend afgeruimd. Dat eet zeer onrustig omdat het personeel steeds weer aan de tafel staat. Jammer genoeg was de koffiekan regelmatig leeg en moest ik om aanvulling vragen. Te veel personeel tijdens het ontbijt, te weinig te doen.....

Je n ai pas aime etre declassee et que booking ne veuille pas me croire . c est la parole de l hotel face a la mienne j ai paye pour la zone pre;ier et me suis retrouvee en chambre luxe ce qui chez eux signifie standard. Prix tres eleve
