suite was excellent value for money in an excellent location close to everything

gym needs some work, some vegetarian options would be nice for the breakfast buffet. Not every dish needs pork to make it good.

Air condition not working properly. Bedroom slippers were used ones. They reuse the ones used by other guests. Very unhygienic....hot water system also not working.properly. Won't stay there again...I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.....

Location is super convenient

It's a bit tired and old, needs a refurbish.

This hotel is located on Soi Phipat (Soi 3) in Silom. Very convenient to Saladaeng station (very central BKK). Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pool area. There are signs that show fees for internet/wifi useage, but was given a card with password for unlimited useage at no charge.

Overall, rooms were nice, however, one of the rooms I stayed in had mildew in the bathroom tile/tub area.

Silom Serene's staff are consummate professionals. They helped us on numerous occasions going above and beyond what is required. Location was great as well.

It was easy access to Patpong rd night markets and to the sky rail and MRT to get to main shopping malls.

It was a little smelly due to smoking still being allowed in the rooms.

A small intimate "home" close to everything.

Smokers allowed to smoke rigth outside the dinning area. Non smokers can not use the beautiful outside area.

I was actually quite charmed by this place. The reception staff and porter were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. There is a nice homely, intimate feel about the hotel. ...no large groups of tacky tourists...and quite a "respectable" ambience but not in an oppressive sense. Loved the pool and garden at the back.

I guess the room was a little small but no big deal.

The comfort and the friendly service. The hotel is intimate, small and you experience a "home feeling". The location places you in touch with everything Bangkok offers.

The staff was really friendly. I forgot my mobile phone in the safety box. The staff managed to locate me through my other phone and I got my lost phone back. Very good indeed! The location of the hotel is really good if you wish to visit the Silom area. BTS Sala Daeng is just a few minutes walk away.

The hotel is somewhat outdated. I wouldn´t boast much with the label "boutique" hotel.

Personeel is oprecht geinteresseerd, erg vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar voor een praatje of advies. Het hotel ligt op steenworp afstand van de Patpong Night Market, ideaal!

I have stayed at Silom Serene many times now and the hotel is looking a bit tired. It could do with an update. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the included breakfast is good.

The room decore and some of the facilities (leaking taps, etc) could be updated, for a boutique hotel it just needs some work.

Central location.

Good shower, but water goes cold for about one minute, then hot again.... is the shower on a timer? Previous guests have also commented about this.

It was very well located, just off a main street with eateries, food stalls, bars and an Irish pub etc.. Beautifully decorated and clean. 4 star, European quality. Food in the restaurant was well priced and delicious. Staff very helpful.

The only thing I can fault is that the water from the shower was cold or...cold. No hot water. Looking at other reviews this appears to be an ongoing issue and not just for our room. I would still return to this hotel as everything else was fantastic. The best quality hotel we came across in 3 weeks of traveling in Thailand.
