Sareeraya Villas & Suites

ホテル全体のデザインは良く、高級感がある。室内設備も良い。最も海に近いプールサイドビラであったので、- 眺めもまあまあ。殆どの従業員の態度は良かった。

室内シャワー、ジャグジーの水質が悪い。茶色く濁っており、ドロ臭い。これは最悪。レセプション係りの１名- （女性）だけの態度が悪かった。折角のプールサイドビラでありながら、目の前にマッサージ用の櫓（やぐら）- があって、一部の視界がさえぎられるのが良くない。しかもその櫓を使用している様子は４日間の滞在中、一度- もなかった。

The rooms were well presented and very big, great location and views. In particular the beach. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile for everyone. The restaurant - The Chef's Table was great , beautifully presented food.

Only a minor point but there was not a turn down service every night which seemed strange for a 5 star hotel but overall Sareeraya Villas and Suites is great.

the hotel is near the chawang street you can walk there not need taxi , the stuff are very kind . on the beach there are massages very chep and good, not part of the hotel but its on the same beach.

the resteraunt doesn't have air condtion , so it's not so fun to eat there lunch. but u can eat in pool bar.

The room in 1st floor with small pool is very nice and relaxing in the room. The location is very quite and with clean and white beach and not far away from the town. The new facility is also very attractive. The sofa bed is suitable for small kid and they provide the bedding without extra charge. It is very sweet service.

It was quiet and comfy. The staff were willing to assist where they could and were very kind in giving me a small birthday cake for my birthday :) Very Kind gesture! The hotel manager kindly gave us a free drop to the airport after we had disputed the mention of "free round trip to the airport" on the booking.com website.

On the booking.com website it states that there is a free pickup to and from the airport. After having mentioned this to the manager, it was confirmed that this is no applicable and in the translation from Thai to English your booking.com need to get the correct information.

We loved the hotel, the beach, the location, the rooms. It was amazing. The one drawback was the managerial staff, who were very unhelpful and sour.

The suite was amazing, the private pool experience was awesome, the facilities are beautiful and luxurious. The breakfast was delightful and Australian Chef was extremely nice!

The Staff - The pool guys are annoying, acting like they want tips all the time by over helping even you don't want to, one of them even told some sarcastic remark after i didn't pay him (After i tipped him couple of times before). We had some issues with our sheets in the room (They were sticky and uncomfortable) and we needed to beg for help (Just after i god pissed off in the evening that they didn't take care about our situation they finally helped us and gave us some different sheets). This is a good hotel but most of the staff are not nice at all.

Good located near city centre and beach front, good services and nice and friendly staff, not to big hotel and therefore more personal

The sea was polluted in front of the Hotel, only this part of the beach, other areas more left and right no polution, the Hotel Management need to find out the cause of this polution, should be clear sea water!!

Loved everything about it. It was lovely, location wise, design wise, service wise.

We stayed in a villa with a small swimming pool integrated jugzzi. It was really nice and relaxed stay there. The location is also good, not far away from the centre and from the airport. The beach is quiet and beautifu with white sand. We wished we could stay longer...
