This is the first time we've been to Bangkok, the location of your hotel is very ideal, centrally located near the shopping mall area, so that we can go shopping in convenience. we took our kid with us, he likes swimming very much, and your hotel features an infinitive edge swimming pool, we went swimming at the late afternoon every day during our 3 days stay at your hotel, he had good fun with him, so did I. The staff of your hotel is always friendly and helpful, we were impressed by your staff's hospitality very deeply. The suite we lived in is very spacious, which is the biggest one we've ever stayed in the 5-star hotels before, whether in China or in other countries, 66 square meters, indeed, we felt very comfortable. The suite is very clean, brand new, everything is so neat, we had a wonderful view of the Bangkok at night on the 25th floor. the breakfast is very delicious, with a great variety of assorted foods, meats, vegetables, and beverages, with very delightful atmosphere, our kid liked eating oatmeal with milk, he ate 3 bowls of that every morning. We can login the internet with your complimentary WiFi,and the speed of it is rapid and stable, compared with some other 5-star hotels, whose WiFi is not free of charge.What's more, we didn't pay our accommodation fee untill we checked out, not as many other hotels, which would swipe the guests' credit cards when they check in. In a word, everything relevant to your hotel is very satisfactory and delightful, which is what I had expected before, if I have another chance to come to Bangkok again, I would stay in your hotel absolutely, your hotel is second to none, I believe.

Magnificent views

Slight language barrier at concierge level but exceptionally friendly and eager to help nevertheless

This Is the best hotel ever stayed in Bangkok with regards to customer services. You feel you are the only guest. Every body try to serve you exceptionally. The facilities in the room is great and with much technology touch. It is very safe and close to Nana road as well as chidlom shopping centre. I would come back again if I found a good offer like this time.

Great view and room layout

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and informative. The view was spectacular. And location is prime.

Had a great stay at Sivatel - friendly staff, great breakfast with a lot of choices for any taste. View from maisonette suite balcony at 26th floor is fantastic. Next time Bangkok for sure again at Sivatel.

Almost everything..

The fact that vegetarian items were almost absent from the menu. There were two on site restaurants however, both served the same cuisine. We had to survive on potato wedges and mayo. And maybe salad. Breakfast was slightly better with bread, juices and fruits. However, for any other meal we had to look elsewhere. The hotel's restaurants simply do not cater to vegetarians.

We loved the service, the front desk staff welcomed us with smiles and welcome drinks! We loved the regal suite room which our two young children enjoyed tremendously! They did not even want to leave the room during the day! The breakfast buffet was excellent - different menus daily and the food was excellent! The gym was very nice too and clean. The concierge were also very helpful wbout transportation needs, directions and friendly! Since our departure flight we early, they even prepared our breakfast food in to go boxes which is a super plus plus for this hotel! They put their customers' convenience and comfort a priority!

Not that it was really a probelm for us, but it might be good for the hotel administration to consider accepting US dollars as a form of payment in the future for their rooms/services. They only accept the local currency baht or credit cards.

I wish I had booked to stay longer

We had lots of space in the room we had selected, in fact there were two rooms, a dressing room, a little kitchenette and large bathroom. It was the last 2 days if our honeymoon and we were welcomed by towel-swans (always wanted this!). Rooms finished to a very high standard. Staff courteous and helpful; when we were leaving early in the morning for a flight, they provided to us an on-the-go breakfast. Amazing pool that overlooks the city.

Perhaps a little far from the main tourist attractions in Bangkok.

Staff and location was excellent, plenty of space in the appartment

Babby sitting service was very expensive ( 300 Bht per hour) and the cost of anything in the minin bar was excessive.The rooms are spacious but the cleaning of the breakfast room and some of the other areas needs to be improved

Everything was perfect! Great experience from the beginning to the end. The swimming pool is perfect to relax after a chaotic day in Bangkok. The hotel offers a great urban experience. Highly recommended

If I really had to find a criticism, I would say that they need nicer bread and sweet options for breakfast.

Location is excellent and although we did not use the subway it is half a block only; room is very large and comfortable; wifi in the room works very well; staff very friendly and always willing to help; breakfast is very good: thay and western styles; my wife has ciliac decease and they offered gluten free bread every morning; also provided a breakfast box in the morning we left as it was very early; situated in the embassy roll and close to good shopping centers.

Lift and corridors too warm, either have no a/c or were out of order; to set up shower water temperature is almost a rocket science; carefull with taxis they arrange as twice we got the same taxi with driver with no english capability and smeling cigarrete... The first time around we asked driver to return to the hotel as it was a long itinerary; second time we let it go as we were going to the airport and we did not want to waste time

If we ever go back or need to recommend, this is the only place we'll think of! We stayed in a family suite with 2 bedrooms/2 baths & a large den with a dining table. Lovely views, fantastic breakfast, beautiful pool, super friendly staff all speaking good English! We absolutely loved staying here & could get spoiled very quickly! As far as location goes, with no traffic it was 20 minutes from BKK, sites might be a bit further, but we used Tong tours for all our tours in the area, so it was super easy being picked up & dropped off. Absolutely loved the Sivatel & agree with a TA reviewer "Go to BKK just to stay at Sivatel!"

Drinks and food are a bit expensive

spacious room and with the internet connected tv in the room is really amazing. the swimming pool is also very nice. overall a nice hotel.

the air-condition in my bedroom doesn't work properly. even I adjust to a lower temperature but still feeling very warm. need to use a towel as the quilt so that I won't feel so hot.

Staff is always attentive and helpful, facilities (pool/spa) are outstanding, suites are spacious and modern

Embassy/business area implies shops and restaurants are not within easy walking distance
