good decor, spacious rooms, location -near sukhumvit, reasonably priced though extra bed in the room was far too pricey. good shuttle service to Nana, except when we returned from Nana we often had to walk, our room had plenty of extras. breakfast quite good, . staff polite and helpful. walking back from Nana if we could not get a tuk-tuk. nil else.

Our review is biased by the fact we were upgraded to a penthouse suite on 15th floor - just lucky as the hotel was full and we got the jackpot - room had great views and lots of facilities - hotel very good - staff attentive and helpful - location appears just right - just around a quiet corner from bars restaurants hawker stalls shopping and the mrt which is 3/4 stops from Siam Square - hotel provides a discount card (ciurca 10%) for eating and drinking in associated restaurants and bars which is useful - in fact there are a number of president related hotels bars and restaurants in the immediate area - we would stay again as the price and location were just right Our room was not double glazed and there was some noise from the street - not intrusive - a fact of life in Bangkok - solution was to turn the ac fan up a notch

The hotel was close by many bars and clubs. Reception staff weren't very friendly, very rude. Hotel was at the very end of the soi which was not close by any street food.

Booked twin club floor small appartment - due to not being able to provide twin bedroom the azhotel upgraded us free to 75 meter lovely appartment on the 11th floor. The view from huge window was stunning. And the appartment itself was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast tasted even better in nice garden. Nice bonus Happy Hour - free drinks in a lobby bar. A little bit out of the way from Sukhumvit Road, but not a very big problem as the hotel provided a free tuk-tuk service to the nearest sky train station.

Room size was generous for the price, and the rooms were very well appointed. There were also many discount offers available for customers to be availed in other outlets. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. The mattress was a bit too bouncy for my comfort.

Soft bed, nice pilows, ok breakfast. nice starff. Minni was very good with the internet stuff. nice gym. nice rooms. If i had to stay again i would, no problems. But there are better hotels out there. A hole in the bottom sheet. No Universal plugs, in the room a real pain. TV channels are very bad. An old hotel is fine, but it is being alowed to run down, which is sad, considdering the compittion up and comming. Needs to keep up

Needs major renovations, broken sinks, rusted kitchen hobbs, poor quality tea coffee materials with an antique water boiling thormas as tea or coffee machine.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are of a generous size. Apart from a few inconsiderate guests, the accommodation provided a good uninterrupted night's sleep. The staff were helpful, however, it did take some time for the housemaid to remember all the necessary items provided in the bathroom. The bed was a good size and comfortable.

The location is good: It is quiet in the bistling area; It is convenient to take Sky Train (free tuk tuk from hotel to nana station) The staff is nice Free WIFI is very helpful The breakfas is not rich The facilities in bathroom are stale

Internet Service was very slow and that is not something that a business traveller can do without. The Room Cleaning Service was very slow and only done very late in the day. Furniture was fraying and old. TV in the room requires replacement as colours were flickering on and off. The entire hotel requires a complete revamp.

Guests mainly were families, Elevator was small and old female reception staff really nice bad smell in the reception I stayed only 2 days, if you would like apartment try Fraser's suites which is more luxurios and superior or Zeinth Hotel thery provide excellent suites.

We stayed in three hotels in Bagkok as we went island hopping and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. On arrival they advised we had been upgraded to the Penthouse as the platinum Suite that we booked was over booked which was a totally amazing room and the view across Bangkok was breathtaking and the balcony was massive and from that moment the staff were nothing but helpful and very accomodating. The door staff to the consirge to the staff in the spa who even allowed us to go in after it had been all shut down for the evening and nothing was too much ...In the moring we were greeted by everyone and everybody allways ready to help if they could the room service served food all night which came in very handy and the whole check in and check out process was hassle free. the location is great you are walking distance to some of the clubs and the hotel has a free tuk tuk service and on the first night they guy took us for a quick tour of the city .. In fact my partner and i are planning a return to Bangkok and we said that without a doubt we will be booking into the president solitate more so after some of the disaters hotels we stayed in Bangkok .. i do not have nothing negative to say this is very much a first class hotel with first class staff to go with it ...

nice pool, great breakfast, very comfortable beds. they did not have the room we had booked so we were upgraded to a suite. very nice staff could have been more helpful with city trips and screening the taxi drivers that stay around the hotel. the one taxi we got took us to some of his friends where we paid too much to go on a canal trip. we saw him again just waiting for another tourist to rip off!

Friendly atmosphere, efficient, polite and helpfull staff from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, to the kitchen and dinning room personnel. Accomodation is second to none. The food is excellent and menu offers a large variety of local and international dishes. Good location, 5 minute walk to SkyTrain; The Spa is located in the hotel. Will return.
