It is very clean, big rooms, nice surrounding
breakfast could be a little better. Still for that price it is ok
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but just close to the city center. Staff was super helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. Great value for money. Excellent for couples!
The rooms were spacious. The gym was good. The location was good. The Internet was excellent.
The breakfast was a bit boring.
Kings size bed, big fridge, quiet air con, hot water in shower
service and equipment are good. and room is big enough. I will order next time.
location is not so good, will spend more money on trafic.Go outside need call taxi for 200b... and ants will be in bed.
Everything is Nice. But breakfast might have more options, But it was lovely, I highly recommend This Hotel. Location is perfect, a Staff very Nice and I had a great time .
Very spacious room and bathroom. Clothes drying rack on balcony. Close to river restaurants. Nice pool for cooling off at the end of the day. Breakfast made to order.
Quite a distance from the old city, but easy to hail a tuk tuk or pick-up to get around. In-room safe was light and not attached to anything so basically useless.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it is huge and perfect for families! Clean and lovely staff who do the cooking and cleaning! Mini bar is well priced.
The breakfast was nice but very limited. We prefer buffet. The pool is quite small and didn't look very clean so didn't use it. No food super close except bars. Riverside restaurant is close but terrible. Nearest shop is a bit far. Get a scooter for 200 thb for the day to go everywhere
-Amazingly helpful, honest and friendly staff. -Reception manned 24 ours a day, and will book tours and trips for you - or just have a chat. - Room large and clean with a balcony. - Nice little pool for lazy days. - Breakfast portions large and come with fresh fruit. You would expect to pay a lot more for a hotel of this quality.
If I wanted to be picky... - Location a walk from Chiang Mai proper, though this walk does get you past lots of temples and unique shops. Locality quite touristy.
Nice hotel. A little bit outside the central city, but very quiet near the Ping river and some very good restaurants (do try the Lanna Riverside Club; excellent). If you take a songthaew, it's 20 baht per person into town or back. The rooms are very good size, with Lanna style. Not sure what the Lanna style is, probably the bend legs on the bed. Nice swimmingpool with towels and some loungechairs. Breakfast is adequate, with 5 different sets to choose from. Service is very friendly at this seemingly familyrun hotel.
The location and the staff
Breakfast was set and basic
Staff was great, helpfull and very friendly. Rooms were huge. Location was good, quiet surroundings and yet easy to walk to central Chiang Mai. Pool was nice after hot daytrips.
No coffee maker in room, only instant.
Nice pool, polite, honest and attentive staff, comfortable family rooms
Fifteen minutes walk from the Night Bazzar, basic breakfast
Staff lovely, friendly and quick to respond to any needs. Variety of breakfast options available. Great to have a pool. Was small, but pleasant. Not right in the centre, but night market area about 10-15 minute walk away from the bridge, and tuk tuk cost maximum 100bht to return.
The air con broke within an hour of being there BUT was fixed within another hour. Was louder than I expected it to be on the first night (Wednesday), but quieter the rest of the week.
Rooms were very big and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very large and very pleasant to use. The location is a bit far from the old city and the night market, but it's very much doable to walk, if you like walking and otherwise it's very easy to catch a tuk-tuk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There's a lovely coffee shop right next to the hotel.
The breakfast was a bit monotonous. Every day, you get to choose between five different things from a menu, there's no buffet and after two or three days, you get extremely tired of eating the same all the time. We're not the kind of people who complain about hotel breakfasts wherever they go, this is actually almost the first time! There's no restaurant during the day or evening, where you can buy any other food.
Peaceful, good location, easy to walk to riverside restaurants/bars, night bazaar and old city.
clean，friendly staff，close to the river
noisy ac/simple breakfast
I like the cleaning in the hotel and specific in the room. Nice pool and the breakfast are good. The team are very professional and helping. They are very nice. The hotel is just10-15 minutes walking from the night market in very quiet street.
No have laundry service. No have room service.
Hotel is just a sort walk away from the best food places we went to in Chang Mai. It's nice and quite at night really clean good size room. We had a great veiw over the mountain and pool area.
It didn't bother me at all but some people may find it a long walk in to the town area? You can always get a taxi. When we were met at the hotel reception the lady gave us a map and penciled in were we should go which was really helpful!
Large rooms, friendly staff and ideally positioned next to Himlay Curry House as well as Bake & Bite
Noisy guests playing music as well as late night revelers making a noise!!!
Efficient friendly staff. Feeling of being welcome. Everything clean and modern. Great swimming pool. Will definately be back.

Amazing hotel, and so cheap as well! Staff will bend over backwards for you to help. Look out for Mr Yut the taxi driver outside. He's the nicest guy, and he'll take you anywhere for very little money! Swimming pool is very clean, quiet. Room was clean and spacious.
Very friendly hotel staff always ready to assist you whatever your need will be.
Clean rooms, and spacious for families. Polite staff and quiet location. Within walking distance to Night Markets.
Beds are quite firm.
