Huoneessa ei ollut ikkunaa.Todella outoa noinkin hyvätasoisessa hotellissa.Kyllä sellaisesta asiasta pitää mainita hottelin varauksen yhteydessä!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ja hotellin sivuilla. Allas pieni ja huonossa paikassa. En tule suosittelemaan kenellekään hottelia ikkunattomuuden takia!!!!

The location is good close to BTS and 7-11 and some street food! Sushi Masa is good!

I saw the big dead cockroach on the floor next to my bed. Massage in the siam swana not good - no feel and strength.

The hotel is prefect. Can be easy access to airport & famous shopping places like Siam Paragon, MBK, Cerntral world, Pratunam, etc via BTS, Walk, Taxi or water-taxi.

But the bathroom shower head needs improvement, and it will be great if there are lift available.

Wifi not working in the room. Ants on the floor and sheets. First flloor very noisy. Swiming pool really small. They charge you extra for laundring the sheets. The manager barely speaks the english his level requires.

We liked it very much at Siam Swana. Great location - close to SkyTrain station and Siam Center, reasonable price, very friendly staff and modern,clean rooms.

I like the location as it is strategic. I would like to compliment the Bar Staff as they are efficient. They quickly ran towards us and offer to help.

It would be better is there is window. For the TV, more cable channel will be good. As there is limited channel. For HBO, there is 3 repeated movie thru out my stay.

- Near bts - Comfortable Beds & Pillows - Value for money - Great massage & spa (went 3 days in a row for different treatments) - Great sushi place

- Near bts but not walking distance to any malls - The shower drainage is not working well. There is always a mini flooding in the bathroom after a shower - Not many food places or restaurants around hotel (except street food,which we didn't really dare to try on the first few days)

Good location and the hotel can arrange participation in tours.

Sometimes it seems that the kids running this hotel are in need of some adult supervision. The best test of a hotel is when a customer points out a maintenance problem. The shower and sink in our room both drained so slowly that it was a real problem. The shower would overflow into the toilet area. When I pointed this out to the person staffing the front desk, nothing was done to correct the condition. No action, no feedback to me, nothing.

- Excellent location, just a walk form bts station and everything. - lots of room amenities than I expected - newly furnished room - honest staffs (They returned our hand watch and shorts after we checked out and forgot it, I thought I would definitely lose them)

- No window room - wifi signal couldn't reach our room - toilet's door was broken during night and no one can fix it. - I didn't like fixed shower head and the water temperature was hard to adjust.

The staffs's service were great.. friendly and efficient, and are responsible for their job. I feel home during my stay there. :) Keep it up!

The staff was very very friendly and helpful too, the location of the hotel was very near the bts so transportation was very accessible. Not only is the shopping center such as mbk or Pratunam mall at a walking distance, the night life and the market was also very accessible. With 7-11 right across the hotel, midnight snacks wouldn't be a problem.

The Security guard had to sit outside in the hot sun with just a chair given. I believe a guard house or a small guard post could be built for them to stay inside. There is no lift to access to the highest level, so after your shopping, be prepared to carry your heavy luggage down 2 levels.

the taking luggage boy is very hansome,so kindly to help us, and we have checked out, they are all say goodbye to us.I will live there again.thank you very much.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big, modern and clean. 2 minute walk to BTS.

Very close to BTS Sky Train A lots of massge places just on the hotel street. Great Thai restaurant next block on the way to BTS station on the left. Hotel is clean.

Little hard to find. No window in the room. Very noisy from early morning. Basen pool is like a joke. Treat like there is no pool. Very small good for fish or chilldren only.

Location is good. 7Eleven opposite and pharmacy just around the corner. There are many food stalls outside 7Eleven at night and during the day. Bts station is nearby. Few places for massage just outside the hotel that opens till midnight, convenient for a long day out shopping.

Housekeeping did not do a good job, the floor was not swept properly when we first check in and for the days that we stayed. Room has no windows.

One minute walk from the BTS station. Big room with an awesome interior.

The place nearby the hotel is quite crowded and noisy. The shower works in a weird way. We were two in the room but the toiletries were only for one.

the rooms are clean, but the weird thing is the basin is outside the bathroom, if there's a bathtub it is more perfect. Stuff are friendly n helpful. Very near to BTS station. i will chose to stay again.

Everything is good, perfect location: really 3 minutes walking from BTS. Friendly staff, they do more than you expect. Pool is not so big, but it was always clean and we were happy to swim a bit after long day. Good kitchen, moreover 7-11in 1 minute walking, many thai style food on the street,incl. unforgettable pancakes. There is no lift, but staff is rwady to help you with baggage anytime. There is no window in the room, but it was comfortable to stay here because of nice design and good lightening. Another detailes are also perfectly done, hotel is really best value for the money.

Could be uncomfortable for somebody who is going to stay whole day inside hotel- car parking near the pool. However at evening time there are no cars.

-Walking distance from BTS Ratchathewi station (around 3mins) -7-11 convenience shop is within 1min walking distance -Friendly & helpful staffs (they run to carry our luggage once they saw us coming out from taxi) -Clean room & toilet -Value for money -A famous sushi shop is just at the hotel entrance

Perfect atmosphere and location for Bangkok and for early flights. Right down the street from the BST rot the Airport rail express.
