Near nothing is to like at this hotel - pool seems to be clean!

Not clean rooms; towels are so worn and really not washed proper; staff is near hostile and cannot say please or thank you regardless how nice or rude you are! The "breakfast" is pathetic!!!!!! Rooms are old and not rustic - big difference! Only to recommend if you travel to Pattaya for the obvious reasons Pattaya is is known for. Sad place!

the hotel building very old and the room are like budget and backpackes hostel.except the swim pool is ok.other hotel is free internet but this hotel want 50 bht br hr . sorry I never saty in 3 star hotel like this.

noise from bars reqiures upgrade from single glazing to double, bathroom sink very tall the whole onsuite is in need of refurbishment

Pool and free breakfast even for my 4 yold daughter.Dining area staff very friendly and helpful (I even went out for a drink with one of the staff)

Rooms where not as internet as these photos where obviously taken a long time ago. Hotel is in need of a refurb. Especially the pool steps!!!! I tried to get out and found that they were not there!!!!!! Very dangerous. I would not stay again at this hotel as my main problem was with the many Russians staying there - trying to steal food from the free breakfast every day and always argueing with the very helpful staff. Without the free breakfasts this Hotel is expenpensive for what it is. The first 2 weeks of my stay in Pattaya was in a Hotel in Walking street for only 750B (although it did not have a pool or the free breakfasts).

very very bad services & very bad rooms & facilities. we booked 8 rooms 3 months before but they gave us the very bad & very dirty rooms and also very poor facilities. we are very angry with the bad hotel. The service is very very very bad.The reception was very cruel & bad The hotel give a very good picture in the internet but hopeless The most bad hotel & the bad facilities we have ever seen.

Telephone not working,safe is not working as well.service is very slow especially at the reception.

Swimming pool was good, arrangement for city tour at the reception was good. Staff was good.

Rooms were not good and clean. Rooms were stinking when initially entered. Bathrooms had dirty curtains and some didn't even have. Electric kettle was not boiling the water properly.

for saving budget is reasonable price. nice and safe to have safety box in the room . thank for the kindly staff to give us to stay in superior room for th good price for 2 night.

for my son's standard room on the top floor not so nice. but our superior .room is ok.

location is good very close 2 beach walkble distance

staff is not good if u are not careful they blindly charge u for missing glasses and coffee mugs which the room service clear from your room this is very bad

Swimming pool was good and Big. Overall Hotel was ok,

They gave us rooms at the roof side, And those were very small one.

Breakfast was so so. We requested boil eggs for children but hotel did not provide that in breakfast. Room furniture is old. No microwave in the room. Only one chair and very small table in the room.

очень грязный отель: застиранные полотенца были в пятнах, раковина грязная. расположен среди шумных баров, по ночам до 2-х не уснуть. Номера 2-го этажа "нависают" над столовой, где с 7 утра начинают греметь тарелками.
