Rento henkinen pienen budjetin hotelli,sijainti keskellä kaikkia shoppailu paikkoja,ei pitkä matka mihinkään,tarvittavat palvelut hotellissa,riippuu siitä kuka mitäkin vaatii,henkilökohtaisesti riittävät palvelut. Hotellin henkilökunta jossain määrin ylimielistä,joissakin kohteissa pieni peruskorjaus olisi kohdallaan(esim:kylpyhuoneen ovet ja vesikalusteet). |

Sijainti oli hyvä. Kohtelias ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Huonesiivooja hyvä. Ilmastointi piti kovaa ääntä, joten jouduimme käyttämään korvatulppia yöllä vain sen vuoksi. Jääkaappi oli minibaari verrattuna toisten huoneiden jääkaappeihin. Kolmen viikon aikana aamupala oli aina täsmälleen samanlainen. Aamupala pöytä oli sijoitettu siten, että ensimmäisen kerroksen käytäväsiivooja lakaisi jätökset pöydän päälle. Hissit usein epäkunnossa. Uima-altaan reunat likaiset. |

For the price it is excellent value. Most of the time hotel costs were cut by only having 1 of the 2 lifts working.Also the computer facilities were poor offering only 1 of the 2 computers working and the internet was so slow.Again I think this was to save on the running of the hotel during a very quiet time in Pattaya. |

The staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean. I was not happy that the buffet breakfast was cancelled during my stay and there was no choices with the a la carte. |

For me personaly the hotel was ideal,friendly helpful staff, situated right in the heart of Pattaya with plenty of bars and places to eat, 3 minute walk to shopping malls,cinema bowling ect! will definetly be using this hotel on my next visit, thanks ;-) The only thing i did not enjoy about this hotel was the screaming brat and its family a few doors down who used to run up and down the corridors first thing in the morning screaming and slamming there door! Apart from that i cant think of anything ;-) |

the staff They do not specifiy that you have to ask for 2 beds when a room is called a double thus me and my travel buddy had to get two seperate rooms. The bathrooms were horrible and had no hot water to take a shower. |

La piscine Le personnel, peu accueillant. Un grand manque de professionnalisme ( chambre inonde par degat des eaux, Deux jours pour nettoyer la chambre) en plein coeur du centre, trop bruyant et tres mal frequente. |

hotel calme a part le bruit de l exterieur provenant des bars . piscine tres propre . le personnel tres discret petit dejeuner catastrophique presque rien sur les tables (buffet). 5 minutes avant la fin, le ramassage du faible menu commence gare a celui qui arrive avec 1min de retard |
