Bathing necessities are ok. It is too old. It made me like going back to the 80's. The design is completely out of date. The hotel photos in the web do not tell the true condition of the hotel. The smell at the lobby was strange. The hotel is an old area. No interesting points around unless you are there to see the sex show. It is not a place for you people.

Luxurious and not overly pretentious. Ideal location for access to chinatown, riverside and siam areas. Swimming pool - very shady and cramped lounging area

Room was very clean with enough lights, big bath tab, and nice view at night. The wine bar on the 37th floor was impressive. We, big fan of wine and cheese, enjoyed a lot! Staff were also very helpful. We booked this hotel when it was still named as Sofitel. It turned out to be not about a week before our departure. Well, it does not matter a lot, but a bit disappointing since the rennovation made the hotel more casual than expected.

The hotel was under renovation when I stayed there (turning from Sofitel to Pullman) but not a word about this was mentioned in its website. Only a narrow path to the elevators was left in the entrance and the smell from the renovation works was nauseating. The room and facilities in it needed some serious renewal everything seemed ancient. In one of the four nights that I stayed there, the room was almost unmade in one of them. The downgrade of the brand from Sofitel to Pullman was not very appropriate, it was worse than a Four Seasons.

I have gold status and the upgraded room was big and lovely. Even better were the buffet breakfast and cocktail hour included in the price of my stay. The service and quality of the food and drink were excellent. No swimming pool and its under renovations.

Good location. Mostly friendly staff, except for the concierge. The old tv in the room (crt tv). The concierge was not friendly and the two times I asked for advise to go around the town; they pretend to be busy.

To put it short, here is the following: Service Design/ Style Comfort Club Lounge (Amazing Upgrade) My partner and I who have a high expectation when it comes to service, both loved our experience and will not look elsewhere if we re-visit Bangkok!

Lusso nelle aree comuni.

Was very disappointed in my stay this time, due to the renovations going on within the building, this caused obvious tension to the staff and customers and also put a strain on the hotels ability to keep up with its own demands

The responsiveness of service requests, the spacious rooms and bathrooms and amenities by L'Occitane. The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, but the hotel needs to modernize. The room furnishings are old, the tv is still the old model, the water heater to make coffee / tea is very slow. The fees charged for food, phone use - even local calls - and computer use are absurdly high.

Excellent staff service. The best I have experienced in Thailand. The hotel is very comfortable and is located conveniently along Silom Road near everything. Great place to stay. Nothing at all.

The hotel was well located and close to the BTS line. We had a club room on the 30th floor and would highly recommend making use of the club facilities which included breakfast , afternoon tea and cocktails at no extra charge. The staff in the club lounge were truly exceptional.

The price for a Club Floor room was an excellent value. The room was clean, amenities were excellent. About two blocks down, towards Lumphini Park, the area got a bit seedy at night - crossing the street solved the problem thought.
