excellent value for money. Plunge pool was superb and my daughter aged 7 spend most of the her time inside it. the outside bigger infinity pool was also superb. looking at the price the value was just fantastic. staff very helful

i like the pirate pool and the design of the resort. the whole lagoon was worth my money. the staff was friendly and helpful.

it is bit far away from everything. especially when the cab was not cheap.

The airport pickup did not arrive. Water in the room came out brown. The shower did not work. The phone was missing from the room. Having to go offsite for decent food. Brown water level ring on the villa pool. English speaking staff occasionally would be useful.

The spaciousness of the one-bed villa and the "novelty" of having to go outside the bedroom to our open air lounge was very appealing. Also having our own plunge pool to keep cool was brilliant. and the whole atmosphere was very romantic. The staff were absolutely excellent and we could find no fault in them at all.

when we got there, whilst the bedroom and bathroom facilities were ultra clean, the swimming/plunge pool had not been cleaned after the previous occupants, thus the water was murky and had lots of sand at the bottom of the pool. I was not happy about having to swim in someone else's dirty water! The Staff organised the pool to be cleaned the very next day, and it was cleaned to an extremely high standard.

The villa is very clean and with a beautiful pool. Love the outdoor shower. Walking distance to convenience store and Big Buddha temple.

Villas are spacious n equipped with everything one might imagine. Staff is ready to help. Location is near airport and unknown pier of seatran ferry company - very convinient if u travel on. The hotel is perfect for jet legging rest for a few days

As the hotel is at remote location taxi will cost you 200-400 and up anywhere close. Beach is cute but polluted by boat oils. If u r up to parties it's not your place

The staff very lovely and the place was really nice and clean. Own pool was amazing we were surprised how big it was.

The villa was fantastic! It was secluded, private and everything that i wanted. Having a lounge & kitchenette right along side the private pool was great for making cocktails by the pool. Very relaxing! The bedroom was air conditioned & the bathroom including the outdoor shower was beautiful. The lighting at night was very romantic. The resident dog Marry always greeted us with a waggly tail and big smile...

The beds are hard. The pillows weren't quite right either. For a luxurious villa, I would have rated it faultless if the beds had been comfortable.

What a place. Everything you see in the pictures you get. The location is a bit quite and we liked the fact that there was no bar or food, it gets you out. Bang Rak and Choeng Mon are not far away The largest infinity pool we have ever seen.

no indoor family area no bar on the resort (easy to do) should let guests know about the bars and restaurants within walking distance (TangoLuxe in particular was stunning and 3 mins away)

The general ambience, location and quietness of the resort

Only 2 things the hotel advertises a beach which is non existent and you have to travel 10-15 mins for a decent beach. Finally although there is room service there is no restaurant

We had started studying our honeymoon options well in advance, and were thinking of researching the various available options and making all the bookings etc on our own. However, it was truly lucky for us that Booking.com suggested Samui Boat Lagoon.We were initially hesitant, as the idea of travel agents draws up an image of over-charging, non- friendly, pushy people - but we were pleasantly surprised as Samui Boat Lagoon turned out to be quite the opposite. Not only was their fee nominal, but they also went out of their way to suggest economical travel plans. Booking.com was instrumental in getting us a big discount on the Villa that we took.We absolutely had a blast, and really appreciated your help in everything. You were there to guide us right from the destinations to select all the way to what activities to do, during our honeymoon. We would certainly recommend your services to all our family and friends.In short our honeymoon would not have been quite as wonderful and memorable had it not been for Sanui Boat Lagoon immensely valuable inputs. Thank you so much!!!

Not much to dislike

the idea of a villa with a private pool, the location is ok, you have 7/11 and a Family mart within 5 minutes from the hotel, nice motorbikes (200 BHT) for 24 hours, the bed is amazing - huge and comfortable (the one in the big bedroom). Overall, Samui Boat Lagoon is a good deal. I looked for some time to find the best deal on Koh Samui and I think thats it - in that price range, the resort is the best you can get - not amazing but pretty decent.

The bed sheets were dirty - the first night we saw a pink spot and we thought that they didn't change the sheets. They changed them once for 4 night and the second time there was a bird sheet (we hope its was from a bird :)))) ) on the cover sheet. Not enough light, there is no way you can read a book, cooking might be possible but you'd better watch out for the fingers :) The living room/kitchen is not practical - you can either watch tv or use the sink and refrigerator, not both at the same time. If somebody is trying to wash the dishes, the other ppl have to wait to watch TV (there is a huge board which you have to roll to the left or to the right depending on whether you need a frigde/sink or a TV).
