Shama Sukhumvit Serviced Apartment    

All the services are great and staff were helpful

I liked the location, the interior design, the furniture, the restaurant, the swimming pool and the overall services in the hotel.

they told me they cant clean the blnket i clean it and i shaw them to avoid paying 5000 baht

the Appatment is suitable for families , all what required for the families is available , good to stay whth family and relax

breakfast is very poor , staffs need to be trained more how to deal with customers , most of them always feel that they are angry and not friendly.

The apartments and the amenities were perfect for my needs. Plenty of space and a great kitchen to cook in if we didn't go out - which we did most of the time. Centrally located and a short walk from most of my meetings. Staff are great and do everything they can to make you welcome and happy throughout your stay. I tried the rooftop infinity pool this time (I stayed a month ago) - views over Bangkok are breathtaking. Can't fault this place.

excellent service and friendly staff..much better than other hotels I have stayed at in Thailand.15 minute walk to Siam shopping area. Looks and feels like a 5 star hotel should.

Windows are very thin: rooms are noisy Kitchen utensils are very few, not enough for cooking for whole family! Hotel does not have restaurant, although if you stay in a serviced apartment you may not need it Breakfast average

the apartment is good in general and very good value for Money

The furniture is a bit old and not well maintained. The sofa is not very clean. There were 2 TVs but one remote control which was not working. The night clubs and bars are located in soi 4 which is disturbing during night, so it's better to select the flats on soi 2 instead if you need to sleep early

Shama is situated in the very beginning of Sukhumvit road and very close to the station of Skytrain station, but at the same time it is quite isolated form Sukhumvit road and Soi, which makes it the quiet place to live at. My reservation have been upgraded from two bedrooom apartment to three bedroom apartment for free which was quite pleasant, but not necessary. Appartments are huge and well planned, every bedroom has it's own bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is very tasty and dining hall is not overcrowded for breakfast. The pool on the 22nd floor has wonderful view to the Sukhumvit district (in fact our appartment on 15th floor had a great view as well). Staff is friendly and almost invisible, which is a big plus for me.

apartments very clean & size good.friendly staff.taxi drivers are not familiar with its location so carry ur mobile & hotel/apartments contact number with u, so that the cab driver can talk with the staff in the apartments.

Size of apartment meant we all had our own space. Good omelet by chef at breakfast. Good location - 5 min walk to Phloen Chit sky train station.

It was close to skytrain, big room.

Very poor breakfast, they charged 90bath for the phone call to roomservice. Also they dident pay back my deposit on 3000bath. I sent them 2 mails but no answer and no money.

Location, spacious rooms.

Poor service. Asked for dinner/coffee spoons, etc but took more than two phone reminders and almost two hours before the senior manager responded. No fruit basket until asked. General Manager was very service- oriented and met all our requests on time. One of the rooms aircon wasnt working well and had to take almost two hours to service/repair. Our check- in time was affected. Breakfast was horrible and should not have offered as part of a package. Goodies basket wasnt replenished.

Excellant locatoion.

I didn't know that they charge for children below 12. I had to pay for my 11 year boy at check in. As far as I know hotels don't charge children staying with their families. The brreakfast menu is vert limlited and the space is small.
