The villa was gorgeous and the staff were very eager to please and accomodating to our requests. We had a lovely time there during our honeymoon. Loved the outdoor showers and extra large sized outdoor bathtub. We had a private pool villa. The only grouse I'd have is that the pool wasn't cleaned during our stay, which meant by the 5th day, it wasn't the cleanest. Also the main pool was under renovation so unfortunately we couldn't use it but that's not really a big issue for us. |

This hotel was Paradise. Everything was amazing, the beach view pool villa was spectacular. The hotel was in a great location opening up onto the white beaches. I had a birthday while at Saree Samui and the staff and management went out of their way to make my day just perfect. Nothing is a problem the staff will do anything to make your stay memorable, they are genuinely nice people. The pool is huge much bigger than in the photos and nice and warm. With so much room between the villas you have so much privacy. The food is great, we didnt even bother eating outside the hotel as we enjoyed everything we had at the hotel. I would definately recommend this hotel to any one, one thing you must do is have a BBQ on the beach...simply amazing! |

Renovation works very noisy in the hotel, we have not been informed of these works before our arrival in the room. We change rooms for another in which there was problems with the toilets (twice) the bath, out of order for a day and pressuire af the shower. No real service, no trips organised, no shuttle whereas the hotel is far away from restaurants and bars. |

fantastic hotel. really beautifully designed and well maintained with friendly staff. beautiful spa and beach it is a bit expensive but worth the money |

Ontspannen sfeer. Privacy: De tuin van de 'villa' was compleet ommuurd (voor zeezicht kon je de luiken openzetten). Het privezwembadje en de 'buiten'badkamer. Het personeel begreep en sprak slecht Engels. Soms moeilijk om eenvoudige zaken duidelijk te maken. De wisselende kwaliteit in het restaurant. De ene kok was top de andere zeer middelmatig. |

Intime familiäre Atmosphäre, insbesondere sind die Bungalows toll. Freundlichkeit des Personals. Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist toll. Ich mußte als Single den vollen Preis für zwei Personen zahlen, obwohl ich doch nicht zweimal zum Frühstück bin. Das Frühstück sollte mehr Auswahl bieten, nur Toast ist langweilig, sehr schade ist auch, dass Instant-Pulver für die Getränke eingesetzt werden. Das Essen im Restaurant ist OK, jedoch nicht einfallsreich und die Preise für dieses Essen zu hoch. Abzocke durch das Hotel-Management beim Bestellen eines Taxis. |
