The apartment suite was excellent, very spacious and had a nice view. The swimming pool in tower A was also very good. I also liked the food served in the restaurants. The staff were also very friendly.

Only a small thing, but i would have liked if the hotel was closer to the BTS stop but thats just me being lazy and nit-picking. It's an excellent hotel.

We liked the nice rooms, with a whole equiped kitchen and facilities. The washing machine was very practical and we had enough space for everybody. The bell boy was also very nice and always helping!

I did not like the FO, because there were too many people behind the reception and only some could give clear answer, but even they had to think long....and everything took long. I would have prefer to know, who is trainee and employee.

Walking distance to station and only 4 stops to Paragon Department Store with everything you need under one roof. Breakfast was good and rooms were very clean and spacious

There weren't enough choice of restaurants close by.

Great value for money Hotel, Staff alway had a smile, very efficient, Stayed 4 nights, 2 bed deluxe good size for family of 5, clean modern kitchen, beds comfy, aircon broken but maintainence fixed immediately, easy access via tuktuk, moped or taxi to Asoke station - though you have to walk last 5 mins from drop off at top of road due to one way traffic system, concierge have excellent knowledge of local attractions so can direct taxi in thai - makes you feel safe when they can do that when travelling with kids. Allowed us free of charge late check out.

Minor things really, but I would suggest requesting to have room cleaned early - 4.30pm and our room still not cleaned - dont need cleaners in room trying to work around kids, let alone adults! This is just the time when we got back from sightseeing to get shower & changed to go out for night meal. Also took 5 hours & repeated requests to get extra blanket on first night, eventually arrived at 12.30pm!, said they had only 1 staff in housekeeping - poor excuse. Very bad sewer/cabbage/damp dog smell in lobby, lift & corridors but they were trying to remedy this with plug in essential oil type vapourisers. Rooms had no smell at all. Breakfast was very busy & we felt understaffed but omlette chef fantastic & great cuppa

very near sky train and underground at Bangkok easy to get around

the hotel staff and room are o.k the hotel is far from Shukomvit road and the suttle they offer is insuffecient , also the hotel is far from main attractions

Central location for catching Metro or bts transport, Complete apartment living facilities and cleanliness, hotel facilities for a relaxed holiday with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, excellent breakfast included and reponsive staff.

We loved the hotel! Got free upgrade to one bedroom apartment with excellent view. The huge king size bed is the most comfy one I ever had! The pool was very nice too.

The spa was very basic..could have been better...also few Indian dishes in the breakgfast would go a long way as lot of Indians also stay at the hotel
