Score from 203 reviews Very good
High standard of accomodation with traditional style and very good atmosphere. Pool a very welcome oasis after sightseeing in the heat and bustle of the town. Staff extremely helpful and anxious to please. Location very convenient for all sights and for restaurants
WiFi a bit unreliable but not a big issue. Central position meant that there was some traffic noise but we did not find this a problem
Cannot fault anything everything was excellent staff , room, facilities brilliant will go back
Breakfast was great! Good location, very helpful staff.
Internet signal wasn't super strong.
Excellent staff who were helpful with all requests. Great location.
Friendly and helpful people Spacious room Spa Decour Close to night market and attractions
Small pool Breakfast was ok, basic A bit pricey by Thai standards
People are nice and efficient. They are very quick to react if something is wrong. It is central and quiet. All the persons are client focused and solution driven. They outpaced positively our expectations.
Like the room and how clean it was, good service and the location was very good, the breakfast was good value and the staff are all very good and helpful, would stop again.
Great furnishing, very friendly staff, great service. Good for family with young children as the hotel is of a small size, very homey, the pool also accommodate kids.
Breakfast could have more variety, need insect repellents, a bit pricey considering other hotels are a lot cheaper.
Convenient facilities close by. Taxi & tuk tuk always outside hotel if you don't feel like walking. Also great to have currency exchange booth across the road.
I had nothing to complain about.
Breakfast can be improved
Hotel rooms were beautiful. The spa bath was a good addition to the room. Excellent location on the edge of the old city. Staff were helpful providing me with a room with less windows/sunlight.
There was no black out curtains. The sun will shine bright! I have never stayed in hotel room without a black out curtain. The free electric sockets were mostly in the bathroom and in the balcony! Inside the room, there were used by lamps/TV, etc. WiFi connection was slow and sometimes off. On my last day complained several times about the air con being out of control even set at 30C. Nothing was done & had to turn in off during the night.
The absolute breathtaking setting for our daughter's beach wedding The many smiles we received from all staff The incredible diversity of food at the breakfast buffett The jungle feel The informative talk and friendly staff at the reef snorkeling
Feedback about lost/ delayed luggage took some time and needed several phone calls to concierge At low tide it is difficult to wade into the (murky) water without seeing and stepping onto bits of dead coral
A charming hotel with a beautiful furniture in our room together with a large spa bath to enjoy. Great location for the temples and markets and a very useful shuttle bus to and from the airport. It was all good value for money.
We found the tour representative in the hotel a little pushy with us which was off putting.
1. lanna style hotel, very beautiful 2. staff is friendly 3. breakfast is nice 4. the location is good
not a big hotel, small but warm
We began our honeymoon in Chiang Mai and wanted to stay somewhere nice for our first stop. The hotel didn't disappoint. Booked a room with a Jacuzzi bath on the first floor. It was a huge room with a huge 4 poster bed. Very nice to come back to after a day sightseeing. The omelettes at breakfast were nice and the nice lady at the travel counter booked us onto two great tours. The hotel and room are decorated nicely with thai furnishings.
The door of the bathroom didn't have a wooden lock on it like the one to lock the door to the room. This meant the door didn't close properly which we didn't like.
the pool tour desk the staff quiet place in heart of the city
Cleanliness, charm, location, good value, worth its rating, would stay again.
Breakfast was adequate with no variety. Opening time for breakfast was restrictive for early starters, no tolerence allowed.
Convenience place close to sunday market. Around the place there is lot of choice for food.
Breakfast is not good.
Some of the sculptures they had at reception. Location was ok. Some of the bedroom furniture had attractive carving. I was pleased I only booked one night so we didn't have to spend any more time at the hotel.
The price. It was far too expensive for what you got. Room showed signs of use, was very worn out in some places. Wifi was bad. Breakfast was poor. The room was noisy because of motorbikes & tuc tucs tearing up the neighbourhood. The swimming pool area wasn't cared for and wasn't private - they would be better turning it into a garden pond - at least the koi carp they keep in a tiny water channel would have a better quality of life. Don't stay here - the Khum Jao Luang boutique hotel was only around 35 euros a night and far more enjoyable.
Great location, walking distance to the markets, staff excellent , great breakfast ,beautiful room
Close to airport, cant hear the planes. The room was massive, plenty of room. Bathroom was big. Good air con. We only stayed 1 night.
Bed was hard as concrete. a lot of light is let in through a window above the door.
Rooms very impressive- large and beautiful lanna decor. Great big beds and jacuzzi. Really nice boutique hotel in a nice area close to temples and amenities. Staff we're very accommodating Nice pool area
Breakfast was very limited
Good family hotel
Authentic Thai interior design with great attention to details (wood carvings on the doors are so incredible I have to mention them). Staff is very attentive staff and helpful. Overall stay was perfect.
location is quite good . Within 5mins by walk to Sunday Market and about 15-20mins to night bazaar if not to take Tuk Tuk. Surround have many restaurant and bar , hotel staffs are nice and very helpful and there have travel desk in hotel, they can advise some local tours for traveler . Free shuttle between airport and hotel and providr simple breakfast .
I was stay two nights at Sirilanna Hotel. But I don't know why can i smell a strange odor every morning in my room. (So disgusted like a toilet falling out).
