I liked the the staff and the services

I reserved the ocean view pool vill as the sea can be seen but unfortunatly I couldnt see any sea ,all trees in front of me in its in dull.

The hotel is on a quiet cliff between Chaweng and Lamai beach, very well equipped. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are big and well designed (eco-friendly), often provided with Jacuzzi. The restaurant both buffet breakfast and lunch or dinner is excellent, good taste, beautiful scene, etc. I would recommend this hotel definitely.

The location of this hotel is sometimes a dilemma. It is quiet and far from crowds, but it's also a bit difficult to get around. Free shuttle bus is available from the hotel, but not so frequent. This is really the only point that I can think of an improvement.

Total relaxation. Staff excelent and food also.

Tv reception was poor and location is good if you don't want to leave hotel complex. It costs around £10 to get anywhere and another £10 back. Beach is secluded but small and walks along beach are nor as nice as chaeweng. Lamai beach isn't as good as Chaeweng beach but it is cheaper. Not a bad price hotel but rooms are small and beach view isn't that good.

L'accès aux chambres par escalier le personnel qui ne vous considère pas et donne l'impression de ne pas vous écouter. Qui se permet même de porter vos lunettes quand vous les oubliez le buffet petit déjeuner tres limité l'emplacement de l'hotel plutôt éloigné du centre ville nécessitant une traversée de plusieurs virages en deux roues

Amazing place!!!

Un angolo di paradiso dove rifugiarsi dopo aver girato per l'isola piacevolmente caotica. Lo staff e' straordinario, l'hotel lussuoso e magnifico, spiaggia privata, piscina a sfioro che si affaccia sull'oceano. Un'esperienza da ripetere al piu' presto.

La spiaggia non pulitissima ma, purtroppo, sembra essere una costante in tutta l'isola.

Das Doppelzimmer war schon recht einfach und abgewohnt. Sanitärbereich dringend renovierungsbedürftig

Все старое, скрипучее, комары в номере, сомнительная чистота бассейна в нашей вилле, очень "жадный" завтрак, подъем от моря до виллы-это спорт, очень грязный морской пляж. В отеле полная скука. Требуют снятия копии кредитной карты с двух сторон. И все это за без малого 700$ в сутки. Если нужен уединенный отдых, то лучше на Мальдивы.

Abbiamo notato un'attenzione particolate al cliente da parte dello staff, a parte I ragazzi sulla spiaggia, e la ricercatezza dei piatti anche tradizionali proposti dallo chef.

Abbiamo notato e fatto notare la trascuratezza della spiaggia, sulla quale erano presenti molti rifiuti. Nel tempo qui trascorso I rifiuti sono sempre rimasti dove erano. Nel complesso un buon resort ma non da cinque stelle.

Wir sind begeistert ein so fantastisches Hotel auf Koh Samui gefunden zu haben, an dem es wirklich an nichts fehlte. Bedienung und Personal, Unterkunft, Klimaanlage, Schlafraum und Bad, jeden Tag frisches Obst, Einrichtung und Betten alles vom Allerfeinsten. Das Frühstück ganz toll, das Abendessen für jeden Geschmack, die Vielzahl von angebotenen Getränken. Der Balkon auf der Parkseite mit dem darunter fliessendem Wasser, die Ruhe, wir sind rundum zu frieden. Da wäre noch zu sagen, das Hotel liegt in besonders ruhiger Lage, abseits vom Trubel der Stadt und wenn man auch da einmal hin möchte, die Möglichkeiten mit den Hotel-Bussen in die verschiedenen Richtungen kostenlos zu fahren und auch wieder abgeholz zu werden, ganz prima.

Ja natürlich gibt es nirgendwo, etwas 100%iges, die große Tellerbrause, so fanden wir lässt sich nicht exakt und gleichbleibend einstellen, aber evtl. nur auf unserem Zimmer bzw. Bad. Aber das ist kein Grund für eine Reklamation.
