Very nice and helpful hotel staff and breakfast was really good. Rooms are really huge :) It is 5 star hotel, but should be renewed shortly. |

The location is quite central, 10 min drive from Siam Square. The hotel was far less then I expected: old, strange smell in the room, the shower was difficult to use. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as it is rated! |

The best part of staying here was the location of the hotel, which was pretty good to travel anywhere in the city. This is no 4 or higher star hotel. The room was very small and smelled bad. No balcony of possibility to open a window. We've booked this hotel for 3 nights, but after arrival we changed this to 1 night due to the fact there were pool problems (renovations) and restaurants and other facilities were closed. |

This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel and it is a wonderfully relaxing, comfortable hotel in a mad, exciting city. Love the room, the beautiful smells of whatever it is they have around the hotel, roof top pool and the little cafe. |

The hotel was excellent for a short stay. Three highlights were the quality, quantity and great choice of the inclusive breakfast, the friendly staff and the 6th floor swimming pool. The immediate area around the hotel did not contain any restaurants, cafes, bars or shops of any interest, and the hotel's location was a little far from the main tourist attractions, the river and the shopping centres. You need to take a taxi everywhere (though they are fery cheap). |

Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Room was a good size with a King size bed. Good option of restaurants. Girls dressed beautifully and everyone very helpful. Nice also to stay in a hotel with a pool - which we used and enjoyed. No nothing really wrong. Maybe the hot food at breakfast could have been hotter, but we did turn up late most days so maybe our fault. |

Overall, very nice hotel, comfortable, clean and with all the mod cons you would expect in any 4/5 * hotel. The staff was not very friendly. We would not recommend it for anybody looking for a hotel with character or style. |

I was on the 12th floor in a "medium level" room, views where fantastic, as where the bed, bath and tv set; the hotel staff even better. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the air-con. Did not try the swiminpool but i´ll do next time. |

The staff was very helpful, clean rooms, good location near the sky train and 7/24 near the hotel (SIM cards, goodies, personal care, mineral water, etc.) The shower head is stationary and not convenient. Moreover the water flow of it was bad, I asked 2 times to repair it , but nothing was done. |

not a thing the staff in the reception was wery rood when we arived. the room was wery wery dirty. we had a deluxe room. and did find lots off black pubic hair in the bed. And the bathroom was dirty. I didnt get the feeling that i was in a 5 star hotell. and the breakfast bufe was to small for a hotell whit 5 stars. the hole hotell is old. and shuld be rebuilt. i wuold class it ´for a 3 star hotell. |
