very nice hotel , clean and spaciuos rooms freindly staff. they have apartment 2or 3 rooms so it was really nice for my family away from center of city and restuarants |

everything was perfect , close to super market free TUK TUK service is the advantage i recommend this hotel for singles and couples only it was bit far from happening places, around 15 min walk from hotel to main road .. the hotel was perfect for single and couples but not with childrens under 5 years of age |

The place was very good, a home away from home, I loved the kitchenette and the very useful cutlery thrown in, as we were with kids and so I could make some soups for them and reheat stuff. I think overall being in the heart of the Sukhumvit helps, as all good places to shop and eat are a stone's throw. Excellent American breakfast! |

The hotel staff were superb,relaxing area away from the seedy side of bangkok but close enough if you want to experience ,very close to a large shopping mall ,a park,and a ten minute walk to the sky train.and if like me you hate public transport in distant lands for fear of getting totally lost the skytrain is so simple even the english managed it :) just kidding distance from main road but the tuk tuk was always close by |

Neat & Clean, well furnished with all amenities, centrally located with very good local train & road access. The housekeeping staff didn't cleaned the apartment in time and seems were delibrately not replacing the toileteries etc. |

The hotel was great, so comfortable and looked after us extremely well. Loved our stay at Somerset Lake Point, will definitely go back to stay there when in Bangkok next. |

We had a two bed-room unit. Even though it was smaller than I expected, it was clean and comfortable. Having a washing machine also helps since it's hot in Bangkok and we need to constantly change our clothes. The tut-tut service is great. It brings you to nearby destinations like the bts station and Emporium. Generally it was an enjoyable stay. The food in Cool Chilli wasn't consistent. On our first day there, we had the most delicious soup we've ever tasted, so we went back on the sacond day and requested for the same soup. To our great disappointment, it was a far cry from the day before. We were then told that they had different cooks for different times of the day. |

a usual 4* hotel. a fully equipped kitchen in the room was a pleasant surprise & is a considerable advantage. I wish we stayed there longer than 1 night to make use of it. Breakfast is very simple, predictable. Small choice of fruits, no yogurt. |
