Все хорошо в этом отеле, кроме борьбы с комарами и мошками. Отель стоит на болоте и , всего этого в избытке. Во время уборки двери в виллы распахиваются и приглашают мошкару в гости. Я считаю , что борьбы явно не хватает.

отличный пляж, один из лучших во всем регионе, с хорошим сервисом на пляже, хорошие номера (вилла), красивая территория, персонал старается решить все возникающие вопросы однообразный завтрак, бар на рецепции практически отсутствует

die Lage der Service des gesamten Personals der wunderschön angelegte Garten die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten so zwischendorch: Handtücher, Wasser, Obst und Eis am Strand und Pool, Hightea am Nachmittag die Wege zu den Villen könnten besser beleuchtet und beschriftet sein die Matratzen sind zu weich die a la carte Mahlzeiten im Hotel sind ziemlich überteuert, daher essen die meisten Hotelgäste auwärts -

Staff, ice cold beer, great bbq, lots of animals for the kids to enjoy. Very friendly hotel manager, extremly child friendly resort. Breakfast items not kept cold. Parts of resort looks not so nice, like the dryed ot river..

Die überaus freundliche und herzenswarme Behandlung des Personals. Die ausgezeichnete Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels in einer zauberhaften natürlichen tropischen Umgebung. Das Vermissen einer gewissen Etikette mancher Gäste, die abends statt mit langen Hosen, mit Shorts zum Diner kamen.

アクティビティが全てフリーで、ビーチでのんびり過ごすには最高です。途中アイスクリームやフルーツを届け- てくれます。ハンモックで昼寝もできました。プールはサムイで一番大きいと案内がありましたが、ジャグジー- 付のヴィラだったので、結局プールには入らずじまいでした。 場所柄仕方ないと思いますが、トイレの流れはあまりよくないので何度か流す必要があります。

The beautiful parc, and although it was high saison, we had a lot of privacy. We had always beds on the beach with a perfect service. Nicest beach restaurant we ever had.

Personal ist sehr nett & bemüht, schöne Anlage und riesiger Pool, Liegen & Hängematten am Strand auch sehr schön. Als FAMILIENhotel werden Baby/Kinder-beistellbetten zusätzlich berechnet, was eigentlich schon eine Frechheit ist. Die Mitarbeiter des Kids-Club sind nicht besonders motiviert. Auch der Kinderspielraum lieblos eingerichtet (hauptsache der DVD-Spieler geht). Kinderbespaßung & -beschäftigung seeehr spärlich. Kein Zaun o.ä. auf der Kids-Terrasse, Kids können direkt von der Terrasse in den kleinen Tier-Garten der Hühner & Hasen fallen. Kindersicherung??? Auf der Kids-Speisekarte sucht man vergebens nach gesunden Speisen wie zB Gemüse & Fisch. Hauptsächlich Burger, Spaghetti, Pommes, Chicken McNuggets und die schlechteste Fertigpizza die ich je probiert hatte. Auch die Kinderspeisen für die Kleinsten kosten zusätzlich... Apropos Kindersicherung: In unserer Villa befanden sich Steckdosen direkt an der Badewanne. Das Resort ist in die Jahre gekommen, soll aber in ein paar Monaten komplett saniert werden. Sportbereich & Sauna (=Abstellkammer)/WC-Bereich hat eine Sanierung aber auch wirklich nötig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ganz ok, ich mochte das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum & das des Buffets (innen & außen) allerdings nicht. Dort waren auch die Servietten viel zu steif, die Musik zu nervig.
