Very helpful and honest staff. When I checked out, I overpaid for an extra night. They could have easily kept the extra 2200 baht, but caught up with me to return the money. Good, well trained staff that impressed me. It's in an older building but this is a very mild complaint and it did not feel run-down in any way. |

We found the hotel to be in a very good location close to many markets both food and general shopping. It was quiet and the restaurant was well appointed with a good range of food and at reasonable prices. The pool and out door area was clean quiet and tidy and it certainly luved up to its name - "Serene", considering it was so centerally located. We appreciated the 'non smoking' floor |

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the pool (small, but nice), the location and the availability to have massages booked in for either our room or on-site with same day availability. Had to have staff unlock/lock balcony door. |

It was a good location, right in the middle of the city. This hotel is old and run down. The rating said 4 stars, but this is only a 3 star hotel. |

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was very nice and adequate. The facilities are excellent. My room appeared to have a musty smell when the air conditioning was operating. The taxi fare to the airport was excessive in lieu of it being the hotel taxi and not a private one. |

Very convenient for the office where I have been working, and close to Skytrain and Underground; quiet and relaxed, with restful pool and garden area;helpful and pleasant staff email connection from the room is clunky - it really should be updated. Also the fact that I had to rebook by email to get the original room rate rather than extending the booking at the front desk. |

The position is great and so is the buffet breakfast. The room was spacious. The staff are nice and the welcome drink appreciated. This is our second visit and will stay there next time. We are regular visitors to Bangkok. |

Clean hotel in a good location close to shopping, restaurants & BTS. Good value for the money. The room was across from the maid's room and they were noisy in the morning. No wireless internet connection. |

Located in a busy area in Bangkok, with wide access to public transport. The breakfast is very good and the pool, while not giant, is great to enjoy in hot afternoons and evenings. The hotel staff is very friendly. |
