Swimming pool in Bangkok is great and the swimming pool in Twin Towers is lovely! Location is another advantage, a walking distance to many places and just one bus ride away from the airport. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.
The staff were very friendly but didn't speak good English. Room decor is rather dated although very clean. Paid wifi is a big drawback though.
Only one thing that it's close to the market
staff service - allowed us to check out at 15:00 on a Saturday
The hotel is spacious and well fitted out. Large and comfortable rooms in good condition. All the amenities and facilities of a 4-star hotel are available. Location is just 5 min from Siam. Great value for money.
An additional 10 USD had to be paid each day for WIFI. Internet access should be complimentary by default like it is in most other hotels. Staff should be more guest oriented and more focused. I felt felt they were rather superficial. Safe was not provided in the room.
The hotel is excellent value for money with a great pool.
The location - immediate vicinity around hotel isn't nice. The WiFi although providing a good connection is expensive.
No Free WIFI Provided
Location was good just a short walk to Siam Square.
Hotel felt like it is stuck in the 1970s both aesthetically and in terms of service; no wi-fi but you are provided with letterhead paper and envelopes instead. Carpeted rooms a bit dated and not good for allergy sufferers....

Very kind staff. They let me check in 9am, 3 hrs before official check in time, no extra charge. Check out at 3pm. Was great for one night between flights. Location is good in city center.
The rooms are very old. Not 4* level. The hotel looks worse than in the pictures.
Rude staff, no wifi in rooms, after hours of attempting to put sockets into the walls, went down to reception to be told no sockets will work as they don't provide electricity for guests. After explaining how ridiculous I thought this was they eventually changed something on my room key to turn the electricity on
Nice hotel . Staffs . Location
Only you can use the swimming pool. To use the gym you have to pay 200 baht If you have a guest you have to 700 baht whereas I booked a room of 2 px Wifi is charged. I booked for 2 nights but I checked out after 1 night stay. Any such rules should be mentioned in booking.com.
Good location and suits you if looking for peace and quite.
WIFI is given in all good hotels, was very disappointed when we were asked for 300 bht per day for this standard facility Safe lock is again a standard which was missing from this hotel. We were told 15th Floor pool side, you cant see any thing from this location other than a train track.
No Free wifi Food was not good and expensive for what it was
It had been a while since I stayed at Twin Towers and a few things seemed to have improved. Firstly, the hot water is now consistently hot and the carpet in the room (that I had) has been replaced with tiles and a timber-style flooring making it much cleaner. Room service is still good value for money and is tasty.
Internet is not free. It costs around US$10 a day.
My friend booked this place and after he had I read the comments. All the negatives are spot on. I have been to Thailand, Laos and Cambodia many times. This was by far the worst place I've stayed so far. Overly expensive and very average room, no free wifi, no working spa and no sun near the pool, exercise room had a high charge, staff ranged from ok to rude, no close places to eat, because of the poor location heaps of Tuk Tuk drivers hanging around who found it hard to take no for an answer and cabs outside only wanted to do long haul or airport runs. Place should be half the price.
business as usual - 5th time in Bangkok and again in Twin Tower. I've tried other hotels with similar price level as well and TT tops them all. Rooms are large, quiet and equipped with everything we need. Took the room without breakfast. Ordered-in food from hotel is OK, but best dining experience is from sideway restaurants right across the street. If you are lucky, you can find a "pancace guy" in front of hotel at evenings. Be sure to try, pancakes are delicious! Did not try hotel's restaurants, because got disappointed last time. Make sure you book in Booking.com, hotel's own price is much higher.
Worth money. The room is large and comfy
Helpful staff Big rooms Close to the shopping malls Room service food(thai)
No free wifi
swimming pool Location
wifi not for free some staff at reception are not smilling
Clean, staff polite, but room service staff has limited English. I couldn't get my Raisin toast the first time, it took three attempts. Every facility was an extra cost such as Internet, Gym, what is the point. The meals were good and well priced.
Its not close to the monorail, I had to take a tuk tuk everytime I needed to go to MBK, they were rascals and always charged me more then the required fare.
Hotel staff was good smilingly wel com and help full
Hotel was excellent but wifi was not accessible free it was chargeable.
I liked the location because it's not far from mbk mall.
I don't like that you pay a good amount of money for the stay and still have to pay to use the gym in the hotel.
Beautiful hotel with modern spacious bedrooms. Excellent breakfast.
Internet charge at excessive rate.
Every thing about the hotel, their service and staff were excellent.
staffs working at hotel need to improve their English speaking skill as we faced difficulty communicating.
