1.The evironment is quite,ot far from the night bazaar. 2.The swimmig pool is not crowded. 3.Breakfast is good, the hotel staff is friendly.
1.Computer not available.
Service, quiet place, good sleep, deep cleaning
Front desk at night couldn't solve problems since He didn't have access to the main Hotel's Computer. Wierd!
We only stayed here one night, after staying elsewhere in Chiang Mai for a few nights. Would have loved to have stayed here for all nights. Good location, easy walk to the night markets and old city (if it's not too hot). The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. I would stay here again.
Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but was fine.
do not have convenient store nearby
Beautiful ponds and a very classy facility. Rudy and Marion were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. They had beautiful artwork from spindles of multi colored thread in all their rooms. The pool rooms are new. The balcony rooms are very spacious. Great showers.
Good for budget minded traveler
Good walk to old city, a bit too far. This place is more of a residence than a hotel. Rooms are not very appealing, Internet is painfully slow. Free breakfast is just ok, nothing special. Recommend spending some extra money and find something closer to old city.
Hotel staff are very polite & welcoming especially Kaew & Saranya who helped us arrange an elephant trek. Rooms are big & very clean & there was a great selection of satellite tv channels & the wifi signal was excellent. The free breakfast was nice & the pool was a good size & again very clean. The hotel is situated in quiet area so nice & chilled but not far from the shops, bars, restaurants, etc about 5-10 min walk or you can get a tuk tuk for 80-100 baht & will take 2-3 mins.
Only negative was the balcony view was not very inviting as overlooked big green wall. This was a minor issue as they do have balcony views overlooking the pool.
Friendly staff Peaceful neighbourhood Clean room & sheets Simple breakfast
Dark lane when walking back from night market.
1. Spaceous family suite, although kitchen barely useable with what is provided in it 2. Good size breakfast 3. Great view from family suite balcony
1.Rented the family suite for kitchen facilities - the kitchen utensils were sparse making it difficult to actually make use of. 2. Staff don't speak english 3. Staff are quite rude, unhelpful and unaccommodating. 4. For a family suite - no basic hotel provisions such as coffee/tea. 5. One key provided between 4 people staying the suite. 6. Definitely over-priced and out-dated hotel. Not worthy of 3-4 stars. 7. Hotel rips you off when selling tours. (400B per person more expensive than companies in town)
Its a great value for money hotel with all you need at your holiday (swimming pool, large rooms, nice staff)
It was a bit outside the town, but very easy to get a tuk tuk and for 100 bath they got you to town!
Walking distances to shops and restaurants but out of the hussle and bussel ,nice and quiet. Great place to kick back and relax.
It is very clean, big rooms, nice surrounding
breakfast could be a little better. Still for that price it is ok
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but just close to the city center. Staff was super helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. Great value for money. Excellent for couples!
The rooms were spacious. The gym was good. The location was good. The Internet was excellent.
The breakfast was a bit boring.
Kings size bed, big fridge, quiet air con, hot water in shower
service and equipment are good. and room is big enough. I will order next time.
location is not so good, will spend more money on trafic.Go outside need call taxi for 200b... and ants will be in bed.
Everything is Nice. But breakfast might have more options, But it was lovely, I highly recommend This Hotel. Location is perfect, a Staff very Nice and I had a great time .
Very spacious room and bathroom. Clothes drying rack on balcony. Close to river restaurants. Nice pool for cooling off at the end of the day. Breakfast made to order.
Quite a distance from the old city, but easy to hail a tuk tuk or pick-up to get around. In-room safe was light and not attached to anything so basically useless.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it is huge and perfect for families! Clean and lovely staff who do the cooking and cleaning! Mini bar is well priced.
The breakfast was nice but very limited. We prefer buffet. The pool is quite small and didn't look very clean so didn't use it. No food super close except bars. Riverside restaurant is close but terrible. Nearest shop is a bit far. Get a scooter for 200 thb for the day to go everywhere
-Amazingly helpful, honest and friendly staff. -Reception manned 24 ours a day, and will book tours and trips for you - or just have a chat. - Room large and clean with a balcony. - Nice little pool for lazy days. - Breakfast portions large and come with fresh fruit. You would expect to pay a lot more for a hotel of this quality.
If I wanted to be picky... - Location a walk from Chiang Mai proper, though this walk does get you past lots of temples and unique shops. Locality quite touristy.
Nice hotel. A little bit outside the central city, but very quiet near the Ping river and some very good restaurants (do try the Lanna Riverside Club; excellent). If you take a songthaew, it's 20 baht per person into town or back. The rooms are very good size, with Lanna style. Not sure what the Lanna style is, probably the bend legs on the bed. Nice swimmingpool with towels and some loungechairs. Breakfast is adequate, with 5 different sets to choose from. Service is very friendly at this seemingly familyrun hotel.
The location and the staff
Breakfast was set and basic
Staff was great, helpfull and very friendly. Rooms were huge. Location was good, quiet surroundings and yet easy to walk to central Chiang Mai. Pool was nice after hot daytrips.
No coffee maker in room, only instant.
Nice pool, polite, honest and attentive staff, comfortable family rooms
Fifteen minutes walk from the Night Bazzar, basic breakfast
