Close to shopping mall

There is no 24 hour hot water, which they really should have mentioned in advance. The pool is between the two buildings on the fifth flour, there is no sunshine at all, the water is therefore cold, during the time we stayed at the hotel, there was no one swimming. Really do not recommend this hotel at this price.

great value for price, close to siam square, mbk, world center plaza and other great places for shopping and do day trips to, like grand Palace and wat pho and some night markets! staff is very helpful, friendly and speak English very well! spacious rooms and a few good movie channels in English. we had a really pleasant stay at the twin towers hotel and i would both stay there again aswell as recommend others to do so!

Price and services

It is not really close to the shopping are. Believe in me, it is really hard to walk through that area and you always get in a tuk tuk. And drivers always try to take more money than it is normally. When you tell a taxi or tuk tuk to take you to the hotel, they always want more money and deceive you. I think it is because the hotel is very prestigefull. But it is not close in real sense except you like walking in a very hot weather

we had a few problems with the service

It's a nice location and approachable. I carried a 'Take me home' card that was available in my room to be show the taxi or tuk tuk to take me back.

- Phone calls using the Hotel Phone too exensive. They did not mention the call charges anywhere other than the bill. A 15 min phone call to a local cell no. Costed over more than 500 thb. Internet is available but also very costly compared to other Hotels which are offering even better services.They charge approx 150 thb for an hour or 350thb for 24 hours.

Bathroom could have been a little more clean and sparkeling, other than that everything was fine.

Big hotel, very nice facilities. Extremely large room. Location was good 15 mins walk to mbk & Siam shopping centre & sky train station. Also quite close to main train station.

Everything seemed to cost something, pay extra for the gym, pay extra for Internet... There were many tuk tuk & taxi drivers outside who tried to rip u off as u stepped out, difficult to get a meter taxi.

I have stayed in Bangkok on numerous occasions and and I can say that it was a real plesure to stay at the Twin Towers Hotel. I would describe the hotel as being in an excellent location, child friendly, polite & helpful staff, well maintained facilities and very competitively priced. Thank you to all Twin Towers Hotel staff concerned. I am in no doubt I will book again at his hotel in the future.

Location was close to shopping

We were not treated well by hotel management when we brought the attention of a leaking air conditioning system in our room. We were down graded a room, it took 1 hour 15 minutes for the problem to be seen to and another 45 minutes to be told we were moving room. We asked for the manager and it took 3 attempts to get him to look at the problem. He was far from courteous

Hotel is fine but breakfast and there buffet staff both not good
