To have a rest, try Thai kitchen, to make travel. Unimportant sound insulation in a room, in pool there were frogs. |

Nothing, it is not a good hotel at all. I stayed 1 hour and 35 minutes untill they finish checking in, then they gave me a garde view room while i booked an ocean view. They also gave me a room with two beds while i booked for one king bed ! The staff cannot understand or communicate in English at all. At my arrival, i found a real snake on the main gait of the hotel and they were trying to kill it ! In the room, the telephone was not working, i asked them to exchange and went to my dinner and after i came back, i found they did not change ! It is not a 5 stars service at all. The hotel in my opinion doesnot deserve more than 3 stars. |

Loved the location and international breakfast and swimming pool When I booked trough bookings . com I distinctly remember booking a double room which I presumed had water views. My acknowledgement did not make mention of the desired room type- We were promptly told that there were no double rooms available and were treated rather shabbily by the reception staff (male). This left a very bad taste in my mouth and changed my and my partners usual sleeping arrangements. I would not have chosen to stay at your hotel had I had known this beforehand. |

Hotel was decent and close to western standards compared to other higher end Thai hotels. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service and average food. The room was also very nice however you could hear the pounding of the base from the clubs located nearby. I managed to fall asleep but was awoken abruptly in the morning by heavy duty renovations including jack hammers within 15 feet of my room. I called the front desk and asked them when or if it would be stopping and was told they would call me back. I waited an hour before going to the front desk to ask why I wasn't called back and what they were going to do about it. I was met by blank stares and decided to spend the rest of my time in Pattaya at another hotel. Bottom line is nice hotel, decent value but make sure you get a room away from renovations and ask ahead. When I asked why I would be put next to rooms being renovated I was told the girl who picked my rooms forgot. |

Everything! Actually i don't have enough words to describe even.. I was a bit uneasy regarding food because I am Muslim and i was always seeking for Muslim food and in the hotel the staff didn't even know whether they serve Halal food (Muslim food) or not. |

The staff were extremely polite and friendly, and the hotel was right at the end of the walking street, so it was in a very good location. Also nice, tropical grounds and nice nature. Some of the rooms were very far away from the lobby. Also the tour booking lady gave us some inaccurate information regarding buses that caused us problems. |

Lovely big room (living room and bedroom with 2 queen sized beds), nice breakfast (freshly squeezed juices), clean pool, good location, sea view. Think we might have been upgraded...? |

Good location, close to the pier, great breakfast, nice garden all around the resort We booked delux room, the bathroom was remodeled and looks ok. The furnitures and the curtains are pretty old and in bad quality, but we can tolerate it. However, everything on the bed is very old, the bed is pretty hard, blanket turns loose, the sheet is dark color (original color is white) with a patch about the size of 3 square inches, my daughter found a few small holes and some dust on it too. There is no safe box in the room either. We have stayed in many hotels across Thailand, and never experience quality like this, especially for a 4-star hotel. With 3000B per night, you can find much better accommodation around. I'm only speaking on the delux room we stayed, have no experience for other room types. |

(1)The location is an advantage and disadvantage at the same time :) the hotel is located at the end of the live street, the walking street. Where the city life is surrounding you. This is the advantage of the location. (2) The room is very nice and so clean. (3) The flat TV and CD sterio. (4) The wonderful swimming pool. (5) The welcoming flowers, Cake, and the daily Fruits. It was so nice from the hotel. The disadvantage of the location is the bad smell which is covering the whole south of Pattaya. But the rooms are totally clean from any smells. |

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very efficient. They have 2 nice swimming pools: one in the garden and one with seaview. The hotel has a really cosy bar. There is a lot of space in the hotel, which is nice if it is raining or too hot outside. The rooms have a flat screen TV. The hotel is very clean in all areas. The hotel is close to walking street but in the resort you have no noise pollution of walking street. The matresses are very hard, even in the newly renovated rooms. |
