SALA Phuket Resort & Spa  

Well laid out and staff very thoughtful and attentive.

The hotel as nice as it is quite far from anything but we knew this before arriving as it was close to the venue for a wedding we were attending so not a major just a heads up for others, the taxi's are all organised by the same ppl and in my opinion they over charge for Thailand. The food from the restaurant was a bit average so after a couple of meals we decided to eat else where, which is a shame cause they have got most other things spot on.

This Hotel is located at the Northern end of the Island which is the opposite end to most of the Phuket activities. While the Hotel offers transport it is expensive by Thai standards. The staff in the main do not speak very good English and given the price for a room along with meals and drinks it is not value for money. Add to this they run out of Tonic water when we asked why they came up with the weakest excuse that it was because of the floods it was impossible to obtain any Tonic water. So what do you do when you can't get a Gin and Tonic you hire a Motorbike from the place next door go down the road to the first Shop you can find go inside and buy your own Tonic water the shelf was full of the stuff bring it back and give it to them so they can mix you a drink This Hotel is in need of a serious management shake up the staff try very hard to please the clients but there is no real support from higher up.

Excellent service, consistent good design throughout the resort. Lots of room and seating area to laze around.

The location is good . We ve stayed sala pool villa , it was magnificent . Perfect view perfect design of hotel. We adore the hotel situation , design,plantation , room, outdoor swimming pools . But staff and restaurant speak very little english understand. One restaurant is not good for hotel which is good.

The location is very bad, 900 baht to get to Patong, or 1h drive which is very annoying. Nothing in proximity of the hotel. No buffet breakfast

Excellent environment, calm atmosphere, great food and drinks, staffs are friendly and professional. Overall, we love SALA very much, and my friends were so amazed by how beautiful the Garden Pool Villa we were staying.

Since many facilities are located at outdoor, we just didn't like the frogs and reptiles running around in our villa, same issue with the restaurant as many birds and flies were around the dinning area. I guess that was something inevitable when a design like this.

Super séjour.Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et attentif a l'écoute de la clientèle, les chambres sont atypiques originale très fonctionel

Le design de l'hotel, la décoration, l'agencement sont trè bien. Le concet de 2 piscines dont une plutôt pour enfant est un plus. Un lieu de repos.

Le personnel est moyennement aimable si l'on compare aux prestations courantes e Thailande et également à Sala hotel à Ko Samui. La carte du restaurant est très limitée et le bar est mort. Si on veut sortir pour avoir de l'ambiance, il faut faire 1/2 heure de taxi.

Resort położony jest w malowniczej części Phuket. Lokalizacja willi na terenie resortu daje poczucie zupełnej swobody I wrażenie, że cały resort jest niemalże wyłącznie do naszej dyspozycji. Na terenie resortu są baseny, nad którymi odpoczywają również inni goście, ale usytuowanie leżaków daje poczucie wystarczającej przestrzeni. Pobyt w resorcie jest bardzo relaksujący. W dodatku zamówiłam pokój z balkonem, a na miejscu okazało się, że w tej cenie zakwaterowano mnie w willi z prywatnym basenem.

Osobiście wolałabym aby śniadania były serwowane w formie bufetu. W tym resorcie śniadania wybiera się jako zestaw z karty, a to nie dla wszystkich jest najlepsze rozwiązanie. Poza tym są one jak dla mnie ciężkie. Personel hotelu, bardzo miły, mówi często bardzo niewyraźnie po angielsku, ale to się akurat zdarza w wielu miejscach w Azji.

La habitación es muy cómoda y el lavabo en el balcón, impresionante (tranquilos hay cortinas). Aunque esteis en habitaciones sin piscina, las dos piscinas infinity del hotel siempre están solas.

Отель замечателен своим местоположением! Красивый просторный берег моря, удобные лежаки и личные бассеины позволяют расслабиться по полной! От центра города далековато, вечерами тишина и релакс!

С чистотой проблемы! Посуда с трещинами, текстиль в пятнах! По началу сильно смущало, потом общаяобстановка отеля помогла расслабиться! Spa услучи и экскурсии очень дорогие. Массаж есть в 10 м от пляжа, тур поездки лучше поскать заранее в инете
