Rent och fräscht rum, serviceinriktad personal. Utmärkt service med gratis upphämtning och avlämning vid flygplatsen. Mycket prisvärt och bra då man vill bo nära flygplatsen. Nej. Man ska dock vara medveten om att det tar c:a 1 tim med taxi+ skytrain till Bangkok centrum, alltså inget bra alternativ om man ska turista i Bangkok under flera dagar. |

Ligger bara 10 min fran flygplatsen och ca en halvtimme fran narmaste varuhus. Bra restauranger i omedelbar narhet. Badrummet var i minsta och torftigaste laget. Spartansk inredning. |

Nära till flygplatsen, och fri transport till flygplatsen. Rummet var rent och snygt. Vi saknade hiss. Vi stannade bara två nätter, vi fick ingen städning, vilket vi heller inte behövde under den korta tiden, men vi saknade tillsyn av rummet, påfyllning av toapapper, och vatten. |

Trevligt bemötande Ja, det var alldeles för dålig lukt i rummet. Det har förmodligen varit ett rökrum o är man som jag allergiker så var det helt fel rum för oss. |

Hjälpsam personal, gratis bil till flygplatset. Rummet var kliniskt rent och opersonligt. Inga anmärkningar på själva hotellet men området runt omkring...ingen vacker syn! Ett förfallet höghus mitt emot och en stor grå parkeringsplats allt jag såg från mitt rum och det var hotellets framsida. Hotellet ligger långt i utkantet och man märker det! Hade jag sett (vetat) det i förväg hade jag hittat ett annat ställe att spendera min sista natt i det vackra Tailand! Dessutom lyhörda rum! |

We stayed overnight twice when making flight connections between Bangkok and Vientiane. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and very reasonable, so was ideal for our purpose. The two-way pickup service was what attracted us most and it was still available even when our flight was delayed and we landed close to midnight! The person meeting the flight was not waiting with other hotel reps and,it was a little disconcerting to walk out through a barrage of signs and names and not see the one you wanted! However, though he did not display the hotel sign prominently, he was in the vicinity "somewhere" and we eventually found him and the shuttle service worked well. |

It was a convenient place for onward travel from the Airport at Bangkok Its the second time - I gave it another chance - they seem unable to get the pick up time from the airport to the Hotel on time and the last thing you need is to be kept waiting after a long flight!! Also our room was on the 4th floor and there was no lift!! |

it was close to the airport and they supplied a free shuttle bus. It was value for money and a great place to stay if you have a stop over in Bangkok. The food at the restaurant was very good and cheap. |

The cleanness of the room and the very low price! Also it's very near to BKK international airport Our taxi driver couldn't find it without asking arround first, the shuttle service only runs in the morning. Kindly make this more clear. For the rest really a very good hotel with friendly staff. |

It was a good hotel for one night, about 9 km from the airport. Easy to leave the next day. Ik also liked the free shuttle from the hotel to the airport. There wasn't much around; no swimmingpool, no nice market, shops, resaurants. |

hotel was 10 minutes from airport, great for overnight rest between planes, very clean rooms, free airport shuttle both ways was efficient and on time very limited reataurant, no phone access from room, have to use cell phone at reception for which they charge. |

Its what it says on the box ... simple, cheap and clean. Well positioned for the airport and the free shuttle bus runs every hour. Restauant has a very limited Thai menu and the prices are very reasonable. Its not a gormet experience but good value for what you get I booked the hotel a few months before we stayed there and when we arrived I was asked for the money for the room. I thought I had already paid on a credit card but was told that this was not the case. I paid in cash (they want 5% extra to use a credit card) so I hope I dont see a duplicate charge on a credit card statement ! There are no lifts but a porter carried our (very heavy) bags to the room. The toilet / shower are combined so don't plan for a long soak ! |

This Hotel is within easy reach of Survarnabhumi Airport with an easy to follow map, ideal for stay after a long flight from London. At a good price as well. |

The staff was very helpful, kind, and made me feel very welcome. I enjoyed the Thai message, and most of all, the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and very reasonable was in price. I like the hotel, I stayed there last year and I will stay there on my next visit. |

It's proximity to Suvarnabhumi Airport, and hassle-free transfers between hotel and airport are a great benefit in Bangkok. Nothing to dislike. |
