La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de toda la actividad comercial de Chaweng y enfrente de la playa.

El servicio en general y las instalaciones no son de un hotel 5*. Solo por poner un ejemplo la limpieza de la habiacion era pobre y no reponian los productos del baño. Cada dia tenai que pedir jabón, shampoo o cerillas porque no reponen hasta que se termine. Hasta el punto que un día me encontre la caja de cerillas con 1 cerilla! Supongo pensaron que mientras haya no hay que reponer.....

Los restaurantes que están en la playa al lado del hotel, excelente comida a un precio magnifico.

En la época que fuimos, primera quincena de julio, la marea era bastante mala, me explico, por el día la marea era baja con lo cual al entrar en la playa te metes en un lodazal de barro y al cabo de 100 metros empieza a cubrir por la cintura, eso si por la noche la marea sube y esta rebosante hasta la orilla. Yo en esta época cogería un hotel por la zona norte de la isla.

Precioso hotel que ha hecho más mágica nuestra estancia en Samui. La situación es ideal, ya que estás en el mismo Chaweng, pero lejos del bullicioso centro. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y acogedoras, y tienen un baño estupendo. Lo mejor, es que habíamos reservado una habitación sencilla, pero nos dieron una con jacuzzi privado en la terraza, y, la verdad, en las horas de fuerte calor era el mejor sitio donde refugiarse. El personal muy amable y servicial. Queremos destacar que el día antes de nuestra partida, nos llamaron para decirnos que al día siguiente la habitación no estaba ocupada y que podíamos disponer hasta las 14h. Además, ya que nuestro vuelo era a las 17h, nos dijeron que si queríamos estar en la piscina hasta la hora de partir, podíamos utilizar las duchas y vestuarios del spa. Mejor, imposible!

Enjoyed our Honeymoon at this hotel and were very grateful to the hotel for our upgrade. The breakfast at this hotel is very good and so is the food at their restaurant. Having a lunch snack sitting at the pool bar is awesome and the service is really good. Would always recommend this hotel.Thank you Sareeraya for good memories.

The unfortunate use of Fireworks late into the night on the beach. This should not be allowed. Not only do you wake up often with loud banging of the fireworks but also the loud music on the beach until the early hours of the morning.

Definitely the beautiful pool and beachfront area - the perfect place to relax in the sun with it's location so close to the heart of Chewang. It's far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle - but close enough to walk! Just perfect.

It's hard to pic something out of a great hotel - but I believe in honest feedback! So, the only thing that I could see improvement in was the choice of music sometimes could have been better. Dance music has it's place no doubt but probably not over breakfast and top 40 current hits probably wasn't what I expected to hear in the lobby/reception. I came to Thailand to experience local culture so I guess that I would have like that reflected in their choices of music as well - everything else was just perfect.

the location was very good, about 5 mins walk from the main high street. All the staff were very nice, the chefs table was also very nice and very well priced.

Can i just say The Bed I think the wooden floor in our room had more give in it than our bed, it was solid. also twice we had the do not disturb on they did not knock the door but rang us from reception.

Paradise! Excellent location right on the beach and only a couple of minutes from bars, restaurants, shops etc. Staff so friendly! Try the our place restaurant just next door - it's right on the beach and does a really good Thai green curry! We will definately be coming back again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The relaxed atmosphere along with very friendly staff.

The Staff are very nice, beach side, quite place at nice, walking distance from busy road where all shops and resturants.

Its not a 5 stars hotel, there is no much privacy even inside the rooms as on day in the morning we found the gardner cleaning the pool while we were in the room, the jacuzi has no privacy as its connected with the other rooms, even the private pool villa has no privacy as each room overlook each other ... well that we were looking for so if you dont care about that there would be no much things to dont like.

Really amazing hotel. Great staff, location perfect as it is by the beach and 5 minutes walk from the city. Rooms are great. During my stay I've been in all of them, and I must say that at least for me, the cheapest one was enough (No pool or dive pool).

Great place to stay. Excellent rooms and very good location .located at the end of chaweng beach road. Close to everything night life,shopping. They have their private beach . Wonderful barbecue is arranged every evening. Great pool overlooking the sea.

Little problem with booking but later settled.

Absolute luxury. Beautifully finished rooms are as good as the pictures (you dont always find this in Thailand). The location is fantastic, just a few minutes North from the busy part of Chaweng Beach. The staff were lovely, spoke perfect English and nothing was too much to ask. Beach is nice, plenty of loungers and a nice main pool. Not cheap, but you do get what you pay for.

Hard to fault this fantastic resort. No, there was nothing I didnt like!
