good value for money, and perfect location in case you want to party at khaosarn road, for other purposes not convinient. it seemed very safe which is very important in that area

the staff seemed not very enthusiastic and hospitable. The hotel should display that they charge the credit card without prior notice and also that they want a deposit of 1000 TB

Well, apart from the swimming pool and the decent rooms I think there is nothing else to like about this place.

Unfriendly staff, 1000 baht deposit, 3% charge for any type of card payment. Everywhere you look you only see rules and regulation and fees to pay if you do something. (E.G. you will be fined, if the stains on your towels can't be washed, however most of the towels we got had stains on them). It is a noisy place, bar with live music next door. They close the swimming pool at 8 in the evening, which is quite early I think. It's not a horrible place, but it's definitely a place with no soul or character and don't expect warm Thai hospitality either.

Room was clean, decently furnished and the location is superb. All at a reasonable price.

Genuinely nothing, and I'm pretty picky

pool at the roof, pretty close to khao san road and the main temples by foot, nice room, clean, not too big but just for sleeping, we have been out in bangkok for all day. helpful stuff, a lot of opportunities for eating around the hotel

next to hotel is lively bar open till morning so bit of loud music can be heard to the rooms, but we didnt mind, we were out as well, but for some other travelers it can be disturbing

Close to the main sighseeing places. Lots of tourism agencies for organised tours.

The street noise is just imbearable though I stayed on the 6th floor back side room. Extra pay for lugage room.

Location and pool

This place should be called Sleep Within Noise. It is very noise till 5 in the morning from outside. The inside walls are paper thin. You have to pay extra for everything that were included like holding your luggage, wifi. The pictures really look much better than the hotel...Overall one of the worst hotels that I have stayed in my life...definetely the worst in my Thailand trip.

Great location for the young and backpackers right next to the famous Kohsan Road,so very noisy untill early hours. Didn't bother us though, all part of the fun!!h

The room was very nice and clean. The pool is great. Convenient location.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I choose to pay extra for a room that was supposed to have extra sound proofing. It was so loud in my room that not only could I not sleep, I could hardly think. It was like I was actually in the street. I had an extra bed for one night, which was paid for at the time we requested it. I asked to have the bed removed the next day, and eventually had to move it into the hallway myself, where it sat for 2 days. Then they tried to charge me for it upon checkout. I had to wait almost half an hour and explain myself to mutiple people before I recieved my deposit back. The room was very nice. I will certainly not be staying there next time.

Great location in a clean and nice room across the street from a great reggae bar.

Booked "former junior suite", sound proofed". This room was very small, small double bed app 130 cm wide, balcony door towards street was not possible to close properly. You had all musicians "in your bed"! Not possible to sleep at all! Managed to change room next day, more quite. As I booked the more expensive room I wanted to get the difference back as we now ended up in an ordinary room (note, no big change in size or furniture!). Staff informed me that it will take 30 days to get the money back plus they charged you 10% to get them back!! Very unprofessional staff, the girl at the desk said "you look very tired". Guess why!! Conclusion: We did not get what we booked, information on booking.com's wesite does not live up to what the hotel offers!
