Bathing necessities are ok. It is too old. It made me like going back to the 80's. The design is completely out of date. The hotel photos in the web do not tell the true condition of the hotel. The smell at the lobby was strange. The hotel is an old area. No interesting points around unless you are there to see the sex show. It is not a place for you people.

Bed is comfortable, room is spacious. Body and hair shampoo are good scented. Room make up service is bad, every time something is missing, like towels, body shampoo, toilet paper, bath mat are not replaced. And when call for service in room, time needed to wait is very long, up to 1 hr after repeated and repeated calling. That is not up to standard for a five star hotel !

Location and service were fantastic. Room was very clean and relatively spacious. Several facilities were being repaired during or stay. We weren't able to enjoy the wine bar v9. Hotel restaurants were not really impressive and the pool was small.

very modern and comfortable hotel, nice view over the Silom area. fantastic king size bed. breakfast was not included in the price (!) and the nescafe provided was not supplied on the second morning (they apparently forgot). beside, the room was not completely isolated from corridor's noises... a bit overpriced in light of the above.

We had the largest bed I've ever slept in and also very comfortable. Free WiFi in the lobby area, and also a French bakery/patisserie with very high quality products. Oasis of calm within a lively area of the city. Would definitely go back.

We paid extra to avail of a package inclusive of late check-out, breakfast & drinks 5-7pm in the Executive Lounge - this made our weekend break...The attitude of the staff there was just brilliant - they couldn't have been more helpful. We were even able to use the facility on the day we checked-out. We only had a very small, quick glass of wine but it left us thinking that we had great service right to the moment we left - we were in a taxi to the airport at 6pm. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely well-run, fantastic value & great location.

Good location. Mostly friendly staff, except for the concierge. The old tv in the room (crt tv). The concierge was not friendly and the two times I asked for advise to go around the town; they pretend to be busy.

To put it short, here is the following: Service Design/ Style Comfort Club Lounge (Amazing Upgrade) My partner and I who have a high expectation when it comes to service, both loved our experience and will not look elsewhere if we re-visit Bangkok!

Lusso nelle aree comuni.

Was very disappointed in my stay this time, due to the renovations going on within the building, this caused obvious tension to the staff and customers and also put a strain on the hotels ability to keep up with its own demands

Good location, a couple of blocks away from the Skytrain. Good gym, pool is okay (a bit small for a hotel of this size). The breakfast buffet was good, but expensive. Staff were excellent - they took a long time checking us in, so they upgraded us to a suite. Food at the restaurants is fairly pricey.

The responsiveness of service requests, the spacious rooms and bathrooms and amenities by L'Occitane. The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, but the hotel needs to modernize. The room furnishings are old, the tv is still the old model, the water heater to make coffee / tea is very slow. The fees charged for food, phone use - even local calls - and computer use are absurdly high.

The hotel was well located and close to the BTS line. We had a club room on the 30th floor and would highly recommend making use of the club facilities which included breakfast , afternoon tea and cocktails at no extra charge. The staff in the club lounge were truly exceptional.

“This is my second time stay at this hotel. Both times I also asked for late check out and the hotel fulfill my request. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. During this stay the hotel's staff remember me and this actually make me feel warm. The room I initial took was had a bad internet connection, the staff was very helpful, they even help to check other available room with good connection then I change to the new room. The room provided a big working desk and working chair which is very good for business traveler like me.” Shiun, Bangkok |
