I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for every splendid services you gave me during the time I stayed with you. The cute girl on reception was always willing to help me, my wife and all other guest at any time; giving us a deep detail in such everything I would like to know as a traveller. Moreover, there was a free of charge wifi at the lobby area, and the connection speed is awesome so I could enjoy the youtube.com a lot. Finally, I would definitely reccommend the hotel in the future this is where to stay on Koi Samui and I will absolutely return to the island again. Thank you and wish everyone happy new year !!

Even though I was staying there just a night, it was really impressive for me. I fall in love with Thailand, especially Samui Island Beach Resort. I did not feel like I was alone because all staff were definitely friendly and useful. Seafood was really fresh as well. Hopefully, if I have a vacation, I will absolutely be staying longer at Samui Island Beach Resort. Just only beach is not that wide.

There are many good things about this hotel, the pool the sea, and the great service. Even the resturant was good. We defenitly recommend. It's a bit far from the center.

The whole atmosphere was very nice and the staff at the hotel were very helpfull and allways smiling. No matter how many hours they had been working, they allways were ready to help and guide their guests. Every single guest felt like the most important person at the hotel. Everything was just ok

Location,spacious rooms with sea view,warmth and care of the MD/senior management, close proximity to the airport and shopping/dinning areas. Quality of breakfast, internet facility, choice of tv channels and communication skills of the staff in the cafeteria.

Le personnel est accueillant,agréable. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la salle de bains, pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner, les fruits ne sont pas réfrigérés

Хороший номер - большой светлый, большая терасса с шезлонгом и креслом, Собственный пляж Самое главное: отвратительная кухня, точнее полное ее отсутствие. Скорее всего в связи с малым количеством гостей в ресторане на завтрак разогревается то, что не доели вчера, а хлеб и выпечка подается вообще неизвестно какой давности - это уже не хлеб - им можно просто гвозди забивать... Да и предложения блюд практически нет... И по пляжу - да отель располагается прямо на берегу моря, что нас и подкупило, но там очень большие отливы и уже в 8-мь часов утра море уходит от берега на 300-500 метров, а прилив (вода подходит к берегу) только в ночное время суток (после 10 часов вечера)

Sehr Ruhige Lage und trotzdem in 3 min. mit dem Roller bis Chaweng City. Hotel liegt ca.50 m vom Strand entfernt.Parkmöglichkeit , nette Mitarbeiter vorallem der Chef . Habe ein Bungalow gebucht gehabt und da es mir nicht gefiehl bekam ich auf Wünsch ein riesen Zimmer mit Meerblick und mit einem Grossen Balkon ohen zusätzliche Kosten. Wasser gab es träglich 2 Flaschen kostenlos. Das Badzimmer war mit einem Rundbadewanne augestattet. Pool war sauber. Getränke am Pool waren auch angemessen. Zimmer wurde täglich gereingt. Safe war kostenpflichtig und hat 20 Baht gekostet , bei jedem öffen musste man erneut 20 Baht bezahlen . Safe befand sich in einem Raum bei der Rezeption. Frühstück war bis auf das Omelette/ Spiegeleier sehr eintönich. Es gab nur Schwarztee und Kaffe und die üblichen Wasser/Orangen-Ananassaft aus dem Kühlautomaten.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Achtung Mietauto ist das Hoteleigene Fahrzeug, daher keine wirkliche Versicherung obwohl mann den offiziellen Mietpreis zahlt. Fuer Kreditkartenzahlung wird 3 Prozent aufgeschlagen obwohl das beim Buchen nicht erwaehnt wird! Fazit: Sauber, freundlich Preis und Leistung stimmt. Kreditkarten und Mietwagenpolitik

Väldigt trevlig personal, stora fina rum å en härlig pool. Litet minus att det låg en bit bort från centrum och att det inte fanns en riktig strand. Men allt var jättebra dock kanske lite väl lugnt. Den branta backen och myggbetten

Mooie ruime kamers met zeezicht. Rustige omgeving en toch op loopafstand van restaurants en winkels. Eind januari 2012 was er geen strand. Het aantal ligbedden en parasols rond het zwembad is beperkt.

Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service, tolle Lage am Strand - fussläufig zur Partymeile in Chaweng, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Aus unserem Zimmer (4. OG) toller Meer- und Strandblick. Die Qualität des Restaurants ist in den umliegenden Hotels deutlich besser.

The staff in the main hotel building are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The seaview room was lovely, and the location is great, near the beach but not too near all the hectic tourism of central Chaweng. The constant loud music round the pool.

personalet er meget venlige, men deres engelske er dårlig. værelset er rigtig godt til pengene vi Bode på øverste sal med rigtig god udsigt. buffet morgenmaden er god. det er et meget stille område der er ingen badestrand ud for hotellet vandet er meget lavet og beskidt af søgræs, hotellet ligger ikke i gå afstand til byen
