Very easy to locate and very friendly reception. I had reserved a double room but on arrival they did not have one so they upgraded me to the penthouse that made my stay very enjoyable.

My only comment (and not really a criticism) is that the hotel is quite aged and needs a serious makeover. It is a mass of scratched old-style furniture, brown marble, cream paintwork and as such can not look fresh and clean regardless of how well the staff try to clean it. It would not however deter me from staying there again, but then I am not really fussy and only view a hotel as a place to sleep and little else.I am making this observation though as the more discerning guests may take a different view. Please regard this as constructive comment and not a bad review.

Location and good value for money

Internet facility very slow and hotel taxi drivers at the entrance of the hotel are not organized there are looking for advantages to charge guests for higher prices there should be a price list or meter charge

The hotel is really serviced apartments, with fantastic staff and facilities, for 2000Bhat a night this is a good hotel with privacy but very centrally located.

Room furniture

Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Central location.

I know we're in Thailand, but I think the English skills of the staff could be improved.

We were given a free upgrade on the room to a 1 bedroom suite. Its huge! Everyday the housekeeper change our used towels and make our bed which is thoughtful. The free shuttle tuk-tuk is also convenient as it brings you to the nearest BTS station. The hotel is after SupperClub Bed club. If you show the hotel card to certain places example Superclub Bed club or spa outlets, you will get discount privileges. So many food streets while on the way to the hotel. Plus we are very near to Arab Street.

Doesn't operate regularly. So if you are from bts Nana, you have to walk to the hotel on your own. The breakfast is not as fantastic. It looks the same but Thais are friendly and too nice. So we overlook it. There are many hotels that used the name PRESIDENT. So if you taking taxi, tell him to go all the way in. Some may not understand. So its best to direct the driver.

Many insects. . People was not friendly at all. Very small elevator. . No AC. All people look agresiv untill u give them a tip then they all smile..

The location was ok Not very far from BTS, Staff courtesy level is fine too. When I arrived, by booked room wasn't ready though I had arrived late. Upon my intervention they upgraded me to another room. Which though being huge , had amenities too shady and old. Hence I requested to shift me back in my booked room once it gets ready. My reasons for booking it was reason of getting good rates. Since I was travelling alone.

The things which needs to be addressed are the room amenities which are quiet old and shady. TV channels, wash rooms fixtures. Etc.

Size of pool was to small for the size of hotel .Only 5 sun loungers for all the guests

The room service is very very poor they want money for tea bags which is free as per there site and there is no tuk tuk service as per there site.

The location is ok. We were 'upgraded' to the suite which was spacious.The coffee at the breakfast was good.

The staff were quite bland, they left us with a bitter after taste like they don't really enjoy working there. The hotel, especially lobby is dated. Breakfast was sugary, bad quality ingredients.

The hotel's upkeep has gone down the drain. Not worth staying in future. The staff is very unfriendly.

The bedroom was large and bathroom also, with a bath as well as a shower.Kitchette and large frig was handy. All ok except the attitude of the staff.good central location

The staff was not helpful and accused us of taking a bottle of whisky from the mini bar when we checked out, which we did not touch. Could find better hotels in this area, staff requires more training and better attitude towards travellers.

Great location; Great Breakfast; Very comfortable beds. The PentHouse was massive and really suited our large family.

The Hotel is rather tired. We stayed in the PentHouse suite and quite simply - the hotel needs renovation and a damn good clean! Peeling wallpaper and paint, old furniture, dirty floors and dirty carpets. Would I stay here again - a definite no unfortunately. We have stayed in much better hotels in BKK. You could argue that's what you get when you pay for a four star hotel, but then I would argue that you should expect cleanliness even in a 1 star hotel.

Hotel location, very nice, less noisy and crowdy than most part of Sukhumvit. At the same time, the whole nightlife starts already around the corner. 5-8 minutes by foot to bts Nana. Clean and spacious rooms.

Ridiculous service at reception regarding credit card payment. At check- in the whole amount was reserved from the card as deposit. At check-out we were forced to pay in cash the full amount once again, despite of the money remained blocked from card account. The hotel could not use the money as payment for some strange reasons.
