It was in a great location.
The staff was rude immediately upon arrival and seem thoroughly annoyed we were checking in, she didn't even bother to look up and make eye contact. I had to kill 1 giant spider and roaches while staying there (not a big deal, it happens in Thailand). When leaving the hotel a night before we were supposed to check out we offered to still pay for that night but they said we would have to pay for an extra night due to checking out past 11am. This did not make sense since we would be checking out the following morning regardless and they would not be losing money since we still wanted to pay for reserving the room. They were completely rude about the situation and insisted we had to pay an extra night and were not even kind while explaining. It was very frustrating and I would not recommend this place. To top it off the hotels dog barked every night around 11pm and like clockwork barked from 4am-5am. Talk about being sleep deprived, I considered going outside to shush the dog but heard other guests outside their rooms attempting to quiet it, this I thought was extremely inconsiderate of the owners to allow this to happen.
