Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel  

Hotel location: good location, quiet, right at the beach but still close to the center (restaurants, bars, shopping). Very friendly hotel safe. Good food at hotel restaurant.

On the beach

Well, where do i start. . . I booked this hotel/resort about 1 and 1/2 months prior to our arrival. When I arrived at samui island beach resort the room i booked and paid for was not available. The hotel staff made me wait about 20 minutes while they prepared another room with two single beds so my partner and i slept separate. They assured me in their broken english that my room would be available the next day. And of course... the next day came and my room was not ready, so we had to stay another night in a room lesser to what we had booked and paid for. Finally on the third day we were provided with our room after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby with our bags packed. Also, while waiting in the lobby on each of the three first days, we overheard other customers being dissapointed by this hotel. One woman had booked and paid and was told their was no room for her and she had to go to their affiliated hotel, another man also in a similar situation as us, provided with a lessor room. This was very disappointing, as the hotel itself is very nice, however be aware that you may arrive here and not have the room you booked or may not have a room at all!

The staffs are friendly, the location is near by the airport.

The staff in the main hotel building are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The seaview room was lovely, and the location is great, near the beach but not too near all the hectic tourism of central Chaweng.

The constant loud music round the pool.

The whole atmosphere was very nice and the staff at the hotel were very helpfull and allways smiling. No matter how many hours they had been working, they allways were ready to help and guide their guests. Every single guest felt like the most important person at the hotel.

Everything was just ok

Good staff. Not far away Chaweng Street. Sea view and beach outside.

Breakfast is not too bad. Banglow room is a little small.

Тихо, уютно и при этом очень близко от шумного ночного центра Чавенга. Очень гостеприимный персонал.

Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service, tolle Lage am Strand - fussläufig zur Partymeile in Chaweng, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Aus unserem Zimmer (4. OG) toller Meer- und Strandblick.

Die Qualität des Restaurants ist in den umliegenden Hotels deutlich besser.
