Location was very good The staffs primary concern during my 11pm checkin was advance payment or holding passport, this immediate lack of trust while chiecking in was terrible. My room was of a very poor standard and looked nothing like the photograophs on booking.com (the first time ever this has happened to me). |

The staff were very friendly and always trying to please. Security around the hotel was very good. I left my digital camera unlocked in my rented motorcycle overnight by mistake, the camera was returned to me by secirity staff the next day. |

good service, good facilities, good variation in prices to suit everyone There was nothing not to like, but maybe it could be shown that the beach could be reached from th hotel. I did visit the beach, but was I allowed to from First House? Does the bridge belong to First House? |

The staff was extremely kind and well prepared, the room was very clean. International breakfast in front of the pool. We stayed at other hotels in samui and we did not find this kindness and professionality in other more expensive places. My room didn't have curtains, so very early at morning it was quite hard sleeping |

Nice private beach nearby, friendly staff, clean rooms The hotel was little bit far from Chaweng centrum, but if you rent a motorbike or use cheap taxi, it´s not too far. |

we stayed one night as we were desperate, arrived late from a flight & intended to catch ferry the next day to Ko Tao so we didn't seem the point in soending loads of money on accomodation. It was more of a backpacker level hotel. We are used to higher standards generally - great for back packers - but not really suitable for anyone who likes luxury!!! |

Ett bra hotell med en mycket bra frukostbuffé. Bra rum som har vad man behöver. Uppgraderade under vistelsen till rum med balkong, vilket behövdes för att kunna hänga badkläder mm på tork. Rum med balkong hade vattenkokare vilket inte de mindre rumen hade, för övrigt var faciliteterna lika. Hotellet har egen sandstrand med gratis solstolar. Rumen utan balkong hade dåligt med möjlighet att hänga kläder och handukar på tork. Många markerade solstolar på stranden på morgonen och använde dem sedan någon timme men höll dem hela dagarna. |

Trevlig personal, god frukost, perfekt läge i södra Chaweng, där stranden inte var så fullpackad som längre norrut. Ingen utsikt från rummet (delux). Badrummet placerat innan balkongen och båda hade frostade glasfönster. |
