Room and surroundings were very nice

The man forgot to pick up my girlfriend from the airport, leaving her stranded. She called him and he said to get a taxi then wouldn't reimburse the cost. There was never anyone around if we had questions, the hot water didn't work and took asking 3 times and 2 days to fix. He seemed nice but there is no service here whatsoever, we heard a lot of people walking around yelling "hello" trying to get help so we weren't the only ones.

The room is spacious, clean, and with a lot of windows look out to the garden. The garden is nice too. It is a traditional Thailand house, very nice stay!

A very relaxing and well designed Thai style garden which has four houses. The whole garden is full with green, birds, flowers. Several open air relaxing areas enable you to sit down and talk with others. I had a very joyful and relaxing stay at Santitham guest house. The housekeeping lady makes the room and bathroom very clean and with a good smell. Very cute and friendly dog and cat add more. Really didn't want to leave after 5 days stay.

Not very easy to find. Need to explain every time to taxi driver or tuktuk driver.

Very close to road, Foliage attracted insects that bite.

Very comfortable and relaxing...a sanctuary in CM, and a home away from home. Also has a great restaurant serving excellent Thai dishes at reasonable prices.

De prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding was zeer goed (we hadden een voordelig tarief, omdat we vooruit hadden geboekt). De kamers (+ airco) zijn gelegen in een prachtige tuin. Met een tuktuk of bus ben je zo in het centrum van Chiang Mai. Omdat het guesthouse in een buurt gelegen is, waar weinig toeristen komen, krijg je voor weinig geld een goede maaltijd.

Voor de lowbudget travellers die zich het liefst in het centrum willen vertoeven is het beter een van de guesthouses in het centrum op te zoeken.

环境十分迷人，以至于我们都不想出门了，虽然是共用卫浴，但只有三间房和别墅一样没有不方便

距离古城有点远

最惊喜的一家客栈，私人花园小楼，休闲度假的不二选择，老美房东非常热情助人。虽不在老城内，但离得近，又- 安静，屋内外都设计精美，非常干净卫生，还有一只小狗一只小猫很加分

我们一共在这里住了五个晚上！真心的，我很怀念santitham的一切，那里环境非常好，房间很大，很干- 净很舒服，平时不去古城玩在里面待着也很开心。可以免费借用自行车。附近也有很多当地的饭馆。搭双条车去古- 城的thapaiGate也只要十多分钟大概一人25b。而且不得不提到，santitham的老板Nol- and人非常好，只有我们有疑问都非常热情地回答与帮助我们，还有一次带我们一起上素帖山玩。so i have to say all of this worth a long stay! ! i love santitham ！

位置有点不方便，有时要回santitham的时候都要跟司机解释比划很久～

是三栋老别墅，房间干净舒适，像在家里一样，花园很漂亮安静，有健身房，附近有个大市场，吃得很多又便宜，- 骑单车去老城区很方便。房东是个美国人，很友善，会弹电子琴唱歌，每星期六晚有音乐晚会。

リラックスが出来る家庭的なホテルと言うより民宿の様でした。落ち着いた雰囲気の宿。メインテナンスが行き- 届いている。高級な木材が使われており、窓、ドアー、床、椅子、全て気に入った。

シャワーが固定式で、お湯の出が分散し弱かったので、お尻まで洗う時に湯が届かず不自由した。

环境真的很不错, 老板是个外国人, 非常nice, 我们入住时已经很晚了, 普通房满了, 老板免费帮我们upgrade房间, 房间超漂亮, 非常舒服.

地点有点偏僻, 去塔佩门还有挺远距离, 出门拿了地址名片, 双条司机很多都不知道这个地方, 就这点比较麻烦.

非常干净清洁，简直是一尘不染。整体设计很有格调，每个角度都摆放了很多装饰品。配备设施也很好，有厨房，- 客厅，健身房！主人是个美国人，还养了饿笼鸟，每天醒来听着鸟叫声感觉很休闲~还有一条很可爱的小狗~总之- ，很温馨的GH！像家一样！I really like it!

位置离得不远，在古城北面，但有点难找，我每次都迷路~租个摩托车出入比较适合~

价格便宜，房间很不大但很干净，有专门放行里的地方，免费无线，院内环境也很美，有免费的自行车可以用。性- 价比很高。老板是个美国人，人很好。在居民区- 附近，周围物价很便宜，想去城内打Tutu一会就能到，清迈打车一定要讲价哦。

excellent staff, very friendly and nice; the rooms reached the highest standards, 5 stars hotel level; an extended garden around the buildings and a very well arranged big yard in the back of the main corp of buildings; the back yard was really proper for relaxing and chill; some gym machines in the back yard under a veranda;it was cheap if i consider the comfort which the room provided

emptiness, nobody there except for myself and the staff; in the night there is pretty noisy due to the traffic on the front street - it is located on a quite busy street in a local shops area; the area is not really central, is not so far away for the old city but the tuck-tuck drivers can't find it easily

Loved our stay at Santitham. The owner is a great guy, his staff is super friendly and the breakfast was great. It is one of the most chilled out atmospheres I have had in my 2 month SE Asia trip :) The rooms were also spotless and gorgeous. I would strongly recommend this Guest House to anyone!
