Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται THB 700,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Room with a good view over the swimming pool, and you could also see a little bit of the sea. Very nice sitting on the balcony in the evening. Comfortable bed, and good channels on TV. Happy for the bathtub. 4 min walk to to beach. Wonderful breakfast included ! The position of the hotel is on a little hill, and the road going just ouside hotel, making it dangerous walking to Kata centre and the beach. Cars going fast over the hill, so please watch out for cars and motorbikes ! then you could have a great stay. |

The natural environment During I did my booking, I had mentioned to get the lower floor due to no lift available because my parents cannot climb so high but they did not arrange for me. I ask to change the rooms but also not arrange for us. The other things is I ask for a late check out of half an hour 12:30pm due to we join a half day tour from 7am to 12pm but they also cannot allowed & ask for a late check out of 600Bht, Therefore we got to forfeit our day tour of 6 of us amounted 12000 Bht. I really feel so sad of this. |

The Serene Resort is a great location for access to Kata and Kata Noi beaches plus Kata town. It is nicely away from the main hustle and bustle but still just a short walk to the many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and varied plus the hotel pools were great for relaxing and keeping cool. The rooms were spacious, well equiped and cleaned to a high standard though some of the decor and fittings were a bit dated. Staff were always friendly and courteous. |

The friendly staff, accessibility to food, shopping amenities. The bed!!!! The spring was too soft can you can practically feel it under you. The rooms have no windows. The occassional millipede, crickets and crawlers. |

Low rates, close to beach, shopping and dinning areas. Pool was good for the hotel rates we paid for. No free internet. No elevator makes it difficult for elders and young children. |

Good Staff and excellent choice of breakfast. Good Value for money and ideal for family with kids. Easy access to sightseeing trips, shopping and beach areas. Would stay again Some rooms are not conveniently located and may need climbing of upto 80 stairs to reach room. Some room have poor view and do not face the pool nor beach. Improvement on pest control is recommended as resort is in a tropical jungle and involve walking through open areas. |

Two pools, nice views, easy walk to the beach, decent breakfast. Very fair mini bar prices. Good low-season room rate. They should have wifi internet in the rooms. The bed could have been slightly softer. Too expensive airport transfer. |

The hotel was located very near to the beach. The swimming pools were clean and nice, water was not too hot. Room was spacious. Very friendly staff. The hotel is under renovation and they even offered us a free stay in an other hotel, but that was not nescesarry. Great value for money! |

the pool, have trasfer service to patong beach at night (only one way) for shopping and dancing breakfast suppose to be till 10:30 and at 10:00 there wasn't enough food like eralier. asked for more money for late check up. is in a boring beach. |

We loved the room we stayed in! The rooms are big, clean, very nicely decorated and furnitured, big balcony. The aircon in the room was very quiet. The hotel has 2 pools. It's close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. |

I liked the adult only pool as it was more relaxing and peaceful than the family pool. The room was clean, a/c worked well and the hotel was close to many restaurants and bars. The only option for the internet is 1 hour, however you can spread the time over multiple days, but we were not told this until the last day! |

Fantastic breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, really good location - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The kids get their own pool up on the hill, so you don't have to see or hear the little bastards running around all day. The air conditioning system was quite poor. The first five days it hardly worked at all. Then all of a sudden it got really chilly and we had to turn it off and on to maintain a decent temperature. The bathroom wasn't as fresh as I'd prefer. The walls and the doors are quite thin, so noisy neighbours may become a problem. |

It was the best hotel we stayed in Thailand. Really nice and clean room with nice european style bathroom (which I really appreciate) with balcony and TV with English programms. Superb buffet breakfast included. Really helpful staff and services of luxurious hotel. Lovely swimming pool, unfortunately closed later in the evening. Convenient location few minutes from nice Kata beach. absolutely nothing |

Good value for money, 2 nice pools with different atmosphere (1 kid + bar, music etc... the other much more quiet. Hotel not on the beach but still close to it.Very bad coffee at breakfast! Hopefully very good Coffee shop "Italian Job" right next to resort.Too many stairs and no handicap access! Makes it difficult with kids/trolley. |
