This is the second time I've stayed at the hotel and was welcomed back like an old friend. I received a welcome back letter as well as one weeks free internet. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and do their utmost to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was varied and certainly enough to keep you going through the day. If, like me you enjoy a leisurely start to the day, regardless of what time you leave your room the apartment is cleaned and maintained. I will certainly use the hotel when return to Bangkok. The location is perfect with both BTS and MRT stations very close by, as well as a 24 hour supermarket with a food court less than 100 metres away. |

great place to stay for a fewg days in Bangkok. Pool is great for a plunge and cool off but gym is really basic so not for those wanting to keep up with their workouts. Air con unit is noisy especially as it is a central type. The gym being of a poor standard. Air con unit was really noisy |

I enjoyed the pools, the convenience of kitchen facilities/washing machine and the proximity to bars and shopping. Pretty busy during breakfast, and with a supermarket down the road, probably just as easy to make your own. |

There were 3 of us as stated when I made the booking. The apartment in Tower B they gave us had a King and a Queen bed. We were upgraded to Tower A with a King and Twin beds without any fuss or extra charges. The staff were all great, helpful and friendly.February Spa Promotion was fantastic and cheap! My friends and I were there for 5 days 4 nights. We had the Gold Package one day and the Silver another day. Overall, we had a great and relaxful time. |

I really appreciate the courteous staff that you have and they are very helpful. The hotel should be promoted better to the outside world so that other people get to share the warmth and the good service that you have provided to me. Thank you. Only the taxi service that is attached to the hotel. Some of the drivers over charged me and not following the meter. But on the good side, some of the drivers are good, honest and very helpful. My suggestion is, get taxi drivers who can converse with at least basic English language. This is to enable the hotel guest to get to where they wanted to go easily and efficiently. |

It was the first time we have stayed at an apartment style hotel and it was great having a fridge and washer dryer and fully equipped kitchen and 4 star facilites. The choice of breakfast was fantastic just a shame the restaurant is so small The location was out of the way and even though shuttle service was provided it was only one way to the sky train or the underground so you have to pay for a taxi to get back to hotel . Other hotels we have stayed in Bangkok provide a two way service - runs every 15 minutes |

Stuffs are nice. Location is very good. The only thing is,the smell of the room is not very pleasent. But, with 100 USD to get two rooms in downtown and good breakfast, we can't complain. little bit out of fashion. |

The room was very shabby and not cleaned properly. The stuff was not very helpful either. The pictures from the website did not even match a bit with what we had. The location is not great either, quite some walk to the sky train. There are much nicer hotels to go to, e.g. The Fusion Suits, closer to the skytrain and much cheaper with better comfort. |

I originally booked me and my 3 friends the 2 bedroom suite in Tower A only to find that upon checking in at reception our room had been given away (with no real explanation as to why) to other tourists and we given 2 separate rooms in the much less appealing tower B. Not the greatest of service. There was also a small bird flying around inside the breakfast room, and there were some funky smells in throughout the hotel. Thank god I was only here for a short stop over. |

Swimmingpool was perfect. Wonderfull after flying 11 hours. Hotel staff was more than fabulous, Everything was possible and they were friendly and courtious. I don't understand the complaints of people who say the skytrain is far away, it's only 10 minutes walk and we do not walk fast at all! We used the washing machine and dryer. This unfortunately did not go well. The cloths came out the machine smelling worse than when we put them in and the dryer only made the clothes warm, not dry. |
