Excellent value for money and very close to the beach/bars/restaurants in Kata. Staff are very helpful and minibar is super cheap! |

the pool, have trasfer service to patong beach at night (only one way) for shopping and dancing breakfast suppose to be till 10:30 and at 10:00 there wasn't enough food like eralier. asked for more money for late check up. is in a boring beach. |

We loved the room we stayed in! The rooms are big, clean, very nicely decorated and furnitured, big balcony. The aircon in the room was very quiet. The hotel has 2 pools. It's close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. |

I liked the adult only pool as it was more relaxing and peaceful than the family pool. The room was clean, a/c worked well and the hotel was close to many restaurants and bars. The only option for the internet is 1 hour, however you can spread the time over multiple days, but we were not told this until the last day! |

The location (and the price) Too many steps to room and no elevator. not problem for me as i ma fit and agile but could be for families and older people. |

Fantastic breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, really good location - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The kids get their own pool up on the hill, so you don't have to see or hear the little bastards running around all day. The air conditioning system was quite poor. The first five days it hardly worked at all. Then all of a sudden it got really chilly and we had to turn it off and on to maintain a decent temperature. The bathroom wasn't as fresh as I'd prefer. The walls and the doors are quite thin, so noisy neighbours may become a problem. |

It was the best hotel we stayed in Thailand. Really nice and clean room with nice european style bathroom (which I really appreciate) with balcony and TV with English programms. Superb buffet breakfast included. Really helpful staff and services of luxurious hotel. Lovely swimming pool, unfortunately closed later in the evening. Convenient location few minutes from nice Kata beach. absolutely nothing |

Good value for money, 2 nice pools with different atmosphere (1 kid + bar, music etc... the other much more quiet. Hotel not on the beach but still close to it.Very bad coffee at breakfast! Hopefully very good Coffee shop "Italian Job" right next to resort.Too many stairs and no handicap access! Makes it difficult with kids/trolley. |

Nice place but a bit noisy. It took a long discussion with the reception before they recognised that breakfast included actually means breakfast included! This is Thailand, I know. |

It was reasonably priced and 2 minute walk to kata beach, it had all the necessary facilities required for a comfortable stay. The service and staff were good. |

Poolområdet var jättefint och mysigt. Rummen helt ok. Personalen var inte trevlig som Thailändare brukar vara. Väldigt tråkiga och inte serviceminded, det tog ned hela intrycket. Maten på hotellet var inte så god. |
