Loud construction noise at the pool and beach. Great Butler, Jay. Very expensive and they only gave me 10% off my bill for the noise.

Our dog was overjoyed with the private pool and the beach right in front of our villa pure bliss for any pup! and the freedom for our dog to splash around in its own pool and play on the beach made our stay incredibly special.
From the moment we arrived at Soul Village, we were greeted with the warmest welcome from Khun JC, making us feel right at home
Thank you so much we can't wait to come back soon!

Very disapointing I came with high expectations and they were not fullfiled:
1. The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. I arrived after a long flight to Thiland and hardly a smile from any of the receptionists.
I was looking for some attractions to do and was looking through their book for about half an hour trying to decide what to choose. No one aproached or tried to help or offer advice. That happened twice.
2. It was my birthday, and a family member from
US waned to order a surprise cake for me. He called me up to ask if I got it, I had no idea what he was talking about, aperantly they just left it in the room fridge without notifying me at all + did no add the note he asked to print for me.
3. When I arrived I asked where can I change money. The receptionist said "turn right and walk 10 minutes" , the problem is after you start going right, there are 2options of turns and no one to ask as there is litrelly nothing around. They could be a bit more specific..
4. I had some ants in the room+ 2 baby spiders. I understand this is a tropical island and yet this is a 5 star resort.
5. There is no gegi milk option in the restaurant
for coffee. Only cow milk. I woul think in 2023 there ould be at least one other option for vegans.
6. There is more but I made my point..

My wife and I rate this beach experience as excellent for swimming (but not for surfing!), and although best not to swim at lower tides due to the exposed reef, medium and hight tides are excellent. It's safe , protected from the surf, and clean for kids and beginner swimmers. Best things are the great service provided by the KANTARY hotel (by a covered vehicle), departing every 15 minutes, and the free towels (for Kantary guests) and affordable restaurant at the Panwa Beach, located just over the hill.

Panwa Beach is very peaceful, away from the crowds, but not dead. There are people walking along the beach and a handful of bar/restaurants along the shore, but it isn't too loud or crazy at night. A nice peaceful getaway. As for the swimming, maybe not the best as the ground under the water along the beach seemed to have a lot of large rocks and other items in it. I wouldn't exactly recommend it for swimming. But for relaxing, boating, getting a few drinks, it's great. My recommendation would be to stay at a resort/hotel along Panwa and renting a car so that you can drive to other beaches for swimming, such as Ya Nui beach.

There was a small beach close to our apartment which was located next to Panwa Cape Viewpoint. This beach is very private, small but beautiful. Another bigger beach which is called Panwa Beach is close to the hotel Cape Panwa Hotel. There is regular free shuttle bus from Kantari Hotel to Cape Panwa Hotel, which is provides daily every 20 minutes.

Staff were very friendly , my room on the first njgt had a massive leak in the ceiling - so had a night of dripping sounds onto the floor. I requested a new room the next morning and was moved to a similar room ( with a less good view but no complaints there it was dry so that’s what counts).
Generally found the resort in need of a big update - looks and feels very dated.

Ao yon beach is small, peacefull, quite area. Sea experience 9/10 but dont forget to take sea shoe there is little amount of rock in the sea... beautifull beach and view... rent a longtail boat from the Village people for the islands around..
Loved my stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet cove and was the perfect relaxing stay. Clean, quiet rooms with lovely minimalist decor. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranged my transport to and from the airport and Old Town Phuket, in-room massages, and had plenty of other ideas for activities. I ate breakfast every morning at the hotel next door, so close it felt like the same property—the food was more Western than traditional Thai but all delicious, and couldn't beat the convenience.
A very quiet beautiful beach away from Phuket noise, you literally can’t hear anything but the cute beach waves.
Breakfast is included and you have variety of options
Room is spacious with internet and a smart TV, Bathroom is spacious too with medium sized jacuzzi
Outside pool is amazing with beautiful surrounding plants
Because they are maybe 7 Villas you get the family feeling, I’ve seen families with their kids and pets, the owners have a huge lovely dog called Simpa ♥️♥️
Everything and everyone. The owner is very friendly, the staff are all friendly and cheerful. The villa is newly renovated like it shows in the picture. I stayed at the beachfront villa can just step out to the quiet beach easily. The beach is very claim with white sand and blue water, beginner can also play kayak or sup easily. The breakfast is absolutely great with choices. If you are looking for a tranquil and relaxing holiday, it is the best choice in Phuket.
The location is good, it is far from the city and party people, but yet close enough. Directly at the sea shore, and they have kayaks for free you can use when the tide is high.
The hotel is in a beautiful park with a lot of animals and flowers. It is almost like living in a botanical garden.
Breakfast is simple but good. The hotel never appears overcrowded, that's great and staff is really cute and attentive. Pool is great!
Isolated, quiet, and very peaceful hotel. By far, one of the best beachfronts you’ll find in Phuket. The room is spacious, and the staff are very cooperative, accommodating and helpful. Food at the restaurant is AMAZING, and surprisingly not over priced like big hotels. Nothing beats the sunset view from this hotel. Good massage service. Overall, great experience in this hotel and definitely recommended!
This is the best spot in Panwa beach and the host Mr. Graham is extremely helpful. We felt like a home and he assisted us with all possible stuffs. We used kitchen and swimming pool, his house is very spacious and walking distance to the ocean and 7-11 stores.
Everything was clean, well maintained and organized. I highly recommend this place , everything is near to this spot.
Thanks

I love the panwa beach, we went there during man-soon when the sea very rough on other places, panwa is really calm. my kids loved the giant pools, playroom and beach facilities. the hotel offers everything, from canoo to Thai box. the stuff is amazing, the upgraded our room to a pool villa. we had a lovely stay in Pullman. highly recommend for families with children.
Great location.Excellent room and facilities.Food here is delicious with a varied menu for all tastes. Rachel and all the staff at The Cove were so friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our brief 3 night stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for that special place to relax and enjoy the tranquility it has to offer.
The room size was beyond expectations. However, as expected of all Phuket resorts, there were lizards in the bath which bothered us slightly. The bathtub was exceptionally huge and was great. The private pool was also good and we didn’t have to use the common pool because of it. Wifi was good in the room with decent speeds.
The resort is incredible. Very beautiful and in a peaceful aera of Phuket. With the view on Big Buddha of Phuket. The room is beautiful, cleaned everyday and the bed is so comfortable. The pool is quiet, the bar and food are pretty much expensive but really really good ( don't hesitate on green curry).
The hotel room with pool access was really amazing. The hotel facilities were very convenient and easy to access. The hotel staff were very friendly and tried to be as quick as they could with any requests. There are local shops nearby which is great.
Beach bar downstairs was great location, quiet but with a vibe and open area of beach and sea.
Nice pool overlooking the sea view.
Great location next to restaurants and massage shops, easy to get around by taxi to other parts of Phuket.
The hotel is so pretty and the staff is so friendly. They have two pools with one on the roof and access to the sister hotel (a few minutes away by shuttle). They also have free breakfast buffet.
