Zelo majhne sobe, čistoča je tko tko, priporočam vsem da gredo za vogal kjer je podoben hotelček Secret garden, kjer so lepše in večje sobe za isto ceno...

Poor maintenance, poor service and poor staff English!

Location was great. Rooms were very basic but that's what you get for the price.

Don'teat in the restaurant. Go to the stalls across the street.

Nice location, a bit away from Kao San road, very quite in the night time.

Tiny rooms, no windows, dirty..i mean very dirty...No WiFi in rooms, lobby only. No fridge, even if you booking description mentioned fridge :-) breakfast iv very poor and not tasty at all.

Location between Sambuttri and Khoa San Road was perfect. Rooms were small but included everything you need.

The hostels name is: Smile Inn, but I never saw somebody smile here. The staff was rather rude to their constumers. One evening I even saw a member of the staff yelling to a client..

Its a very dirty place.You can better places for the same price.

Great location. Even though by busy khao San rd its still quiet during the nights. The room has a good air conditioner . Working Wi-Fi.

It was cheap and just around the corner from khao San road.

Even though we knew it was a budget place it looked clean in the photos. It did not seen very clean to us when we got there. The staff seemed quite moody too and disinterested too.

My room was not available at the location I reserved so they moved me to another Sawasdee Hotel. A lot of cockroaches and just generally dirty.

Everything! The staff was very rude, the room was very very dirty, small and noise. The bathroom was really small, to take a shower you need to seat on the latrine and the hot water didnt work. The air condition was so big to the room that you could freeze while sleep (if you could sleep with the noise). The towels and bed sheets had strange spots and the blanket was disgusting. The only good thing of the hotel was the location, because on the same street you can find a huge of better hostels wich the same price or cheaper.

There were tv and hot water. Conditioneer and piece of soap were also.

- Small room; - dirty walls; - stinky pillows; - there was no any towel in our room (it is madness); - there was no place for belongings; - it was scary to touch anyting at room; - window looked out to an opposite wall

Location is great for kohsan road, grand palace and temples

Deluxe room is no different to the standard room. We stayed in a standard room previous and chose the deluxe the second time round. Seriously no difference at all- actually come to think of it there was a fridge!

aircondition sounded like a tractor, in the treetop outside the hotel a bird sang all the night, coridor in the hotel smelled like peeing. The interior of room was terrible.

Location.

It was very loud at night not from the street but from guests and hotel saff did not do nothing about this. Very small, dirty room and bad smelly. If you do not have your own device you have to pay for using computer. We were travelling across Thailand and Vietnam and everywhere you could use computer with internert for free. There are no towels. We wanted to stay 2 more days but after seeing this room we cancelled our reservation and picked better hotel in our opinion.

When I reached the Sawasdee Smile Inn I got little disturbed to see the rush of people and congestion. Room and bathroom size also gave me a jerk. But when I spent little time and got use to the environment I eased up to reasonable extent. It is nice budget friendly place and ideal to stay in limited low budget. Only at times the activities in adjacent rooms and narrow corridors gets irritating.

it is cheap, but very narrow and small; there are AC system and shower, but noisy and weak; there are window, but no sunshine ; it is not that near to Kaoshan Rr. but very noisy outside until the other day morning. but it is realy cheap.

The staff is extreme unfriendly. The double bed is so small that you cannot even turn in your bed. The window couldn't shut down, resulting in a lot of noise and musquitos.

Its cheap in rates but there are no hangers in room even not a single nail to hang dresses,management of hotel does not care for special request

Good location for a very cheap price
