We arrived after travelling all night to have them offer us a juice each at reception - what a nice added extra. The place was lovely friendly and helpful staff. Being middle aged it was perfect not too loud. I will be back next year.
The hotel was close to everything. There were plenty of options for food and shopping. The Grand Palace is a 10 minute walk form the hotel which was a huge plus. Khaosan Road is just a block over. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had a room away from the road so the it was very quite.
Bed were a little bit hard. The shower head could not be adjusted so it was a little difficult getting ready in the mornings
Great location, right behind Khao San Road. Rooms on top floors are very quiet so you don't hear the noise from the streets. Nice terrace and strong Wifi.
Wifi was down for one day, but staff eventually fixed it.
Great rooms, goos location on rambuttri, right next to susie walking street to kaosan. Huge comfy bed. Wifi works well except the last morning before departure.
Very little downsides. Only the pushy taylor standing at the hotel exit permanently.
location near from every things in khao san
nothing about hotel but the food here in khao san is not good but you can eat
The staff was really nice and friendly The rooms are really new and clean
The noise from the street, but if you take the superior room it's ok
Hairdryer, electric kettle and instant coffee products were exactly what I needed! Great location!
Noise from the street. (Not too bad!)
We travel all over the world and had a great stay! Were very impress. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Value for money. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable beds.
Terrible place. Very noisy, very difficult to get some sleep. Very rude staff. Never been treated so badly in Thailand. We had to pay extra because our baby got the sheets dirty. I couldn't believe it, but unfortunately it was true. Don't stay here!
noise from the street until early morning
Great location on a busy street that was full of places to eat, and a fantastic atmosphere next to the Koh San road. We stayed In 2 different rooms, the ones at the back were quieter although you could still hear the music from outside. Free wifi was a bonus. Cafe immediately outside was good and reasonably cheap. Perfect for watching the world go by.
Nice and friendly staff. Good hotel for just a few nights.
Noisy nightclub next door. But the nightlife is what it is here so....
Too noisy all night long
Got a "superior room" with a balcony in the 5th floor. Great room, nice toilet, excellent location! Even right next to Khaosan Road, the noise inside the room is minimum, due to its noise-cancelling doors to the balcony. They stored my luggage during my trip to Chiang Mai/Koh Phi Phi. Liked it so much that I stayed here 2 times during my trip to Thailand.
It's more expensive than most hotels from the region, but don't worry. If you are willing to pay to have a clean/cozy/quiet room right next to Khaosan Road, it definately worths!
Close to Khoisan rd but far enough away it's the next street from via an alley way. This rd is busy but more restaraunt.
Great location in Kao san district, clean, low noize in a noizy area
WiFi connection weak or absent except for the lobby.
Great location, near lots of restaurants and outdoor Thai massage parlors!!! The entire street caters to vacationers, excellent and inexpensive food.
Difficult to find. We got off the river taxi and nobody knew where the hotel was located. We searched for it for probably 45 minutes before locating it.
I have nothing negative to say about this place. My room was on the "noisy' street side of the hotel but it wasn't bad at all. In fact it was actually cool to hear all of the action outside. The location is the best and the amenities are all that is required.
Value for the money is great!
I liked everything. Location (at the heart of the khao San area) Perfect hosts, clean, superb wifi! JUST PERFECT
Well I liked everything, my girlfriend complained a little about the noise from the street at night! Well I slept like a baby and didn't notice anything. hehehe
excellent location in Kaosan Road but in a quiet area..
Very good location, near Khao San but not on it, so it's not as crazy.
Not as crazy as Khao San but is still a busy and noisy street.
The 'superior' rooms facing the back of the building are nicely decorated and pretty quiet considering the location. If you don't like disco music until about 3 a.m.at night, it is definitely worth paying a little bit extra to book one. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a generally nice feel about it, neither too big or impersonal or too small. The location is excellent (provided you can get a quiet room as mentioned above) The area is a bit of a tourist ghetto, but you can very easily get away from that to more authentic Thai restaurants, street markets etc. just a few minutes walk away and many of the major sights for Bangkok are also within walking distance.
The rooms facing the street are noisy as there is non stop disco music from the bars in the street until about 3 a.m. every night. However the rooms facing the back of the hotel are much quieter, you can hardly hear anything.
Probably not the best place for a early night! Which was fine for me. :-)
