Great staff, great location, good design The water at the beach front was not suitable for swimming, at all! Algae made it impossible to enter the water and instead of sand it was muddy... We changed our hotel because of this and travelled to Koh Tao. I would not recommend the hotel or any other hotels on that beach for anybody how wants to go for a swim in the sea...

location to town was good....easy walking distance...to shops and night life...!!! we were not able to swim in the sea at all throughout our stay as it is low tide during the day throughout may ...!!! so this was a big dissapointment for us....and what little water there was had lots of floating debrie...!!! if we had known this ....we would not have booked this hotel .....so beach lovers beware.....!!!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day. I loved the design and decor and we both thought the staff were fantastic, they did everything they could to maie our stay enjoyable.

The modern design. Front of the beach The pool was full of families with small children and nobody put policies about it. I thinkit is a place for adults.People smoking in the pool. I have stayed at a villa and there were fruits just the first day as a welcome present.

All Very bad and its the worstest hotel service and the only two eara is ok is the GM and the resturant manager the rest need to leave this 3 start hotel price of more than 5 start

F&B staff very friendly and attentive. Room sizes were big and fairly comfortable. Hotel manager tried his best to make up for the numerous problems, but it was always too little too late. Problems on check-in with room availability and rude staff. Problems with hot water. Problems with flooded room, twice, due to faulty water pipes. Very small hotel and in my opinion an overpriced 3-star. Only 1 restaurant and no on-site spa facility. "Boutique" is used to describe the size, not a level of service.

This chic resort is perfectly located north at Chaweng beach. The rooms are beautifully decorated and they are spacius with stunning view over the sea. I can´t give enough credit to the staff as they are extremely service minded and caring. They´ll do anything to make your stay as pleasing as possible. The Sareeraya beachfront is the best on Chaweng and you can see the staff cleaning the beach from early morning to sunset. The restaurant provides both Thai and international cousine and the food is splendid! I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a five star stay at Chaweng beach. You can´t go wrong with this one.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sarreraya for a week this November. Everything was absolutely perfect and I could not recommend staying here enough. The staff are absolutely amazing, so attentive and friendly. The staff helped us choose and book all the tours we did and they recommeny some fantastic things, we were happy with every activity and tour we chose. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and the hotels restaurant had really great food. Amazing beachfront location with an infinity pool right in front of the beach with a swim up bar, which we definitely got great use out of. We got the most modest room, the luxury suite, but this was more than enough for us, very spacious, decorated beautifully and air conditioned. Great location right near the main hub of chewang but out just enough not be to disturbed by the noise. The hotel day spa was outstanding, best I've ever been to. Highly recommend staying here it made our trip just perfect :-)

Paradise! Excellent location right on the beach and only a couple of minutes from bars, restaurants, shops etc. Staff so friendly! Try the our place restaurant just next door - it's right on the beach and does a really good Thai green curry! We will definately be coming back again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our aim was to have a relaxing week by the beach and this hotel provided the perfect venue for this. Our own private plunge pool, the main pool, the bar and restaurant all providing the daily essentials. The location is good if you want to be away from the main steet madness. Access to shops and restaurants was still only a short walk away. Service was variable though overall was good. Some more attention to maintenance is needed as our rooms has a number of little things that didn't work or were needing attention. More drinking water should be provided without having to continually request it (though it was provided when we asked). The tap water is undrinkable and generally brownish in colour.

The Staff are very nice, beach side, quite place at nice, walking distance from busy road where all shops and resturants. Its not a 5 stars hotel, there is no much privacy even inside the rooms as on day in the morning we found the gardner cleaning the pool while we were in the room, the jacuzi has no privacy as its connected with the other rooms, even the private pool villa has no privacy as each room overlook each other ... well that we were looking for so if you dont care about that there would be no much things to dont like.

Enjoyed our Honeymoon at this hotel and were very grateful to the hotel for our upgrade. The breakfast at this hotel is very good and so is the food at their restaurant. Having a lunch snack sitting at the pool bar is awesome and the service is really good. Would always recommend this hotel.Thank you Sareeraya for good memories. The unfortunate use of Fireworks late into the night on the beach. This should not be allowed. Not only do you wake up often with loud banging of the fireworks but also the loud music on the beach until the early hours of the morning.

The morning breakfast buffet is very good. The beach bbq food is very good too. The hotel staffs are not friendly, the room have mosquitos, my daughter always bite by mosquitos and we always see the mosquitos in our room & toilet. Some toilet facilities are not function very well.

This is truly a great hotel: - great rooms, very nice design and size - outstanding breakfast, you can order for example egg benedicts, crepes etc... - great location - food is great - small pool in shadow is great for kids ! - Of course there is a price to pay for this quality

Great place to stay. Excellent rooms and very good location .located at the end of chaweng beach road. Close to everything night life,shopping. They have their private beach . Wonderful barbecue is arranged every evening. Great pool overlooking the sea. Little problem with booking but later settled.

The Resort was Beautiful and the staff was extraordinary! The location is perfect, just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Chaweng, but close enough to walk if you so choose. This place is amazing.

Absolute luxury. Beautifully finished rooms are as good as the pictures (you dont always find this in Thailand). The location is fantastic, just a few minutes North from the busy part of Chaweng Beach. The staff were lovely, spoke perfect English and nothing was too much to ask. Beach is nice, plenty of loungers and a nice main pool. Not cheap, but you do get what you pay for. Hard to fault this fantastic resort. No, there was nothing I didnt like!
