“ It did what it needed to do. Located a 5 minute walk from Nana plaza, it was an above basic place and fair price on booking.com for the facilities. Staff did their jobs, and mostly were unseen, reception staff there all the time, guard as well. Tv in the room, good Internet, usable bathroom. ”

It did what it needed to do. Located a 5 minute walk from Nana plaza, it was an above basic place and fair price on booking.com for the facilities. Staff did their jobs, and mostly were unseen, reception staff there all the time, guard as well. Tv in the room, good Internet, usable bathroom. Good for a stay with friends, we explored and used it as a base. You won't be spending your honeymoon here, but you'll get a good deal otherwise.

the location is excllent. the price is fair. The room given to me does not have a shower room. (I had to use the key for getting out and in for going out to the toilet in the midnight.) The following morning after one night stay, I found no employee of the hotel to serve me when getting the breakfast. I think the hotel is belonging to something a youth hostel or YMCA facilities , not hotel or guest house. I expected too much through photes advertised on website of booking com. I will not recommend this guest house to any asian travellers. (I do not know how western people understand a guest house.)

abordable, que 4 chambres dans le guest house bien situer pour clientèle gay (massage sauna bar à proximité) bruit de la circulation, pas de personnel sur place donc pas de chambre refaite, pas de service lorsqu'on a besoin, salle de bain à l'extérieure de la chambre

价格低廉，没人打扰，离店时间较灵活 卫生间是共用的，房间太小，白天没人清理，也找不到人，没有热开水，不问不提也没有饮用水喝

Location's good, near a shopping center, not far from the Suthep Mountain and the Chiang Mai University; the staff are friendly, esp Rabbit, fluent in Eng and very considerate! Rooms are clean, newly re- decorated, the air conditioners are good enough! Very nice place to stay! 房间位于二、三、四楼，首层是一家酒吧（彩虹旗的），不用担心隔音问题，至少我们住三楼是一点楼下的声音都- 听不到的！职员很友- 好，一个叫Rabbit的女孩英语不错，整家店都挂着她画的画！附近有购物中心，买东西方便，离清迈大学，- 素贴山都不远，如果想去塔佩门可能要搭- tuk tuk或双条。 The private toilet at the 3rd floor is not as good as other facilities. 三楼私人卫生间里面的坐厕容易塞……不过不是大问题。

Super propre et confortable...le prix..la grandeur des chambres, meme si le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais il est super sympatique. J'étais ici pour 3 nuits et finalement je suis resté ca fait maintenant 7 jours. C'est pas quelque choses de negatif, mais lorsqu'on ne le sait pas ca peut surprentdre, le guesthouse est directement dans un bar gay.

The service and friendliness of staff was second to none , great location , good room service , and once agreed , breakfast provision great To get out of the guest house in the mornings and early afternoon you had to unlock a big padlock on a gate so a bit of a pain , other than that everything totally fine

The Bar was friendly and priced well No Ensuite except in one room No Refigerator in rooms except one and in Guests lounge on 3rd Floor Problems with Mosquitos No lift - En suite room was on 4th floor of building and stairs were STEEP Drainage problems in Ensuite room Access - no fire exit
