The location was good giving access to many parts of Chiang Mai

The staff were not interested in the guests at all and and the room we had was in dire need of paint or elbow grease .! The sheets were badly stained and we had to ask to have them changed. It was bearable for the 2 nights we stayed but not any longer.

a very nice hotel with new facilities，and it is closed to saladen bts station，probably 10 minutes by walk。

卫生情况差。。。设施简陋 不过价格便宜

Zimmer, Technik nicht einwandfrei. Zeitweise kein Wasser. Restaurant nur am Morgen geöffnet. Keine Reservierung lag vor. WIFI nicht in den Räumen. Keine Reinigung in den 3 Nächten. Nicht Gayfreundlich!

Posizione perfetta per quello che cercavamo: old town di Chiang Mai. Carine entrambe le piscine.

Una parete della stanza completamente a vetri dava sulla piscina (comune per tutti gli ospiti). Praticamente dalla piscina, situata a pochi passi, si poteva sentire tutto ed intravedere molto. Privacy pari a zero. Internet disponibile solo negli spazi comuni. Nel periodo del mio soggiorno il device andava disconnesso e riconnesso per OGNI SINGOLA PAGINA caricata: per prenotare una paio di voli ci sono volute ore ed ore. Lo staff non ha saputo risolvere il problema, inaccettabile!!

游泳池

去了4天停水3天·走的那天来水了·说要换房间·怎么说都说是满的·没的换·只好在公共浴室洗澡·房间也和- 照片上差别很大。给欧美人的价格和给中国人的价格有差异，不知道是不是故意的·或是我们不懂还价。反正很不- 爽。

Abbiamo prenotato per avere due stanze grandi, ma all'arrivo ci hanno dato le chiavi di due stanze fatiscenti piccole e in un basso fabbricato col tetto in eternit. Inotre avevamo pagato per il condizionatore ma una camera non aveva il telecomando e alla reception ci hanno semplicemente consigliato di condividere l'unico telecomando per 2 stanze. Il bagno aveva la muffa e era pieno di formiche, terribile. La mattina dopo ci siamo trovati un hotel migliore.

Die Holzbungalows auf Stelzen sind optisch wunderbar, geraeumig, und vor allem ist die ruhige Lage des Guesthouse unschlagbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es ums Buchen von Ausfluegen oder Transfers ging.

Wir fuehlen uns fast etwas alleine...

外部装修很好看，但房间虫子多，还有壁虎出没，卫生条件不佳，墙壁和天花板破旧，住了3天，每天都没人做客- 房卫生。

位置真的没得说，在塔佩门旁；服务员比较热心；且有免费WIFI

卫生状况真的很无语，有蟑螂，床还很硬

Je peux dire j'ai tout aimé : le personnel charmant et discret, le calme de la gh car en retrait de la rue principale voisine, la piscine bienvenue après des journées de marche et d'activités, la situation géographique idéale (old town sud-est), le lit dur, la clim, l'eau chaude

Je regrette l'absence de placard dans ma chambre (numéro 24) mais c'est tout !

強いて言えばロケーション。 ただし、どのみち何処へ行くのもトゥクトゥクを使うことが多くなるので、特にターペー門付近のこのツーリス- ティックなエリアに拘ることは無かったと思いました。

Booking.comに掲載されていた画像からは、シンプルなデザインのプチホテルのように見えますが、実際宿泊してみて- 割高感の高い安宿のような所でした。 理由は以下です。 ・部屋は古く何も無いだけ。公共スペースの小さいプールに面した部屋はカーテンを開けると丸見えになってし- まうので常に閉めざるを得ず、暗い独房のようだった。 ・室内に蚊が大量に居るにも関わらず、持参していた蚊取り線香を焚くのを拒まれた。 ・布団は湿っぽく直に肌に当たると痒くなった。ゴキブリも出た。 ・連泊したが部屋の掃除もされず、スタッフは併設のレストランで宿泊客と呑んでいたりPCコーナーでテレビ- を見ていたり等フロントにおらず、怠惰な印象を受けた。また、部屋のキーの管理も終日フロントの台に置きっ- 放しでずさん。 ・夜中じゅううるさく落ち着かない。

L'emplacement et la piscine

店员都很亲切热情。宾至如归感~

Buena ubicación. Piscina con tumbonas y espacio de sofás para relajarse.

Muchos mosquitos dentro y fuera de las habitaciones. La habitación en la que estuvimos no tenía armario ni perchas de ningún tipo, así que no pudimos ni deshacer la maleta. El baño y la habitación estaban en el mismo espacio pero separados por un muro que no llegaba al techo, con lo que no hay mucha intimidad. El personal no habla demasiado inglés, se equivocaron varias veces con el desayuno que pedíamos y nos costó un poco organizar una excursión con ellos porque no entendían lo que les decíamos. Las chicas están bastante despistadas, aunque son majas.
