Clean, staff polite, but room service staff has limited English. I couldn't get my Raisin toast the first time, it took three attempts. Every facility was an extra cost such as Internet, Gym, what is the point. The meals were good and well priced.

Its not close to the monorail, I had to take a tuk tuk everytime I needed to go to MBK, they were rascals and always charged me more then the required fare.

I liked the location because it's not far from mbk mall.

I don't like that you pay a good amount of money for the stay and still have to pay to use the gym in the hotel.

Every thing about the hotel, their service and staff were excellent.

staffs working at hotel need to improve their English speaking skill as we faced difficulty communicating.

We had to pay for wifi and for the print out of two sheets. I think this hotel should have provided free wifi like everywhere else.

Really good price for this comfort and very convenienly located. Large spacy rooms and bathrooms.

Installations get a bit outdated, but they are investing and modernising now: with the bathrooms you have to be a bit lucky, some are still good. Breakfast was a temporary facility and not as good as before, but after 23Mar14 the former restaurant re-opens again fully updated and I suppose the old, very high qualitystandards are back in place. WIFI should definitely become free of charge in a modern hotel !!

We had a midnight flight out of Bangkok so Late check out at 15.00 really suited us . Also they Allowed us to use pool till 7 . Good room with big window and v good bed.

No one in the hotel restaurants or bar so no atmosphere. Went across the street and got ripped off at roadside cafe opposite prices on menu- should have known what was coming, and food was poor too!

You have to pay for wi-fi, 100bht for 1h or 300bht for one day. Very badly. And the wi-fi doesnt work in the room, so you have to sit in the corridor! (got or money back for that, so no wi-fi..!!) Mosqitos in the room. Dont plan to be at the pool if you want sunbathing, there will never be any sun, because the poolarea are in between the two towers. And warning!! When you´re leaving they ask you if you want a taxi. And take you to the drivers outside the door. They say that the price is 1,200bht to the airport. Luckily we know that the normal price is around 600bht. So we took a taxi from the street instead.

Very good hotel for this price, at least as long as you go through Large cousy rooms with everything you need, we've stayed several times and always been pleased. Staff is very friendly. MBK shopping mall is basically around the corner, everything else is pretty close also. Food is average though, but that's not a problem - authentic Thailand mobile street restaurant is just across the street from Twin Tower (if you are not intimidated by plastic furniture and misspelled menus, try spicy fried rice there - best we've had in Bangkok).

Very bad, unpleasant location, you can't even go for a walk in the evening. There are not too many people in the hotel, which is very big and it made a rather decadent impression to me. The WIFI is very expensive (ca. 10 EUR/day) and the prices at it's only (and mostly empty) bar are excessive. In our first room there was no hot water and we spent more then 1 hour waiting for a plumber who didn't appear at all. After several calls I insisted to change the room and they finally agreed. By checkout they wanted to charge me second time although everything was already paid in advance by the check in. The staff was very confused, they couldn't find the payment confirmation and urged me to pay once again, although I showed them the receipt and also the confirmation SMS from my bank. Too much struggle for 2 days of holidays!! I am very happy that we've cautiously booked it only for the first 2 days in Bangkok and could change for something much better after!

I went couple of times to Thailand especially to Bangkok, visit a lot of places and hotels. This is the worst i have ever stayed in. It started at the reception: the staff is totally unfriendly and let me wait about one hour until i got my room without any particular reason (it was about 6pm). When I checked out the unfriendly cashier asked me 3 times if I really didn't take anything from the minibar. She made me feel like I was stolen anything. The room was dirty, hairs in bed and bath tube. You have to pay extra for everything: Internet, Spa, Sport, breakfast etc. Especially the internet Connection was very poor. It costs me 300 Baht for one day and didn't work proberly, also the code is only usable for one device The facilities are old and poor, old bath enterior, no flat TV The location is far away from BKK downtown and needs a very long walk from the hotel to the next metro station. All in all I didn't felt comfortable and welcomed. In my opinion it didn't value the high price per night. Also I don't know why the twin tower hotel is rated as 4 stars.

    Good building

Nothing for free! They charging for everything Had to pay for gym, sauna hourly!! Swimming pool cold And the worst thing, they can't understand the English language! Old tv! Spa/ sauna service woman very unfriendly and of course no understanding of English. Don't pay for that hotel, just the name and the foyer is excellent!

    The facilities within the hotel

Having to pay through the nose for wifi service. The attitude towards us from staff ie. being made to feel inferior to eastern nationals. All in all staff were not very pleasant.

The hotel is ok according with the money value. Staff is friendly, location is good ; near to MBK shopping center. Don't stay there more than 1-2 nights. Anyway I recommend you not to stay more than one night in Bangkok, there is nothing to do...

Next to the entrance there is travel agency. I recommend you to ignore them. They will offer you package, taxi, very expensive.
