The Sofitel So Bangkok is a very nice designer hotel. I booked a comfort room and was upgraded to a club room which was very big, chic and had great views out over Lumpini Park. There are alot of small touches in the room which give it that special feeling. For example there were 2 Siamise fighting fish in small bowls on my desk. I would recommend this hotel to people want to stay in a cool sophisticated hotel which is a little differant than the rest.

Maybe the lobby which is on level 9 can get a little noisy with functions and parties on the floor below at weekends

Not so close to some of the attractions. Will need taxi or other transport to get around

The hotel itself is amazing inside! I loved all the interior decorations and how very modern everything was, such style! The staff was very helpful. All of the showers and baths were so deluxe, I have never bathed so many times in 24 hours!

Just small things... Though the marble is sleek, you may want to consider putting a mat in the steam room. I took a pretty nasty fall and broke my glasses (luckily not my head) The small bubbly pool should be heated, I can understand the other giant pool being to large to heat (and why would you want to in thailand) but the little one would have been much more enjoyable heated. There was no bottle opener in the room and some of the beverages provided could not be opened.

Brand new experience, new concept for a city hotel. Excellent room design, extremely comfortable bed...

Although breakfast was awesome, food served at lunch was lower than average quality- Surprisingly low quality for such a brand new hotel in such a gourmet city.

When I asked hotel staff to change a room because of some hygine problem, a manager guided me to another room to see if it was good for me or not. His attitude and a conversation with him was very clear and was showing a sense of hospitality.

I found a cricket running through a room.

Wonderful Experience staying in So Bangkok! I like SO's design, uniform, spa and facility.

Приехали в отель рано утром, часов в 7:00, нас не только сразу же заселили, но и бесплатно дали номер более высокого класса. Персонал очень внимательный. Очень понравился бассейн на 10 этаже - после изнурительной экскурсии по городу он просто необходим!

Очень маленький и очень темный ресторан на 29 этаже. Присев за столик невозможно прочитать меню - так там темно.

Le bar terrasse au dernier étage est formidable. Le personnel est expérimenté et d'une grande efficacité et gentillesse.

La chambre métal un peu trop froide

服務貼心周到,本人生日還送上花球,蛋糕,紅酒及小禮物,雖然不是很昂貴的物品,但誠意可加, tea time還送上生果及飲品, so comfy water element房型十分舒適

一切都很好,除了兩點小瑕疵, 一是被子太厚, 很熱, 二是喝光了的紅酒杯幾天都沒有收走呀

The bathroom shower was clearly not properly cleaned cos the mould are very apparent

Un parti design trop poussé qui oublie les fondamentaux pratiques et conduit à un éclairage insufffisant , une robinettreie peu pratique ... Absence totale de personnel comprenant le français . Tout ce qui est hors forfait est hors de prix pour Bangkok .

酒店的设计颇具心思，用金木水火土的元素来区别不同的空间，个人更喜欢土元素的设计，房间都比较大，服务也- 很到位。

稍微不足是早餐的选择不是特别多。

The hotel fully corresponds european 5 stars. Everything was perfect. The man at the reception Tim was wonderfully polite and helpful. Breakfast had a great choice of food: fruits, many kinds of cheese, tasty cakes, meat, fish, fresh juices. You won't stay hungry I'm sure. When eating, you can enjoy wonderful Lumpini park view and sky-scrapers. The room was as it was shown on the photos and much more beautiful. All the particulars are included: from non alcoholic free mini bar to cotton buds and tooth brushes. The view from the window on 22 floor was amazing. The bad was marvelous. We spent amazing time at Sofitel So and we were really sorry, that we wasted two previous nights at another hotel. I can recommend this hotel to everybody.

I always write everything i didnt like, but this time there is really nothing to claim.

Le design

Tenue de l'hôtel très moyenne, pas très clean. Personnel très amateur. L'hôtel organise des soirées privées, du coup le restaurant n'est pas disponible, vous n'êtes pas prévenu, et malgré de très bons bouchons pour oreilles, le bruit est tellement insupportable que l'on ne peux pas dormir. Je connais pourtant d'autres hôtels dans le monde ou il se passe des fêtes, mais où des bouchons règlent très bien le dérangement éventuel.

Top Hotel, super ausgestattete moderne Zimmer mit großem offenen Bad, Illy Kaffemaschiene u.v. mehr. Schöner Pool mit Blick über den Lumpini Park. Sehr freundliches Personal.
