We loved the Primerva restaurant as we ate there two nights of our stay and the friendliness of staff at all times. We have stayed here before and my only disappointment was that the ladies room in the reception area did not have the folded handkerchiefs as two years ago. It was a very impressive display and I took pictures of it. |

Room was smallish but fine for a night. The mattress was good! The concierge was always very hospitable. We didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food. The TV felt a bit small. Maybe I am used to plasmas now in 5 star hotels. The front desk staff were quite unfriendly and not very helpful at all when we were looking for a place for dinner. They should have made more of an effort to help us. The rooms provide no information either about good restaurants nearby. Or things to do. Aesthetically, the hotel is ok, but for my taste, I would prefer something a little more up to date. The lobby area is decidedly dated dated and lacks vibe. I certainly didn't feel like sitting in the restaurant. |

very good location near the sky train station, good outside pool and comfortable rooms. The bed was wonderful. Minibar prices were high.In the second morning it was not easy to get coffee in the breakfast. The waiter did not like to notice us (and coffee was not hot). |

The pool is great. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of choices but it is too expensive. The staff at the reception desk are not very friendly but the bell boys are terrific. |

The pool was great and the hotel staff at the pool was excellent. Big room and a very comfortable bed. Location is good, 3 min walk from the Skytrain station!!! The hotel staff at the reception was not really friendly. When I wanted to ask them questions about 3 of them were chatting with each other instead of taking care of the guests.. Check Out was really weird: they charged me internet although I didnt use any. When I mentioned it she immediately took a second invoice she had prepared already without the internet charges! That gave a strange impression as if they try it with every guest. Second example- the deposit from my cc they wanted was very high! As I stayed only one night I asked them to pay the night in advance (instead of a deposit) as I had bad experiences in Asia with hotel deposits. But they refused this proposal without explanation. |

Excellent hotel. Our room was a little smaller than expected, but excellent decor and furnishings. Breakfast buffet good, but not equal to Amari or Holiday Inn. The Italian restaurant was outstanding -- both food and service -- and I highly recommend it. Very good staff, good location. |

Happy Hour in the court yard bar area. Not the best location for tourists who are interested in shopping. Faulty speaker in the room caused a disrupted sleep. In the middle of the night we had to call for assistance to fix the problem. Not Impressed!!! |

The location is quite central, 10 min drive from Siam Square. The hotel was far less then I expected: old, strange smell in the room, the shower was difficult to use. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as it is rated! |
