Siam Bayshore Resort & Spa    

This is my best hotel in Pattaya. I like this hotel very much. The staff is very friendly.

In the middle of the hotel there are the river. So last time I so the hudge snake aprox 2 m. I call staf and they begen react.

Staffs and cleanliness Cockroaches are in toilet.

It was my third stay at the hotel i recommend it it got nice swimming pool and very good location, room are clean and stuff is so friendly.

Wi Fi is not available in the room.

Fair rooms Staff were very good

The smell from open sewage drain permiated whole hotel We had to transfer to beach wing as walking to room or breakfast made us went to vomit

The swimming pool was amazing. It was big in size, and it had a special corner for children where they can play with the slide. The greenery and the surrounding was beautiful. The breakfast was splendid. It had a variety of different choices.

The smell on the walkway was atrocious. The tour desk should deal with the right companies as we had a bad experience with the company they hired a boat for us. They're not professionals and they don't keep their words. They push you to go to places where they have interest on.

Amazing hotel, within city Centre of Pataya.

The location is great, just at the end of Walking Street but once you are within the resort you can enjoy peace within the lush, quiet and beautiful gardens. The staff are also friendly.

My room was quite worn considering the price. The tile floor was grimy, not dirty but grimy with years of use. Overall, I didn't think it was great value for Thailand. But again, the location is hard to beat.

Little more variety in food for Indian travellers since I saw a lot of Indians staying at your Hotel

sort of business like attitude of some of the staff members not impolite but cold & unhelpful

Lovely property, very nicely laid out plenty of space, and greenery, good spa facilities and excellent location on the beach, next to the Bai Hai peer and walking street. So you can taken in almost everything, the sun, water sports. Sea food and the night life.

Its great hotel , the room is big with balcony overlooking like forest , the staff was helpful , great breakfast buffet. the pool is very big and the best thing is 2 steps to walking street ,

Bad and persistent smell around the hotel

Located at the end (beginning) of the walking street. Everything is good. Wonderful sweeping pool and good restaurant.

The air conditioner was very noising in our room. We just live there for one night so its ok.

Friendly staff accommodating unusual requests such as limes from the kitchen and towels for use off-property. The overall facility is while a bit aged in good condition and everything works well. The location if one wants to be near the city, night life and the pier is very good.

There is an open sewer bisecting the property. It may once have been a clean, natural stream but today is black water devoid of life and reeking badly of decaying waste. The hotel in my opinion needs to completely cover the waterway and vent the gasses out away from the hotel property. Breakfast was included but the cooks were never able to provide correctly cooked eggs over-easy (a small thing in the big picture I know but it's my pet peeve...).

Very expensive but not worth, bit old hotel. Most of the roms are too far from lobby. Rooms and facilities are normal like a 3 star hotel. Room service food is crap. Hilton in beachside is better in all aspects compare to this one.

the attitude of the staff, nothing seemed to be too much trouble the food was very good and the location for a first visit to Pattaya for us was perfect.

the cost of in room internet, cannot understand why wi-fi is not free throughout the hotel

Nice, clean and friendly hotel

Smell from the river. The water in the pool wasn't clean enough.

I like its position near the pier to go to Ko Larn. I like its atmosphere, design, pool area and breakfasts.

I do not like Pattaya as it is too dirty.

A quiet oasis amidst a lively city with many attractions at walking distance. Impressed by very friendly and competent staff. Excellent value for money. It will remain my preferred hotel in Pattaya.

Nothing, it is just the perfect place for me.
