We had a room with window (the cheapest one has no window) and it was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful, they asked about our plans and helped to plan buses or trains to get to our destination and wrote us in English and Thai all important information :) Location, it is about 5 minute walk to Ko San and about 25 to Royal Palace. Place has convenient location and yet is very quite. I only lacked some wardrobe to put our backpacks, we have to keep them by the wall it was messy all the time.

The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and informative about things to see and do in the city. The hotel really does have a nice decor and earns its claim as a boutique hotel. The shower didn't have a cubicle so water temporarily floods the bathroom floor. I found this setup to be common in south-east Asian hotels.

Staff were most informative and helpful and could not have done more for us. Very impressed by them. Rooms small, no shelves or hooks/pegs on the wall to hang clothes.

Simple but tasty breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Good location. When we asked for the taxi, going to the airport, the receptionist advised us that the meter-taxi company does not have a suitable car (4 people travelling with bags) and the only she can order is not meter taxi for 600 bth (very expensive for thai standard). We discovered that the hotel kept part of that money and rest went to the driver!

Nice, clean and quiet. The rooms are pretty simple and small but absolutely spotless! The receptionist was really friendly and speaks good English. Good location for exploring the city. Our aircondition didn't really work, so it was quite hot in the room.

Actually the wrong place for me. Totally. situated really away from everything, quiet but costly in Terms of Transport to anything. I had no breakfast as they forgot to wake me up in the morning. Also the room I got had no window and I could hardly sleep. But I overread the Details in the booking context. My mistake.

The staff was very very friendly and spoke good English! They gave us tips for sightseeing and how to get to the different locations. Staying there really felt like staying at someone's home. The location was also very good: You can get to Khaosan Street within 5 minutes and also the other sightseeing temples are within a walking distance. Sometimes there was a bad smell which came from the drain in the bathroom. However, it got better when you used the airconditioner. As we have seen another room in the same hotel which didn't have the problem with the smell, I guess that only some of the rooms have this drain problem.

The reception staff are so kind and helpful, you can see the pleasure they get from their work. The public areas on the small ground and mezzanine floors are attractively furnished with period & retro furnishings. Our room was adequate, value for money but could have had a wardrobe or chect of drawers. The shower room was adquate but in need of updating

It was only 5mins walk from Khoa San road so you had the benefit of being close by but without all the noise. At time of booking I didn't read the small print so I didn't realize there were no windows in the room, but in its location it didn't matter for the view, it mattered for the airing, the room hadn't been aired sufficiently so it had an unpleasant smell, not bad bad just maybe a bit of airing and a room freshener wouldn't have gone a miss.

Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Mosquitos came in through the windows - no mosquito nets. Wifi did not reach our room, we were on the third floor. They offer a laundry service which is great but some of our cloth got lost and we never got them back. Breakfast.

The hotel location is perfect to explore Bangkok sites, close to the palace and the temples and also very close to Khaosan road. The staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. The bed is very comfortable. Things that you should know is that the hotel has no lift, whether this bothers you, and accepts no credit cards.
