Confusing name with other centura grand in central world This place is central plaza and also has a conference centre! I actually booked this hotel by mistake and as it is far from centre about 8 km in awful traffic I had to move after one day Hard bed

There was NOTHING I disliked about this hotel. It was EXCELLENT in every respects.

We liked the pool even though it was a little small and should be open much later. The closeness to the mall was very helpful and convenient. Were very happy with the hotel, service, staff, and facilities.

We have a laptop and two IPADs. Had to pay 300 bhat a day to use the other two. Bought an unlimited sim account to us anywhere in Thailand for one ipad for only 599 baht good for one month. Possibly hotel could advise of these lower charges or sell them themselves. Should leave more towels per day. In Thailand's heat, take at lease two showers a day

Friendly staff. Clean hotel with good service and facilities. Price is reasonable. This was my second stay and will come back in the next few months.

I stayed in a club suite, and the room was worth far more than the price. The service from all staff was first-rate, and the hotel facilites were fantastic.

Apart from a Brand name shopping mall and the weekend market, the hotel is probably not in the most convenient place. However, with the rail system this shouldnt be too big of a problem, unless you want to walk around the hotel looking for a good bar/club to relax in at night

Staff was very nice near large shopping market , Food and drink all the day .Nice swimming pool and fitness center .

The bus from hotel to sky trans stop at 7 PM and taxis are too greedy I think they must keep the hotel buss tell sky train stop .

the hotel is close to mochit and chuckchuck market, and near the MRT station.the location is ok. the room is quiet and clean, and the bed is comfortable. I like the glass bottle of water,and the hotel has a Electric kettle. I also have a deep impression of the hotel's breakfast. It provides a various choice.

Staff was very friendly but could have given some more information about where everything was in the hotel (info about bars/restaurants/breakfast) When asked about getting to center of Bangkok, info was not very correct (ie where the MRT was etc) Food and beverage (including mini bar in room) is not so good value for money.

Handy location for shoppoing at Chatuchak market and the mall. V close to Don Muang Airport (15mins) with good link to Suvarnanhumi (40 mins by cab)

Internet is ncredibly slow and you can only connect one device?! For a 5* business hotel that is actually beyond poor... The pool isn't great

When I ordered my first cup of tea in this hotel, a cup of Dilmah tea was served. Dilmah is one of the very few owner-managed tea companies in Sri Lanka having their own estates and do even the packing. It seemed to be symbolic for this hotel. The f&b manager was quite often around and even the GM could be seen among the guests sometimes which I consider as an important reason, beside the commitment of staff of course for the outstanding service in the lounge. Usually, there are some good and some poor ones among the staff. In this case it would be unfair to pronounce a single name because the whole lounge team did a perfect job and I felt really pampered. The Vietnamese Restaurant was nice as well but didn't reach the standard of the lounge with its sashimi of salmon or red tuna or the fresh croissants of different kinds next to a dripping honeycomb ... The lobby bar is worth a visit since bar captain, singer and staff seemed to be more attentive than the rooftop crew. The room was nice, a really good experience was the rain shower.

-It is not very clearly stated if the (W)LAN is included in the room rate. -A more prominent info regarding the shuttle service provided should be given since the MRT/BTS station requires 30 min walking (even though it is across a nice park -:) -Why bears the key card only the hotel name in English ? This information including the address would be quite useful in Thai language for non-Thais to show to the taxi driver.

Prijs is erg hoog voor de bijna buitenstad ligging. Vanuit Bangkok International Airport is de locatie moeilijk te bereiken en sommige taxi's willen niet eens naar toe rijden.
