Located in Old Bangkok, Prince Palace Hotel is directly above Bo Bae Tower - a wholesale clothing market. Overlooking Mahanak Canal, the hotel offers an outdoor pool and 8 dining options.

New Building, in a nice location, very clean and everything you could need, nice staff, breakfast and garden to sit out. Excellent room, like a Hotel!!!
Our bedroom was really spacious and clean. Also the little garden outside is quite nice.
Quite far from the main attractions in Bangkok, but the tube station is in walking distance, so that's ok.
Really good quality price. It is modern, clean, comfortable, with garden and good service.
its a little far from center.
Overall stay was fine, the only thing that we noticed and (definitely) needs improvement was their reception service (staff leaves by 11PM). Although the guard on duty was there, we believed that Reception staff should always be present for the comfort of the guests (anytime).
Much value for money:clean, new, high level backpacking for comparable small cash, friendly staff, good breakfast included, fast wifi, chillout areas
Location is near local transport and to the mochit/chatuchak-bus-station but for the temples around khaosan a bit far away
Facility, clean, privacy
Slow wi-fi connection
Location (close to the MTR station Sutisan). The staff is reallly helpful, you can turn to them with every single question.
Breakfast was unanimous (canned tuna or jam with toast every day during our 10 nights staying).
everything was OK.
too far to walk to the MRT Station
Helpfull and friendly staff, breakfast, wifi works fine & nice garden
Towels for rent, little bit far away from everything, but close to Sutthisan MRT
smell from nearby canal
Very clean, nice amenities in the dorms (locker big enough for backpack, curtains at the beds, reading lights...), hairdryer in the bathroom, superfriendly staff
Superbly clean. Spacious, modern room - everything looks brand new! It's the small things that make a big difference - loved the toiletries! Quality of everything in the room felt like a 4 star hotel. HDTV with English channels. Fast wifi, powerful but silent air con. Good location, walking distance to MRT. Staff are excellent, extremely helpful with booking onward travel and tours. A welcoming place popular with backpackers. We would definitely stay here again.
Lots of mosquitoes in common areas. Wear deet, even if only there for a few minutes, got eaten alive!! No air con in common areas, was too hot to relax there for long. Breakfast is just toast and bananas and wash up your own plates - it's a lovely chilled out homely atmosphere - they could add yogurt or another type of fruit occasionally. Our TV signal in the room was often intermittent. We had very, very noisy neighbours one night - but just one night out of four. (They could put signs up in the corridor reminding those who come in drunk at 4am to be quiet! We've seen that in other hotels and seems to work.)
The hostel is only one years old, thus everything is really new. Service is amazing and employees are helpful all the time. Facilities are good and clean, large shared toilets, nice tv lounge and cozy lobby. Free breakfast until 11 is definitely better than nothing. Location is close a convenient store, a 24-hrs supermarket and a 24-hrs McDonald (in case you like); Sutthisan metro station is not so far, less than 10 min by feet.
The most annoying thing is that the building is attached to a quite often smelly canal, but in my opinion is something bearable. All day long music in the lobby is annoying, too loud.
Quiet and good value for money, large clean rooms. We just wanted to chill out for a few nights after a long flight before travelling around SE Asia. We saw this as a bit of luxury (private ensuite twin room) before staying in shared budget hostel rooms. It was easy to find with website instructions. Breakfast was ok and served for a long period of time which suited us as we could get up early or late. Cakes were good! Near to a few supermarkets. Communal space nice.
I wouldn't recommend this accommodation for sightseeing it takes a long time to travel on the metro/sky train/boats to tourist sights and it becomes quite costly. There aren't many dining options in the area, we mostly ate street food which was ok but had much better since. We relocated to a busier more central area after 3 nights.
Cant read on bed. Not enough light. no chaging shoes. Noisy. No towel. Far from Mrt. Dark street. Girl walking alone at night not recommended.
staff, free tea, biscuits, music, dvds, cable tv
location- suited for rucksacks only as streets bad lack of shelves, etc for storing clothes - only 4 hangers, why they do not use space by the door for shelving I do not know
Very comfy beds, very clean. Big lockers. There were washers to do laundry but I didn't use. WiFi was reliable. Free breakfast (toast, juice, bananas).
No hostel environment, I didn't see any backpackers here. It was more like a hotel with a dorm. Could only connect 1 device to WiFi at a time, which was annoying but not too big a deal I guess. Far away from night market (about a 30 min walk)
Really nice clean and big rooms. I stay 3 diferent times in this hostel during my South East Asia trip and this is one of the beat hostels.
Location its not the best but only 5 minutes walk to the MRT station.
- breakfasts - clean and spacey room - helpful and nice staff
- location (it is far from the centre and the main sights of Bangkok, it is about 10-12 minutes of walking to the metro station and then 11 metro stops to get to the heart of the city)
We stayed here for a break after a long trip. The hostel is more hotel standard than hostel, super clean with great rooms and a nice dining/lounge area. It's a bit out of town but that was perfect for us as we just wanted to chill out for 2 days before starting the next leg of our travels. Definitely recommend.
Relaxed atmosphere, nice music, friendly staff
Doors banging through night
clean , nice facility
they will chage 300B for the third person who live ,but without offer a bed . not worth at all
This hostel is quiet, super clean, amazing attention to detail, inexpensive, and super friendly. I stayed in a private room. It had everything that a 4 star hotel could offer but at a fraction of the price. This is, by far, the best value for money I have EVER experienced.
