The plunge pool room was lovely, and the resorts pools were fantastic. Lovely outlook and relaxed feel about the resort

I did not feel that the service from the staff lived up to the expectations of the resort. They did not clean the room when they said they were going to and forgot to replace simple things like the tea bags. The alcohol at the bar is very expensive and our thai degustation meal in the restuarant was very disapointing. The location is quite isolated so depends on what you are going there for,if you just want to stay at the resort then thats ok, but if not you are a fair way away from the action.Everything in that area is a lot dearer than other places in phuket, like bottled water or hiring a moped.

we went for short break and we really want to stay away from the hustle bustle which v had enough in our country.v do enjoy great time during our stay in sala.v strongly recommend this villa to couple who seeking privacy,romance and complete luxury.

just d lighting is not enough so v feel abit dangerous when v were driving back to the villa.

Very far from anywhere! Perfect if u just want to chill but taxis are ridiculously expensive!

The private pool in the villa was lovely. Restuarant food excellent.

Distance from Patong beach, too far away from everything.

I loved, loved, loved the rooms, the spa, and the beach/bar area. Also, the bellboys were fast, and the staff very friendly.

Most villas have private pools so the common pools were not overcrowded. Nice gazebos to lounge by the pool. Friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was excellent though pricey. Enjoyed their 90 min couple massage. Costly but worth the indulgence. Complimentary bicycles to explore nearby lake. Great place to just laze around.

Balcony room was rather cramped. Balcony is as big as the room itself. Toilet and shower located outside the room. It's unique but I find it inconvenient having to keep going in and out each time. Beautiful tub in the balcony but it'd most take half a day to fill it up! Water pressure absurdly low. Lots of lizards in the outdoor toilet and some sneaked into the room. I hate lizards.

Attentive staff, well designed rooms that were clean and well equipped, private swimming pool.

The overal ambience was fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The pool side villa gave a good mix of privacy with the benefit of all the facilities of a luxury resort. The restaurant was excellent with a good mix of Thai and Western food. The two special food events that took place during the week of our stay were fantastic and excellent value for money.

A little bit far from any other facilities but that was both blessing as well as a fault. Being more isolated made the area much quieter than some of Phuket's beaches but it meant getting a taxi if you wanted to go anywhere else.

Extremely relaxing and stylish property. The beach front is very quiet and pretty. Very friendly staff.

Amazingly private hotel...i was there on my honeymoon and ejoyed it alot...the staff are great very welcoming..we had a sala pool villa and loved the private swimming pool and the outdoor toilet...PA the driver that picked us up from the airport is very polite and we actually asked for him the next day to take us on a tour around phukey. Overall it was an amazing experience would recommand it for every honeymooner

The villa had loads of insects outside around the pool and toilet area. I had to wake up every nit my wife needed the bathroom incase there were any insects...the breakfast was very limited but we liked it...its VERY far from the happening area in phuket but we didnt mind it at all since our main purpose was privacy.

Great value for money and attention to detail

Love the private pool and the very friendly staff. Not many villas so you can relax without a lot of other people all over the place. Second time this year so YES I realy enjoyed the stay. Off season price is good value.

Furniture in the room looked rather cheap and dated. However overall very well thought design.

The design and the overall environment is excellent.

Perhaps even more options for activities and tie in for offers on golfs and other activities.

Privacy is amazing, we had our own villa with privat pool. Very green everywhere. Beach is lovely and clean air.

I love the concept of the entire resort, the luxury feel and the extra thought and care the staff have for all their guests. During the evening, they will have staff who will come into our villa to set the aroma settings so the entire place will have a very nice scent, plus they provide a refreshing drink every night placed in the villa. The staffs were wonderful and courteous. I arrived very early at 10.30am at the resort and they allowed me to have an early check in despite the usual 2pm, which I find this very flexible and definitely return!

The cleanliness of the rooms and faclities availabe. I enjoyed the bathroom outside with the bath and pool. Just BEAUTIFUL.Loved the fact the the bach was all of a 1min walk.

We did not like the sevrcie provided by the staff at breakfast. We found a couple of the staff to be very unfriendly and forgetful. One breakfast we had they had forgotten a whole order leaving us wait there for 45mins. Not one of the staff acknowleged that we had been sitting there for a while. Once receiving our food it was cold. Other times the staff had forgotten cups for our coffoes and tea and simple things like butter and milk. When leaving the hotel we had one of the stafff collect our bags. We had told him we were on our way to reception to phone for a taxi. Once our taxi had arrived (10mins later) our bags had still not been dropped off to the fornt. We had to wait for 15-20mins for our bags to be tracked down whilst our taxi waited..

The pool villa was brilliant. Very quiet and peaceful.

Everything there is over priced, and definately not good value for money, eg food and day spa prices, staff were friendly but english was poor.

Well laid out and staff very thoughtful and attentive.

The hotel as nice as it is quite far from anything but we knew this before arriving as it was close to the venue for a wedding we were attending so not a major just a heads up for others, the taxi's are all organised by the same ppl and in my opinion they over charge for Thailand. The food from the restaurant was a bit average so after a couple of meals we decided to eat else where, which is a shame cause they have got most other things spot on.

We made a surprise visit to meet friend that had booked in there . The reception staff joined in the surprise and we had a wonderful couple of days with our friends. We were upgraded to a room with a private swimming pools which was absolutely marvelous and enjoyed the pool late evening and early morning . The restaurant was excellent with the exception of the seafood platter which was not to our taste . We had a great time on the bikes, riding to the village and around the lake All in all a fabulous experience
