Friendly staff, location close to everything, great breakfast with plenty of variety.

Very central. On main beach road, 2 mins walk to Central Festival Mall (the biggest in Pattaya) and about 13 mins walk to Walking street. Nice pool area and airy lobby.

It's a pretty old hotel, we just stayed here for nostalgic reasons. The hotel was probably built in the late 70's and the bathoom's have not been upgraded since. An effort was put into maintainance but everything is old needs to be replaced/upgraded 10 years ago.

The best was location, breakfast, very polite staff,and really they gave us good services inpite of booking practically on net

The very firstday we were alloted the room which was not as shown in our reservation slip. But later on, after demanding the room as per our contract, they alloted another room

It was a great hotel. The room was clean and all the staff were helpful and great. the breakfast was great. The swimming pool in the yard was beautiful and great.

It need that hotel make a ready to print hotel map card and put it inside their website for guests to download because our car driver couldn't find it easily and it takes 10 minutes to find it! We were in floor 9 and the elevator was very slow.

Staff was so Cruel. Check in time is 12:00 and I got room at 2:30pm. With Double bed for Single person. KING SIZE BED - NO HAVE ! :X No Internet in Rooms... So much expensive FOOD ! Location is not the same which is mentioned by Hotel Staff. They don't have any rooms with BAY VIEW ! Lolz. Don't Check this Hotel even its most CHEAPER HOTEL in your range !

Good, well-groomed hotel. Fine location. There are shops, restaurants nearby. Benevolent staff. Breakfasts are very good

Booked in sea view super deluxe room. When we checked in found that the rooms ac was not cooling, brown water in the shower and the tv had a burn out effect. Called reception and they send technicians to check then shifted us to 8th floor. A very old hotel. Location good. Beach, central shopping festival mall very close

Very small toilets. No seperate shower stall. Have to stand in tub to take shower and very risky and slippery. Very old hotel

The pools are excellent and the rooms spacious and comfortable.

Bathrooms could do with upgrading. Also external renovation work is underway and we were not advised of this when booking.

I liked the staff, very friendly. No one went into the room with my presence, just planted a note under the door with a desire to clean the room. The hotel has a huge area, very good security. Tennis court with night lighting. Fantastic view to Siam Bay!!!

Did not like the noise outside the hotel, from the nearby Festival shopping center as well from the Beach-Road. There was very loud music several afternoons and nights - "festival days" expressed in powerful bass with the vibrated windows. But this is by no means not the fault of the hotel, but a common problem in Pattaya. Paid Internet and Wi-Fi. Perhaps will be better for hotel to make the Internet free of charge, as it be in other hotels.

Comfortable place to stay during holidays. Breakfast time limit to be incresaed by one hour.

Muslim showers to be provided in the toilets.
