Huge space offered in accommodation, attention to decor detail, filled bottles of lotions, shampoos in each bathroom, dvd/ipod/ipads in the room, butler service, friendly polite staff, views, well tended vegetation throughout site, eco attitude, cleanliness, privacy and respect for guest's privacy. The peace and quiet! A wonder place for a family to be together and unite - was very good place for all 5 of us. Outdoor showers - great! Two bathrooms in our villa - both used. Loved the villa and hotel designs, architecture and upmarket decor.

Electrics : villa 54. light switches were complicated to work out where they were and just how the functioned. Not enough strong light (could be optional) but I have eyesight problems and needed good reading light. We had to get staff help regularly to learn to set up dvd or ipod and coffee machine. (These points were accepted without too much complaint as the rest of our great Six Senses experience far overrode these small irritations). Why pay for trip into the village? This should be a gratis service.

The villas are good, although the swimming pool was small. Best room - Ocean view pool villa suite.

The hotel has no beach effectively! The beach is around 200m long and is shared with another 2 3-star hotels and a private house. There's 6 beach chairs. The sea is extremely dirty (plastic bottles, sea weed, there was actually a dead dolphin on the beach one day and noone bothered to clean it). We stayed over christmas time and I understand that the prices are higher naturally, but paying $2000 per night in the hotel, where we were not able to swim in the sea for a single time during the whole week is outrageous.

The rooms were laid out extremely well. Loved the balcony pool and the day beds.

The "Restaurant on the Rocks" was the worst meal we have ever been served in our life. Connumication - written and verbal needs to be worked on. 1/ The documentation stated times the shuttle went to town and returned, it did not state that if you did not book they would not pick you up! 2/ When booking excersions, we received reminders the night after we went on them. 3/ The advertised daily yoga, both on the website and on the daily activity list but the yoga instructor was not on the island. 4/ Cocktail hour - Monday & Friday - stated to be set up to introduce people to the staff and each other was set up very badly and discouraged people from talking to each other. 5/ If you stayed in your room you were constantly interupted by staff with "made up" reasons to visit you and see what you were doing. 6. We hired a motor scooter that the fuel gauge did not work on - what if we ran out of fuel in the middle of nowhere???

The Staff and Resort provided an exceptional place in which to totally relax and recharge. The food, massages, easy access to the outside world, the very comfortable villa, the magnificent views and our own private pool and butler, were just some of the highlights of our holiday.

Rooms need improvement - currently demonstrate quality on level 4* hotel (oldfashioned and complicated lightening, damaged courtains system). There is no real beach with access to sea - horrible plastic molo should be removed immediately and more attention should be paid to improve this part of seaside which is called "beach". Quality of spa good, but below expectations. Staff need more training from management, for example our luggage was not collected on time upon departure, so we had to hurry transfering to the airport. Restaurants provide good food but they are to expensive. Silence affected by arriving planes.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel but it just did not live up to our expectations. Pick-up at the airport was late and we were left standing to wait. We were first off plane with hand carry only but even so, I would have expected car/bus to be there. Hotel is close by the airport ... that is why we picked it. Bus was very nice when it did arrive and fresh towels were welcome. Arrival at hotel and check-in was pleasant and when walking in, our villa was ok. Nothing earth shattering. Water in our own private pool looked green but on further inspection the concrete was green colour. It would have been much nicer and more dramatic if the pool had been blue and the vegetation around it cut down so that you could experience the infinity effect. Could not see the sea when in the pool! View from villa was good but then realised noise of loud music (thumping bass) coming from adjacent beach. Not very tranquil! Noise is our pet hate. Our allocated butler (very posh name for mobile receptionist/concierge) offered us another villa but this was not clean or ready and not of similar quality. We stayed where we were and it rained so music stopped. Alarming thing was after music from beach stopped we got loud music from the restaurant next door while staff were setting up tables. It stopped when I went and asked them to turn it down. I had to do this on another occasion during our stay. Six Senses cannot do much about noise from beach but their own staff? Airplanes landing directly over hotel ... not too much of a noise or distraction for us but others might find it spoils the mood! Breakfast was excellent. Dining at the rocks and on the hill were both excellent. Pricey but good! Spa was out of this world. All in all, this is a nice hotel but we did not find it luxury or value for the money it costs. Good thing was it was almost all couples so no children and very quiet relaxed environment. Golf buggy as bus to and from villa was nice and the bus stops with phone good idea.

- sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal - für das totale Relaxen sehr gut ( Hotel liegt ziemlich weit ab von allen Ausgehmöglichkeiten - unbedingt Mietwagen organisieren !!! ) - Private Villen sind wirklich privat, man ist absolut für sich alleine

- 5 Sterne sind's auf keinen Fall - Anlage ist etwas überaltert - Preis-Leistung ist so la-la - für's gleiche Geld gibt's sicherlich Besseres

1.海滩多为碎石沙滩，游乐设施少。没有专业救生员管理，不利于游泳。海边不够干净--有很多漂流的垃圾 2.蚊子太多。餐点上时有蚂蚁爬入或小虫飞绕 3.餐饮的promotion可以多些。餐厅服务要再加强些 4.早点点单必须填桌号。但桌子都没法辨识桌号，且速度太慢，有时做好了就放着，未如答应送过来 5.外出shuttle bus不知道是否可以加多些班次？会更有弹性

Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung und Betreuung. Ruhige Atmosphäre. Sehr gepflegte und naturnahe Hotelanlage.

Der Hotelstrand entspricht nicht den Ansprüchen, da klein und felsig. Da das Hotel weit abgelegen liegt, empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu mieten um an die schönen öffentlichen Strände zu gelangen. Knatternd vorbeifahrende Schiffe können die Nachtruhe stören.

Sehr schoene Bungalows und sehr gutes Essen.

Leider waren die Sitzgelegenheiten in der Bar nicht sehr gemuetlich, so dass wir davon kaum Gebrauch ge-macht haben.

The design and the facility of the hotel, the asigned butler, the music, the showers was all amazing. The staff were all very well trained and they all speak very good english. Six senses paid attention to every single details is the far the best hotel I have stayed in.

location, massage and good service

need to have better exercise equipment dry and wet sauna rooms need to improve and upgrade, no one is there and rooms are not even ready for use (all shut down), that was very unwelcome for us
