Nice pool, pretty good location for a non-beach front hotel. Tour agency just below the pool has many options, good price and a very pleasant lady. Very basic bathroom and it's amenities. Staff does not speak english very well so can't have a real conversation to get any doubts in case you wanna ask about something different they don't understand - so the most you can do is ask for the name of things.

Location, helpful friendly staff. The pool looked inviting but we did not use it. We made the mistake of booking a double standard room. Access to the room was past the restaurant toilets and featured an unopenable window looking onto a wall one metre away. The bathroom had a simple shower in the centre not screened off from the toilet or basin. Non standard rooms appeared much better. We strongly recommend against booking a 'standard' room at the Serene.

I stayed here with my family, 4 daughters and two friends, was charged 800 Baht for extra beg, which is expensive compared to other places we stayed. Rooms are very spacious all with pool views, which is excellent! Pools very good in nice grounds, pool bar playing music, not too loud!Just a short walk, minutes, to nice places to eat, good Pizza just down road on corner. Shops, just a small parade, around the corner. Kata beach only 5 minute walk, there had been a storm when we arrived so beach appeared very dirty, with lots of rubbish washed up on it. good location but not for a long stay! ants in the rooms, got everywhere. staff's English not great, and this at times came acrosss as being rude!

La posizione della struttura e' ottimale, vivina al centro e dalla spiaggia dista 10 min di cammino. Un po' scadente la pulizia, almeno nella camera standard in cui eravamo noi. Il tipo di clientela.

La situation geographique de l'hotel est excellente car situé a 5 min a pied de kata beach une des plus belles plages de phuket Malgré le fait que je laissais le balcon fermé perpetuellement, j'ai quand même eu 2 gros cafards et un lézard sur les 3 nuits de mon sejour.

Hyvä sijainti. Uima-allas alue oli viihtyisä. Huoneiden epäsiisteys, henkilökunta ei osannut englantia mikä hankaloitti päivittäistenkin asioiden hoitamista saati sitten jos oli jotain ongelmia. Palvelualttius puuttui.

Varasimme hotellin ja hotellista tärkeää teitoa oli, hinna hinnat siältävät 31.12.2010 gaalaillallsien. Sisäänkirjautuessmme yllätys oli melkoinen, kun siitä piti maksaa vastoin vahvistustamme lsiähinta. Sinä vaiheessa ei meillä ollut muuta tehtävissä. Emme paikan pällä halunneet enmpää pilata lomaanne kuin mitä erittäin epäasiallinen jothaja toi meille esille, voitte kyllä olla tulematta. Mitä hän kuvitteli,että siinä vaiheessa olisimme voineet tehdä kuin kirjautua siään. Yksi kriteerimme oli myös gaalaillalsen kuuluminen hintaan ja että saimme vietää hotellisssa uudenvuoden aaton, olihan mukanamme 4 v pikkupoika. Olemme tehneet tätä erikseen reklamaation ja jatkamme tämän käsittelyä, tarpeen mukaan oikeusteitse.

När vi checkade ut.. Ingen som kunde tala engelska så det blev många missförstånd under dessa 4 dagar. Vårt rum luktade mögel, fick ingen rätsida på detta. Ett hotell i den storleken och med så många skandinaver och charterturister så är det mycket dåligt att inte kunna göra sig förstådd med någon av personalen. Därför kommer vi aldrig att återvända till Sirene. PS. Bodde på samma hotell 2003 och då var allt kanon, vet inte om hotellet bytt ägare eller varför det blivit så dåligt....
