Room was clean and bell captain and door men polite. Room cleaning staff friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk reception staff sour and rude and unfriendly. Passport holding policy. It really spoils a nice hotel.

Internet access and speed is quite ok. Quite near to town. Buffet isn't really nice, should be more variety on food. CCTV should apply in the corridor of the hotel room for safety purpose.

水を溜めるストッパーが下がったままで、洗面所の水が流れない。 浴室と洗面所の壁にカビが散見され、メンテナンスが行き届いていない。
